Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at STT Renatus Siantar. This study aims to identify and examine the influence of (1) organizational culture on the performance of STT Renatus Siantar employees; (2) the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of STT Renatus Siantar employees; (3) the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction together on the performance of STT Renatus Siantar. The research method uses expos facto type. The research subjects consisted of 30 employees (employees) at STT Renatus Siantar, the data collection instrument consisted of a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The test results show: (1) the employee performance questionnaire contains 27 valid items with a reliability of 0.900, (2) an organizational culture questionnaire contains 26 valid items with a reliability of 0.929; (3) the job satisfaction questionnaire contains 25 valid items with a reliability of 0.928. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis, it was found that there was a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance (0.233 with thit. 8.379.) There was a significant positive effect of job satisfaction on employee performance 0.264 thit. 9.160, the results of the study also found, the tendency of organizational culture, job satisfaction is quite good. This study also found the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction together on employee performance at FHit = 105.085 with the equation Y = 0.429 X1 + 0.396 X2 + 6.292. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended to improve employee performance in order to consider organizational culture and employee job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the learning process, the use of google meet media in the era of the covid19 pandemic in entrepreneurship subjects in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru, (2) to determine student perceptions about implementing learning with google meet media in entrepreneurship subjects, (3) to find out students' responses to the use of Google Meet media in entrepreneurship subjects. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection instruments: questionnaires, documentation and observation. The research subjects were class XI students who took entrepreneurship subjects, and teachers who taught entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru.The results of this study found that learning using Google Meet media on entrepreneurship subjects was running effectively, this was based on the findings (1) 82.56% of the quality of learning was in the high category, (2) 81.47% of the suitability of learning levels was in the high category, (3) 77.16% of the learning incentives given by the teacher to students are in the sufficient category, and (4) 80.65% or are in the high category for the time of implementation of learning used by the teacher in KBM (teaching and learning activities), the results of observations are also found that teachers tend to have prepared lesson plans (RPP) before learning activities are carried out. Thus, this study found that the use of Google Meet media in teaching and learning activities for entrepreneurship subjects was effective during the Covid 19 pandemic era.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation of learning supervision in terms of decision-making at Deli Murni Bandar Baru private high school and the problems encountered in the implementation of learning supervision related to decision-making at Deli Murni Bandar Baru private high school. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subject was the school principal, while the informants were two teachers. Data collection techniques are observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that: The implementation of learning supervision by the principal to the teacher was carried out at the beginning of the first semester using an assessment rubric, including teacher effective assessment. Teacher's professional attitude. Assessment of teacher teaching skills. The learning supervision document is in the form of a file/questionnaire to assess teacher performance. The problems encountered in the implementation of learning supervision at Deli Murni Bandar Baru Private High School are the lack of supervision coaching time available by the school principal for teachers, lack of facilities that support the implementation of learning supervision, such as available learning media, lack of readiness of teachers to take part in supervising school learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyzePrincipal Decision Making Policy using the Comprehensive Rationale Model at SDS Santa Lucia Sei Rotan. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 15 class teachers, while the object of this study was the principal's decision-making policy using a comprehensive rational model. The results obtained from the 20 question items were 15 statements that received very good categories, 3 items in the good category, 1 item in the sufficient category, 1 item in the very poor category and described the total acquisition score of 20 question items with an overall acquisition score of 279 percentage 93% and categorized as very good. The acquisition of this score indicates that the implementation of decision-making policies using a comprehensive rational model has been carried out by the school principal very well.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal's leadership role in decision making, the process of making decisions by the principal, as well as the factors that support the principal's leadership role in decision making. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data sources used in this study were school principals, teachers and education staff. Analysis of the data used in this study through data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of this study are (a) the role of the principal in the role of the decision-making process, namely the role of regulatory, democratic, and persuasive; (b) the decision-making process carried out by the principal, namely holding workshops, identifying problems, alternative problem solving, determination of the selected alternative and decision making; (c) factors that support the leadership of the school principal in making decisions, namely all parties are open to the problems faced by the school and provide freedom of opinion in making decisions.

Abstract

Budget Management in Improving the Quality of Budget Information is needed, so that the desired goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this research is to find out the stages of budget planning in improving the quality of information at Rumah Harapan Tobasa private junior high school, how the mechanism of implementation and distribution of the budget used at Rumah Harapan Tobasa private junior high school and how budget supervision in improving the quality of information at Rumah Harapan Tobasa private junior high school. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods and research methods using literature studies. The results showed that the budgeting stages carried out by the school of Rumah Harapan Tobasa Private Junior High School have not been able to improve the quality of budget information to carry out policies regarding academic programs, so that the funding needs of school activities can be planned, procured, recorded transparently, and used to finance the implementation of school academic program policies effectively and efficiently. Carry out direct budget supervision, by checking directly both on programs that have been implemented and checking budget information once a month.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of staff meeting technical academic supervision to improve the pedagogical competence of productive teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru. The competence of productive teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru can be increased. The subjects of this study were twenty-four productive teachers. The research instrument used to determine teacher competency was a pedagogic competency test (Ministry of Education and Culture (2017)), observation sheets, interviews and questionnaires. The research method used was action research school. The research implementation consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages of activity, namely: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting.85.43%with the Good category and cycle II achieved an average value of91.85%with the Very Good category. The implications of this study indicate that the application of academic supervision of staff meeting techniques can increase the competence of productive teachers in developing pedagogical competence at SMK Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru.
