Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to measure success and determine the factors that support or hinder the success of the e-learning SPADA Wimaya.Method: This study adapts the development of the DeLone and McLean Model 2003. The data used are primary data obtained from the answers of 387 users of the e-learning SPADA Wimaya Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta University as respondents in the distributed questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire were processed using SPSS to test descriptive of the data. After that, the data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for testing the inner model and outer model which includes hypothesis testing through SmartPLS software.Result: Of the nine proposed hypotheses, six were accepted and the other three were rejected. Because not all variables affect each other significantly, the e-learning SPADA Wimaya is declared to have not been successful. The factors that hinder the success of the e-learning SPADA Wimaya are the security indicator on the system quality variable, responsive indicator on the service quality variable and communication effectiveness on the net benefit variable.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to assess the capability level to determine the condition of the capability level as-is, to-be, gap analysis and provide recommendations for improving IT governance in the continuity and availability process of LMS Spada Wimaya service. Design/methodology/approach: The capability level assessment refers to the COBIT 5 Process Assessment Model (PAM) assessment criteria with the research stages adopting the COBIT 5 Assessment Process Activities. Findings/result: Based on the urgency and problems that occur in LMS Spada Wimaya related to the continuity of service availability, the appropriate COBIT 5 enterprise goals are chosen, namely Business Service Continuity and Availability which describes in achieving the vision and mission goals of UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta related to the procurement of LMS Spada Wimaya. The process of mapping results is prioritized based on impact and importance. The results of the assessment of the current capability level (as-is) in the BAI06, DSS03, DSS05, and MEA01 processes are at level 2 with the expected target capability level (to-be) at level 3 with a gap level of 1. DSS01, DSS02, and DSS04 are at level 1 with a target capability level (to-be) expected at level 3 with a gap level of 2. output criteria, setting performance goals and targets, making Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), conducting performance assessments to ensure compliance. Originality/value/state of the art: This study has the same focus as previous research, which is measuring the ability of the IT governance level with the criteria for the COBIT 5 Model Assessment Criteria (PAM), but is implemented in a different case study and the focus of the process is in accordance with the results of mapping the alignment of organizational goals with COBIT 5 IT goals according to urgency and problems that describe in achieving the vision and mission of the object of research.

Abstract

Saat ini, berada pada era media publikasi terjadi perubahan karena inovasi dimana publikasi cetak seperti spanduk dan baliho bergeser menjadi postingan di sosial media seperti Instagram, Facebook, Twiter hingga Tiktok. Kafe X yang telah berdiri sejak 2020 dengan bangunan semi permanen, dan mulai dikunjungi oleh konsumen baik konsumen dari luar daerah maupun lokal tetapi masih dalam jumlah yang minim. Hal ini dikarenakan lokasi jauh dari pusat kota dan kurangnya pengenalan tentang Kafe  tersebut. Dengan rancangan video iklan ini diharapkan dapat mengenalkan Kafe X kepada masyarakat luas, baik di dalam kota maupun luar kota yang nantinya sebagai tempat singgah bagi masyarakat. Proses pembuatan video untuk media sosial Kafe x melalui tiga tahapan yakni pra produksi yang meliputi persiapan, tahapan kedua yakni produksi meliputi pengerjaan pengambilan video dan pengeditan menggunakan aplikasi adobe premiere, tahapan ketiga pasca produksi adalah melakukan validasi dan evaluasi terhadap video. Berdasarkan evaluasi dengan metode kualitatif disimpulkan bahwa pemilik dan pakar sinematografi mengatakan bahwa video layak digunakan sebagai media promosi kafe x dan  evaluasi secara kuantitatif dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 30 responden dengan persentae 52,67 % bahwa video menarik dan efektif dijadikan video promosi kafe x

Abstract

Forecasting is an important part of every business organization and for every very significant management decision. The purpose of forecasting is to reduce the risk or uncertainty faced by a company in making short-term operational decisions and in planning for long-term growth. The company that is the object of this research is a company operating in the printing sector. Focus on observing receipt products because receipt orders are the highest every month. In the implementation of the production process, there are often shortages of raw materials such as NCR paper or non-carbon required paper so that delivery times are late to reach consumers. The effort used to eliminate/reduce the gap between production and sales is to use a forecasting method which aims to determine product quantity adjustments and when they are needed. Based on data processing using cyclical and linear methods, the method used in calculating the next month's forecast is the Linear method. The linear method has the smallest error values, namely SEE = 1100.57, MAD = 871 and MAPE = 26.34. The total forecast demand for receipt products in November is 4839 pieces

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian rencana pembelajaran guru, kesesuaian pembelajaran dengan rencana pembelajaran guru, kelengkapan unsur-unsur pendekatan saintifik di dalam proses pembelajaran, kendala guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan saintifik, dan strategi guru dalam mengatasi kendala penerapan pendekatan saintifik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kesesuaian RPP guru dibandingkan dengan kriteria RPP Kurikulum 2013 berada dalam kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 86,41% (2) kesesuaian proses pembelajaran dengan rencana program pembelajaran berada dalam kategori baik dengan presentase 82%; (3) kelengkapan unsur-unsur pendekatan saintifik di dalam proses pembelajaran tergolong kurang dengan presentase 48%; (4) kendala guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan saintifik adalah dalam melaksanakan kegiatan asosiasi, yaitu berada dalam kategori kurang dengan presentase 7%; (5) strategi guru dalam mengatasi kendala penerapan kegiatan asosiasi adalah dengan melatih siswa untuk memecahkan masalah, memfasilitasi siswa dengan media pembelajaran; memberikan reward, menyediakan sumber belajar tambahan, dan mendorong siswa untuk berdiskusi dengan teman sekelasnya.AbstractThis study aims to evaluate the suitability of the teacher's lesson plan, the suitability of learning with the teacher's lesson plan, the completeness of the elements of the scientific approach in the learning process, the obstacles of the teacher in applying the scientific approach, and the teacher's strategy in overcoming the obstacles to the application of the scientific approach. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive research methods. The data collection techniques of this study were observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the suitability of the teacher's RPP compared to the 2013 curriculum RPP criteria is in the good category with a percentage of 86.41% (2) the suitability of the learning process with the learning program plan is in the good category with a percentage of 82%; (3) the completeness of the elements of the scientific approach in the learning process is classified as lacking with a percentage of 48%; (4) the teacher's obstacle in applying the scientific approach is in carrying out association activities, which are in the less category with a percentage of 7%; (5) the teacher's strategy in overcoming obstacles to the application of association activities is to train students to solve problems, facilitate students with learning media; provide rewards, provide additional learning resources, and encourage students to discuss with their classmates.

Abstract

Pelatihan dalam rangka kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi tentang bagaimana menggunakan mesin cetak digital printing. Mesin cetak yang digunakan adalah mesin cetak digital printing Fuji Xerox produksi Jepang. Peserta pelatihan merupakan siswa SMK Perguruan Laksamana Martadinata Medan. Pelaksanaan diawali dengan memberi materi sampai ke proses cetak . Materi diakhiri dengan memberikan tugas bagi masing-masing peserta untuk mencetak brosur secara mandiri. Dikarenakan PPKM darurat 4 di Kota Medan maka pihak sekolah hanya mengizinkan 5 orang siswa untuk mengikuti pelatihan tersebut. Dari peserta dengan jumlah 5 orang siswa, semuanya dapat mengikuti pelatihan dari awal sampai akhir yaitu dapat menyelesaikan tugas mandiri dengan baik, mampu mencetak brosur yang berkualitas.  Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini antara lain metode demonstrasi yaitu peserta secara langsung praktek sesuai dengan keadaan yang sebenarnya mencetak brosur menggunakan mesin digital printing, program yang digunakan yaitu program Fiery 1,. Metode evaluasi dengan melihat perbedaan kualitas cetakan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasilnya berupa keterampilan hardskill mencetak brosur dengan mesin digital printing yang sesuai dengan standar cetak brosur yaitu hasil cetak yang presisi.

Abstract

Masa-masa pembelajaran yang sangat penting adalah dari usia PAUD karena pada masa tersebut anak usia dini akan mengalami proses pertumbuhan, perkembangan dan pembentukan karakter anak. Pengalaman- pengalaman anak usia dini sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap kreativitas anak, kemandirian anak dan perkembangan anak usia dini. Bedasarkan observasi dan wawancara, bahwasannya anak PG Paud Lae Lak-lak masih belum memiliki kreativitas dan kesulitan untuk berkreasi, belum terlihatnya bakat yang dimiliki anak. Kurangnya tenaga pengajar juga membuat guru tersebut sering kewalahan menghadapi anak sehingga pembelajaran tentang kreativitas anak sering terabaikan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan dan menumbuhkan kreativitas siswa PG Paud Lae Lak-Lak. Metode yang dilakukan adalah sosialisasi dan permainan yang diikuti 15 peserta. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan kreativitas anak PG Paud memiliki kreativitas berkembang sesuai harapan,(53,33%) dan kreativitas mulai berkembang (40 %) dan 0.67% berkembang sangat baik.

Abstract

The State Polytechnic of Creative Media PSDKU Medan carries out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, one of which is to carry out community service. As a form of responsibility to the community, it is carried out through coaching and approaching the community. The young generation of Indonesia as the successors of the nation certainly needs a place to accommodate and test their scientific ideas in depth. As part of the mental revolution, P3M State Polytechnic of Creative Media PSDKU Medan is expected to take a special role in cultivating scientific thinking in Indonesian youth, especially high school students in North Sumatra. The existence of socialization and training in writing scientific papers is expected that students will be more enthusiastic in writing and participating in scientific paper competition programs organized by institutions or research institutions as well as educational institutions. With the active participation of students in scientific paper competitions, quality student works will emerge which are the seeds for solving problems in the surrounding environment, because from this initial work it will be developed into works that are more widely useful

Abstract

he increase in production and consumption in the graphic industry has had a negative impact on theenvironment, especially related to the waste produced. Solid, liquid, and gas waste produced by this industry, includingwaste paper, chemicals, and emissions from the printing process, contribute to air, land, and water pollution. This studyaims to analyze the implementation of an effective recycling system in the graphic industry as an effort to reduceenvironmental pollution. The research method used is a case study in several graphic companies that have adopted arecycling system, focusing on the paper recycling process, the use of environmentally friendly inks, and chemical wastemanagement. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and document analysis related to companypolicies and environmental audit results. The results of the study show that the implementation of an integrated recyclingsystem can reduce waste volume by up to 60%, increase the efficiency of raw material use by up to 30%, and significantlyreduce carbon emissions from the production process. In addition, companies that implement a recycling system also getadditional benefits in the form of savings in production costs and an improved environmentally friendly image in the eyesof consumers. This study concludes that the implementation of a holistic recycling system in the graphic industry is astrategic step to reduce negative impacts on the environment and encourage more sustainable business practices.
