The problem in this research is the code switching and code-mixing in Talk Show of Mata Najwa. This study aim to describe the code switching and code-mixing in the event and its implications as teaching materials in junior high school. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data source of this research is the code switching and code-mixing in the event. Based on the analysis of data found over ekstern code by a factor of speakers and opponents. When viewed from the form of code-mixing are mixed code words, phrases, baster, expressions, looping, and clauses with the causes of the attitude and language speakers. Code switching and code-mixing in the Event Talk Show Mata Najwa can be used as an alternative students material in junior high school, expecially for in writing and speaking.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah alih kode dan campur kode dalam acara Gelar Wicara Mata Najwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan alih kode dan campur kode dalam acara tersebut dan implikasinya sebagai bahan ajar di SMP. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah alih kode dan campur kode dalam acara tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan alih kode ekstern dengan faktor penyebab penutur dan lawan tutur. Bila ditinjau dari bentuk campur kode terdapat campur kode kata, frasa, baster, ungkapan, perulangan, dan klausa dengan faktor penyebab sikap penutur dan kebahasaan. Alih kode dan campur kode dalam Acara Gelar Wicara Mata Najwa dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan alternatif pembelajaran siswa di SMP, yakni pembelajaran menulis dan berbicara.Kata kunci: alih kode, campur kode, gelar wicara mata najwa.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Discovery Learning model assisted by Google Classroom and zoom in the Environmental Education course on the critical thinking skills of Khairun University Geography Education students. The research approach used was a quasi experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group experimental design. Data analysis with parametic statistics for hypothesis testing, namely covariance analysis (Ancova) using SPSS 22 for windows with a significance level of 0.05. The research was carried out in the Geography Education Study Program, Khairun University with student respondents who contracted the Environmental Education course. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference in the effect of learning between discovery learning and conventional models that both use google classroom and zoom on students' critical thinking skills with the Sig. 0.00.

The aims research to contribution of soya tempe industry income to household income of soya tempe craftsmen in Imogiri Sub-district, Bantul District, the purpose of this research are to knowing the production cost and income from soya tempe industry of household scale and to contribution of soya tempe industry income to household income of soybean tempe craftsman in Imogiri district, Bantul regency in July 2017. The research method used is descriptive. The method of determining the location was done intentionally in Imogiri District. Determination of the number of samples is done proportionally. While the sampling method using random sampling with a sample of 32 people.Data analysis method used is the method of income analysis and T-test.The analysis result shows that the average of soybean tempe industry income obtained by the soybean tempe craftsmen in one month is Rp 1.351.435,00, meanwhile the income outside of tempe industry business Rp 990.841,00 and the total income of soybean craftsman in one month Rp 2.342.276,00 so it can be seen that the income of soya tempe industry has contributed 57.7% to household income of soybean tempe craftsmen in Imogiri District. Test result t-test obtained t count = 2.212 and t table = 2.03951, so t count is greater than t table with 95% confidence level, then Ha accepted and rejected Ho. Thus, soybean tempe industry income contributes â‰¥50% to household income.

In the digital age, e-commerce startups are racing to achieve success. However, behind sophisticated technology, the key to success lies in understanding and meeting customer needs. Value Proposition Design (VPD) emerges as an effective strategy for designing customer-centric business models. This study aims to examine the role of VPD in building successful e-commerce startup business models in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach and case studies, this research analyzes the experiences and strategies of several successful e-commerce startups in Indonesia that have implemented VPD. The findings indicate that VPD helps startups identify customer needs, design relevant value propositions, and build sustainable competitive advantages. Moreover, the study reveals the challenges and opportunities faced in implementing VPD in a constantly evolving environment. In conclusion, VPD is a crucial strategy that can enhance the competitiveness of e-commerce startups in the digital age. This research provides recommendations for entrepreneurs to understand and consistently implement VPD.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu program dalam mengimplementasikan keterampilan mahasiswa untuk hidup bermasyarakat. Pengabdian wajib dilaksanakan oleh Universitas atau Institusi yang menganut Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Lokasi pengabdian di Desa Bangun Harja, Kecamatan Seruyan Hilir Timur, Kabupaten Seruyan. Program kerja yang dilakukan salah satunya adalah membantu warga dalam pembuatan dan pemasangan papan nama jalan, penunjuk rumah ketua RT/RW dan papan nama mushola. Salah satu yang menjadi kendala terutama untuk warga pendatang adalah tidak tersedianya papan penunjuk jalan di desa. Oleh karena itu dilakukannya program kerja pembuatan dan pemasangan papan plang ini. Program kerja ini dilakukan dalam 4 tahapan. Tahap pertama yaitu melakukan observasi/survey lokasi, tahap kedua menyiapkan perlengkapan yang dibutuhkan untuk proses pembuatan, tahap ketiga yaitu proses pembuatan mulai dari pemotongan papan dan tiang, pengecatan, dan lain-lain serta tahap keempat yaitu pemasangan papan plang nama tersebut.

English language learning in Islamic schools often struggles to provide materials aligned with cultural and religious values. This study aimed to develop an interactive English e-module that integrates Islamic values to support the language skills of eighth-grade students in Islamic secondary school. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach and applied the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model proposed by Branch (2009). Data were collected through interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and User Experience Questionnaires (UEQ). Results indicated that the e-module was deemed feasible by both material and media experts. During implementation, evaluations from 41 students revealed a positive assessment across all aspects including attractiveness, perspective, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. This e-module combined multimedia elements and interactive activities to support language skills (listening, reading, speaking, writing) while instilling Islamic values. It was hoped that this interactive e-module would be an effective supplementary learning tool to improve students' English language skills while strengthening their understanding of Islamic values, both at school and at home. This study offered a structured approach to integrating religious values into language learning through digital tools, providing insights for future curriculum development.

Fintech is a new technology that allows financial institutions to harness the potential of blockchain and improve the security and transparency of the financial services it provides. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of the growth of financial technology (FINTECH) on banking performance in Indonesia. A qualitative approach is used to understand the impact and role of fintech in banking development. The results of the analysis show that fintech has a positive and significant impact on the performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. As a step forward, banking in Indonesia needs to continue to innovate, adapt to new technology, and strengthen regulations that support the fintech industry. Collaboration between the banking and fintech sectors, as well as improving security systems and data protection, will be key to maintaining the integrity and digital financial ecosystem.

This study aims to analyze the effect of gearing ratio, profitability, company age, company size, and ownership structure on the timeliness of financial reporting in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021–2023. Timeliness of financial reporting is very important because it can affect investor decision making and market perception of company performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with the logistic regression analysis method. The sample consisted of 23 banking companies selected based on purposive sampling techniques and met the criteria for three years of observation, resulting in 69 observations. The results of the study showed that simultaneously the five independent variables affected the timeliness of financial reporting with a contribution of 50.9%. Partially, gearing ratio, company age, and ownership structure were shown to have a significant effect, while profitability and company size did not show a significant effect. This finding implies that the aspects of leverage, company maturity, and transparency of public ownership play an important role in increasing compliance with timely financial reporting.

The aim of this research is to explore the role and impact of zakat in the economic realm. The research method applied is library research, which combines data from various sources, including books and previous research reports. The results of this research show that the performance of tax officers plays an important role in ensuring the fulfillment of tax payment obligations by taxpayers, while funds for zakat fundraising come from five groups that are required to pay zakat, both for zakat fitrah and zakat maal. Humans, as caliphs on earth, have the responsibility to earn a living in a halal way, avoiding unjust and false actions. Islam recognizes the right to private property without restriction, but prohibits the acquisition of wealth by illegal and immoral means. However, other people's rights are still protected in personal property through the payment of zakat, infaq and sadaqah, in accordance with sharia principles. With significant growth, zakat has the potential to become a significant economic and social instrument for Muslims, and its position is equivalent to income tax paid to the state. The integration of zakat and taxes, if regulated in clear legal concepts and regulations, is believed to be able to advance the Indonesian economy. Fiscal policy, which influences the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN), can create controversy and various questions because it combines two things that are substantially different. This thesis examines the impact of knowledge about taxes, knowledge about zakat, and tax compliance of Muslim taxpayers, focusing on the direct and indirect influence between tax knowledge, knowledge of zakat, and tax compliance of Muslim taxpayers.
