Abstract

Abstract- The global push to accelerate the electric car industry is expected to increase world demand for nickel until 2030. Indonesia is the largest producer, with a Nickel production of 800,000 tons, or 30% of the world supply. The Indonesian government then responded to this global situation by issuing a law banning the export of 1.8% low-grade Nickel, in line with its policy of accelerating the national Strategic Project (PSN), focusing on nickel downstream (besides downstream other minerals and coal) to increase added value to strengthen the competitiveness of the national nickel industry on an international scale, suppressing imports and also creating energy independence. In an effort to achieve this downstream, it is necessary to carry out a macroeconomic analysis of the various opportunities and challenges faced in developing the Indonesian Nickel industry. This external analysis is the analysis Demography factors, Economy, Political, Ecological, and Social Technology (DEPEST). The results show: 1) Southeast Sulawesi has a demographic bonus with a low unemployment rate and the potential to be trained in trade and mining. 2) In terms of economic factors, Southeast Sulawesi Nickel has quite large reserves, and the LQ showed that the mining and quarrying sector has the highest comparative advantage compared to other basic sectors. 3) So far government regulations are accelerating the provision of added value to domestically manufactured products by relying on domestic raw materials. 4) The impact on socio-culture is to increase the community's welfare around the mining area as long as it is carried out while maintaining environmental sustainability. 5) There is a promising technology for downstream Nickel. Abstract

Gen Z students have a deep understanding of market trends and also supporting factors that can be important capital in entrepreneurship. However, the many business ideas among students have not completely reduced the unemployment rate of graduates. This is a central issue in the development of the Indonesian economy because there is still fear in taking risks in entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the entrepreneurship intention of students in Tangerang, focusing on the influence of self-efficacy, family support, and institutional support, as well as the mediating role of the ability to take risks. The study used the Non-probability Sampling technique with the Purposive Sampling method, which involved respondents according to certain criteria. The results showed that family support and institutional support had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurship intention. However, the ability to take risks did not have a significant influence on entrepreneurship intention. Mediation analysis showed that the ability to take risks significantly mediated the relationship between institutional support and self-efficacy with entrepreneurship intention, but not on family support. This study concludes that self-efficacy and support from family and institutions are important factors in increasing entrepreneurship intention, while the ability to take risks has a mediating role that varies depending on the type of support received by students.

Abstract

Blockchain is a decentralized system that can track and verify document authenticity, but its open nature poses challenges when dealing with confidential documents or those protected by personal data protection laws. The advancement of digital technology has spurred innovations in signature systems, particularly through the use of the AlphaSign website to create blockchain-based digital signatures. This study aims to enhance the security, transparency, and efficiency of signature issuance using blockchain technology, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). The research method involves the development of a web-based system integrated with blockchain to validate digital signatures. By incorporating automatic validation and signature features, AlphaSign addresses the issues of forgery and the loss of conventional signatures. The findings reveal that implementing blockchain in digital signature systems can improve security by up to 90% and expedite the verification process by up to 70% compared to traditional methods. Additionally, AlphaSign contributes to sustainable digital infrastructure by reducing paper usage and supporting e-administration systems. There fore, this research supports the promotion of safe and efficient digital transformation, aligning with sustainable development principles. The integration of blockchain technology in digital signatures offers a scalable, secure, and efficient solution that advances industry innovation and legal transparency, crucial for the achievement of SDGs.

Abstract

The presence of telemedicine plays a vital role in the health care system in developing countries, because it can facilitate access to health services, especially in remote areas. However, various factors can influence the acceptance and intention to use a new technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing intention to use telemedicine applications in Indonesia using the Extended Technological Acceptance Model (TAM). The variables studied included facilitating conditions, social influence, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness and their influence on behavioral intention variables. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach using online Google Forms questionnaire with 5-point Likert scales. Questionnaires were distributed via social media during November 2022. A non-probability method with convenience sampling technique was employed. A total of 188 respondents were included, and the data collected were analyzed using a multivariate technique using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Evaluation of the outer model based on the outer loading (above 0.708), composite reliability and Cronbach’s alpha value (above 0.7) had shown the constructs to be reliable. The AVE value (above 0,50) and discriminant validity test using Fornell-Larcker criterion had shown the constructs to be valid. The results showed that the four independent variables studied had positive influences on the intention to use telemedicine applications.
