Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara determinasi diri dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan PT Pelindo III (Persero) Cabang Banjarmasin. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling, yaitu subjek merupakan karyawan yang berjumlah 129 orang. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dari Karl Pearson dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala determinasi diri dengan keterikatan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan antara determinasi diri dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan PT Pelindo III (Persero) Cabang Banjarmasin dengan korelasi 0,320 dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Nilai ini menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kedua variabel, artinya semakin semakin tinggi determinasi diri maka semakin tinggi keterikatan kerja dan sebaliknya ketika determinasi diri rendah maka keterikatan kerja rendah.

Abstract

AbstrakPerawat wanita yang telah menikah dan bekerja adalah seorang wanita dengan peran ganda. Wanita yang memiliki peran ganda yaitu sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan juga sebagai pekerja rentan mengalami work family conflict. Perawat wanita yang dihadapkan pada tututan peran yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan munculnya burnout. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work family conflict dan burnout pada perawat wanita yang sudah menikah dan bekerja di rumah sakit Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Penelitian ini dilaukan pada 31 orang perawat wanita yang sudah menikah dan bekerja di rumah sakit Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara work family conflict dan burnout pada perawat wanita yang sudah menikah dan bekerja di rumah sakit Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Kata kunci: work family conflict, burnout, perawat wanita

Abstract

Learning media in the form of image media is a tool that teachers can use in the learning process with the aim of creating meaningful learning for students. So the role of a teacher who has expertise, determination and ability in using this media greatly influences the formation of learning understanding in students. This research aims to describe the use of image media in improving children's understanding of learning. The research results show that the use of this visual media can strengthen students' memory, increase their involvement in learning activities, and contribute to improving better academic results. Therefore, it is hoped that the integration of pictures and graphics in teaching methods can be an effective strategy to support student learning achievement. Media pembelajaran yang berupa media gambar itu merupakan alat bantu yang dapat di gunakan guru dalam proses pembelajaran dengan tujuan untuk membentuk pembelajaran yang bermakna bagi peserta didik. Sehingga peran dari seorang guru yang memiliki keahlian, ketetapan dan kemampuan dalam penggunaan media tersebut sangat berpengaruh pada terbentuknya pemahaman belajar pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan media gambar dalam meeningkatkan pemahan belajar pada anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media visual ini dapat memperkuat daya ingat siswa, meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dalam kegiatan belajar, serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan hasil akademik yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, integrasi gambar dan grafik dalam metode pengajaran diharapkan dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk mendukung pencapaian prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine the level of student knowledge of handling injuries using R.I.C.E method in the physical education study program FKIP University of Bengkulu. The problem in this study was that it was not yet know hiow high the level of student knowledge about handling sport injuries using the R.I.C.E method in the physical education study program FKIP University of Bengkulu. The type of research was descriptive research with a qualitative approach with survey method. The subject of research was a physical education student of the FKIP University of Bengkulu. Using data collection technique questionnaires, interview and documentation. Data analysis used in this research was data reduction, data display, conclusion/verification. The result of percentage of all aspects in the very high category were 61.39% (54 student) in the high category 39.64% (34 student) thus the data concluded that the level of student knowledge of handling sports injuries with the R.I.C.E method can be concluded that student have a very high level of knowledge

Abstract

Sanrobone Village is one of the oldest villages in Takalar Regency and one of the chili producing villages, but the chilies cannot be utilized properly. When the harvest season arrives, people harvest chilies at the same time, so the price of chilies decreases, resulting in a decrease in farmers' interest in selling their chilies. People prefer to consume them privately, so rotting chilies were found on several fields. This fact underlies the implementation of Community Service (PkM) activities by increasing the usefulness of chilies through making squid chili sauce by collaborating with mothers as training participants combined with mentoring. After the training and mentoring it turned out that the village residents were very enthusiastic as evidenced by the presence of several residents who group asking for assistance (training)extra which is coupled with manufacturing practices. The positive response from residents is also in line with the market, that when marketed, Sanrobone squid chili sauce is very popular with the market, so apart from being able to increase people's knowledge, Sanrobone squid chili sauce can be used as an alternative new income.

Abstract

This research has a specific objective to analyze the Indonesian government's strategy in realizing sustainable marine development based on its role as a middle power country. The author uses the theoretical framework of middle power identity and niche diplomacy to analyze the problems in this study. This research is a type of qualitative research that is explained using the explanatory method. Based on the results of the research, the Indonesian government's strategy is to prioritize sustainable marine development in national marine policy and also commit to contributing to the world's sustainable marine development with the blue economy principle. This commitment will be realized by increasing cooperation in the marine sector at the bilateral, multilateral and regional levels. Specifically, the form of the realization of this commitment is that Indonesia has become the strategy of the Indonesian government to realize sustainable marine development is to become the initiator of the formation of cooperation forums (coalition building), to become the contact person for countries in the interest of sustainable marine development (bridge builder), and to uphold international norms in the marine sector for the common good (catalyst).
