Abstract

This study aims to determine how the strategic management used by DP3APPKB Surabaya City in developing Child-Friendly Cities. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative research. The technique for collecting data is conducting direct field studies at the location which includes interviews, observations, and documentation. The researcher refers to the strategic management theory of Hunger and Wheleen, which refers to environmental analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and control evaluation. The results of this study are that DP3APPKB Surabaya City in developing child-friendly cities has been implemented by having clear legal policies, having good cooperation and communication between stakeholders, and has fulfilled the KLA cluster indicators as evidenced by obtaining the main category predicate for 6 (six) consecutive times (2018-2023). However, in the special protection cluster there are still challenges where there are problems with children, namely cases of child violence.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the synergy of Regional Government Organizations in reducing early marriage. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques using field studies which are carried out directly at the research location through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that synergy between Regional Government Organizations in handling the number of early marriages in Bojonegoro Regency has made various efforts but the results are not yet optimal. It can be seen: 1) So far, synergy has been carried out well, there has been socialization between Regional Government Organizations and inviting parents and teenagers who are still underage. 2) create a joint program to reduce the rate of early marriage.

Abstract

The Bojonegoro Regency Government, which is overseen by the Bojonegoro Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service, initiated the creation of the Village Government Administration Information System Application (SIAP DESA). This application can be freely accessed by the public, however, it was discovered that in its implementation the village SIAP application was not completely efficient. Based on initial observations, it was found that many villages had not completed the information in the village SIAP Application. The aim of this research is to determine the efficiency of the Village SIAP Application in realizing public information transparency. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the village SIAP application is not completely efficient. Several factors that underlie this include the Village SIAP Application, there is a menu that has no time limit for uploading files, namely the data menu for the Village Head, Village Apparatus, PAW Members and Legal Products. Furthermore, there is also no time limit for completing data updating, making each village feel more relaxed in updating data in the application. The government's digital update in building the village SIAP application is the right step for efficiency, especially in terms of materials and costs. However, the SIAP Village Application can be said to be fully efficient if the menus are complete, accurate and updated. Therefore, it is important to create a timeline for updating the Village SIAP Application menus to show openness of public information to the community and related stakeholders.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the innovation of the Bojonegoro Religious Court in resolving divorce cases to create good public services and to find out whether there are challenges in developing this e-court application innovation. The problem focuses on how effective e-court innovation is in improving the quality of public services, especially divorce handling and identifying obstacles and aspects that need to be improved so that it becomes a sustainable application in the future. In order to approach this problem, a theoretical reference from M. Roger is used, with 5 innovation attributes, namely: relative advantage, suitability, complexity, possibility of trying and ease of observation. Data was collected through a case study approach, interviews, observations, and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that in this modern era the government is required to create a service that can make things easier for society through the use of technology. One of the uses of technology made by the Supreme Court is e-court. E-Court is an electronic administration service that allows people to conduct matters online. This service aims to make it easier for people who are constrained by time and costs, as well as reaching areas farthest from the court. Several service features available in e-court include online case registration (E-Filling), electronic down payment estimates (E-Payment), online summons (E-Summons) and online trials (E-Litigation).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in the management of Sendang Maibit tourism in Maibit Village, Rengel District, Tuban Regency. Using a qualitative approach, this study involves field observations, in-depth interviews, and document studies to understand the role of local communities in tourism management. The results of the study show that the community actively participates in tourism planning and management, especially through tourism awareness groups (pokdarwis). Although the CBT approach has had a positive impact, several challenges remain, including limited management capacity, inadequate infrastructure, and lack of tourism promotion. However, with the right support from the government and the private sector, Sendang Mibit has great potential to develop as a sustainable community-based tourism destination. This study highlights the importance of community empowerment and collaboration between stakeholders in achieving the success of community-based tourism.

Abstract

Universal Health Coverage (UHC), berarti bahwa semua orang memiliki akses ke rangkaian penuh layanan kesehatan berkualitas yang mereka butuhkan, kapan dan di mana pun mereka membutuhkannya, tanpa kesulitan keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro menyampaikan, bahwa dengan program UHC, Pemkab Bojonegoro sekarang mengcover seluruh biaya pengobatan masyarakat yang sakit, pemerintah berharap masyarakat segera mengurus BPJS Kesehatan, karena saat ini sudah diatas 95 % sudah punya BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan terkait implementasi program Universal Health Coverage (UHC) terkait pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang merupakan suatu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk memahami fenomena atau gejala secara mendalam, kompleks, dan kontekstual. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa implementasi kebijakan dalam program Universal Health Coverage (UHC) mengacu pada teori dari Van Meter dan Van Horn (1975) adalah Ukuran dan Tujuan Kebijakan, Program Universal Health Coverage (UHC) di Kabupaten Bojonegoro bertujuan untuk menyediakan akses kesehatan yang merata dan berkualitas, masih terdapat laporan kecelakaan yang belum tertangani, yang menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program seperti SIAGA BRO 119 belum sepenuhnya efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze digital transformation in waste management in Bojonegoro Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through literature studies, observations, and interviews. This research is based on the Royyana Theory, which involves five indicators, namely human resources, processes, strategies, structures, and technology as tools to improve performance. The study results show that implementing digital waste banks in Bojonegoro Regency has fulfilled essential aspects of digital transformation. Competent human resources can run the program effectively; the service process is carried out optimally to support work efficiency; digitalization socialization strategies to the community have proven to be efficient and easy to understand; the management structure of the digital waste bank is running well; and the integration of technology has made it easier for people to make transactions digitally. The significance of the results of this study lies in the real positive impact, namely increasing public awareness and participation in digital-based waste management, which ultimately contributes to environmental sustainability. This research shows that digital waste banks can be a relevant innovation model for other regions in supporting digital transformation for ecological management.
