Abstract

Rural development is a priority agenda for national development to improve the welfare of the people. The results of this study examine how the ability of the village government to utilize the village fund budget is so large, without any form of deviation. In public sector studies, capacity is defined as the ability to manage human resources, finance, physical infrastructure, and information. In this study, qualitative research methods were used to obtain accurate data and collect reliable data from related institutions and informants. The informants in the study were 7 village heads. The findings in this study are that the capacity of the village government in managing the village funds budget in Pulau Sembilan District, Sinjai Regency is not optimal

Abstract

The government, through the ministry of education and culture, urges universities to monitor and assist students in learning from home. the type of research chosen is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Academic services during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sinjai ran effectively according to the rules that had been set and were running according to the expected goals, this was seen from the service for student proposal examinations, the lecture process, and new student admissions

Abstract

Competency development is an effort to increase knowledge, skills, abilities and thinking maturity which is automatically accompanied by changes in morals and behavior in carrying out government and development tasks, one of which is through education and training programs. This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Competency Development Policy Strategy of the National Civil Apparatus  in Sinjai Regency. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Competency Development Policy Strategies for National Civil Apparatus  in Sinjai Regency. One of the obstacles lies in the ability of regional finances to conduct competency tests at all levels in national civil apparatus. Meanwhile, one of the supporting factors is the enthusiasm of the employees in improving competence through education and training.
