Abstract

The presence of telemedicine plays a vital role in the health care system in developing countries, because it can facilitate access to health services, especially in remote areas. However, various factors can influence the acceptance and intention to use a new technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing intention to use telemedicine applications in Indonesia using the Extended Technological Acceptance Model (TAM). The variables studied included facilitating conditions, social influence, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness and their influence on behavioral intention variables. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach using online Google Forms questionnaire with 5-point Likert scales. Questionnaires were distributed via social media during November 2022. A non-probability method with convenience sampling technique was employed. A total of 188 respondents were included, and the data collected were analyzed using a multivariate technique using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Evaluation of the outer model based on the outer loading (above 0.708), composite reliability and Cronbach’s alpha value (above 0.7) had shown the constructs to be reliable. The AVE value (above 0,50) and discriminant validity test using Fornell-Larcker criterion had shown the constructs to be valid. The results showed that the four independent variables studied had positive influences on the intention to use telemedicine applications.

Abstract

This study analyzing factors influencing adherence to medical checkups among public security personnel, focusing on variables such as Quality of Healthcare Delivery (QHD), Quality of Healthcare Personnel (QHP), Adequacy of Healthcare Resources (AHR), and Quality of Administrative Process (QAP), along with the mediating roles of Quality of Healthcare Environment (QHE) and Patient Satisfaction. A cross-sectional survey method was deployed, involving 185 respondents from security institutions who have experience undergo medical check-up in the institution clinics. Data analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Importance-Performance Mapping Analysis (IPMA). The study found that QHD and QHP were the most importance factors of medical checkup adherence, while AHR and QAP had moderate importance. IPMA results revealed that, while healthcare delivery performed well and should be maintained, personnel quality needed improvement to boost adherence rates. The findings suggest that targeted improvements in healthcare personnel engagement and process efficiency could enhance compliance with medical checkups, ultimately contributing to better health outcomes for security personnel. This research provides actionable insights for healthcare administrators and policymakers, emphasizing the need to prioritize the quality of healthcare delivery and personnel in managing public security health effectively.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with abundant population growth, as well as Indonesia is concluded as one of the countries with the most fashion users and buyers around the world. However, according to the data of sales revenue from Uniqlo in Indonesia, customers from Indonesia only contributed a little revenue towards global sales of Fast Retailing Co. or it is also called Uniqlo. This statement contradicted the point that Indonesia as one of the most fashion consumers around the world. This research aims to determine the effect and influence of country of origin, brand image, price perception, and perceived quality on repurchase intention in Uniqlo stores in Indonesia, Jakarta. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is people who have at least bought Uniqlo’s product more than once. The non-probability purposive sampling method was used on 200 respondents who lived in Indonesia and had purchased products from Uniqlo at least more than once. Online questionnaires were employed as the research tool for the data. The results showed that H1 Country of origin has a significant and positive effect towards repurchase intention is rejected, H2 Brand image has a significant and positive effect towards repurchase intention is accepted, H3 Price perception has a significant and positive effect towards repurchase intention is accepted, and H4 Perceived quality has a significant and positive effect towards repurchase intention is accepted. For future research, some variables such as loyalty, satisfaction, and convenience can be added to the model to predict repurchase intention.

Abstract

Patient loyalty is an essential factor contributing to increased in-patient hospital visits. This study aims to understand the importance of patient loyalty in the context of increasing patient visits. This study examines the impact of service quality variables, hospital brand image, patient-perceived value, and patient satisfaction on patient loyalty. This study was conducted in Cirebon City, Indonesia, with 160 eligible samples from state-owned XYZ hospitals. The sample criteria were patients with hospitalization status. Then, this study developed eight hypotheses to examine the statistical connection between direct, intervening, and multiple-effect models. Problem-solving and research emphasis are conducted utilising a numerical technique with a PLS-SEM-based testing tool. The bootstrapping technique is employed alongside the consistent bootstrapping procedure to showcase the findings of hypothesis testing; we discover that the overall hypothesis has a favourable and noteworthy impact.  In testing the importance-performance map analysis (IPMA), it was concluded that the patient's perceived value needs to be improved. In contrast, service quality must be maintained to achieve high patient loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract- The global push to accelerate the electric car industry is expected to increase world demand for nickel until 2030. Indonesia is the largest producer, with a Nickel production of 800,000 tons, or 30% of the world supply. The Indonesian government then responded to this global situation by issuing a law banning the export of 1.8% low-grade Nickel, in line with its policy of accelerating the national Strategic Project (PSN), focusing on nickel downstream (besides downstream other minerals and coal) to increase added value to strengthen the competitiveness of the national nickel industry on an international scale, suppressing imports and also creating energy independence. In an effort to achieve this downstream, it is necessary to carry out a macroeconomic analysis of the various opportunities and challenges faced in developing the Indonesian Nickel industry. This external analysis is the analysis Demography factors, Economy, Political, Ecological, and Social Technology (DEPEST). The results show: 1) Southeast Sulawesi has a demographic bonus with a low unemployment rate and the potential to be trained in trade and mining. 2) In terms of economic factors, Southeast Sulawesi Nickel has quite large reserves, and the LQ showed that the mining and quarrying sector has the highest comparative advantage compared to other basic sectors. 3) So far government regulations are accelerating the provision of added value to domestically manufactured products by relying on domestic raw materials. 4) The impact on socio-culture is to increase the community's welfare around the mining area as long as it is carried out while maintaining environmental sustainability. 5) There is a promising technology for downstream Nickel.
