Abstract

Biosaka contains elicitor compounds that stimulate the physiological activity of plants, including increased chlorophyll content and enhanced efficiency of assimilate distribution. This study aims to examine the effect of elixitors in biosaka on leaf chlorophyll content and its relationship with the distribution of assimilates in the vegetative growth phase of melon plants. The research was conducted using an experimental method with a non-factorial Complete Random Design (CRD). The single factor in the form of biosaka concentration consists of six levels: B0 = 0 mL L⁻¹, B1 = 10 mL L⁻¹, B2 = 20 mL L⁻¹, B3 = 30 mL L⁻¹, B4 = 40 mL L⁻¹, and B5 = 50 mL L⁻¹. Each treatment was repeated four times, with each repetition consisting of three plants. The results showed that the application of biosaka at various concentrations had no significant effect on all observed parameters. Nevertheless, there is a substantial increase in plant length by up to 93% towards the end of the vegetative phase. A positive correlation was found between plant length and assimilate distribution to the crown (r = 35–47), as well as between leaf area and plant length and assimilate distribution to the crown (r = 36–77). This indicates that the application of biosaka contributes to the increase in physiological activity of plants, through an increase in leaf area that supports the process of photosynthesis and assimilation in the upper part of the plant.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong lembaga pendidikan untuk berinovasi dalam pengelolaan data akademik. Pondok Pesantren Nurul Qomar masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengolahan nilai dan distribusi rapor, sehingga prosesnya lambat, berisiko terjadi kesalahan, serta kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem e-rapor berbasis website untuk memudahkan pengelolaan dan penyimpanan nilai santri, serta memberikan akses informasi akademik secara cepat kepada guru, santri, dan orang tua. Analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan adalah langkah-langkah dalam proses pengembangan Waterfall. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem E-Rapor berbasis web ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, memudahkan guru dalam menginput nilai santri, mengurangi risiko kesalahan akibat proses manual, serta meningkatkan kecepatan dan keakuratan penyajian laporan nilai. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan metode Waterfall pada sistem E-Rapor terbukti efektif dalam mendukung proses administrasi akademik yang lebih efisien dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan pondok pesantren.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology has a policy called Analyzing Curriculum Management in Facing the Implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum that intends to maximize the management of the currently employed curriculum. The purpose of this study is to examine curriculum management in light of the adoption of the Independent Learning Curriculum. Teachers and school principals implement the Independent Learning curriculum through the use of a case study approach in the research methodology. The data for this study was gathered through observation, documentation, and interviews and followed by analysis through the gathering, processing, presenting, and drawing of data. The results are rather empirical. According to this study, teachers are perfectly prepared to apply the curriculum for autonomous learning. The lack of knowledge of the independent learning curriculum between instructors and parents is a barrier that teachers face while implementing curriculum management in order to face the implementation of the curriculum. Additionally, the infrastructure and amenities are insufficient.

Abstract

Language conservation is a vital part of preserving cultural identity, particularly within diaspora communities living in multicultural environments. This study aims to describe the strategies for conserving the Indonesian language implemented at the Indonesian School of Davao (Sekolah Indonesia Davao/SID), Philippines, and to examine the perspectives, expectations, and beliefs of stakeholders regarding language preservation as an element of national identity. The research also explores the gap between the ideal definition of language conservation and the actual use of the Indonesian language in the daily lives of the diaspora community, especially within the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) in Davao City and SID. A qualitative approach was employed using a case study method. Informants were selected purposively, including the deputy head of curriculum, deputy head of student affairs, dormitory supervisors, Indonesian language teachers, students, and staff from the Socio-Cultural Affairs Division (Pensosbud) of KJRI Davao City. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, which were then analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that language conservation at SID is carried out through curricular, regulatory, and cultural strategies, supported by the KJRI through the Basic Indonesian Knowledge Course (Kursus Pengetahuan Dasar Indonesia/KPDI). However, there is a noticeable gap between the ideal program and actual practice, as Indonesian is not yet fully used in the informal domains of the community. This study recommends the need for more contextual strategies and the development of culturally responsive learning materials based on the diaspora experience to support sustainable language preservation.

Abstract

Abstrak Produktivitas kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kabupaten Batang cenderung memperlihatkan produktivitas yang rendah secara keseluruhan, sehingga perlu ditingkatkan dengan optimalisasi peranan kepala sekolah dan peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Batang. 2) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Batang. 3) menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Batang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional sebab-akibat. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Batang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Batang yang berjumlah 273 orang. Sampelnya berjumlah 163 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa angket. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji prasyarat menggunakan uji linieritas, uji normalitas, dan uji homogenitas. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian: (1) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Batang dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 44,5%. (2) ada pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Batang dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 82,2%. (3) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Batang dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 83,5%. Disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompetensi profesional guru berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru.Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional guru, dan produktivitas kerja guru

Abstract

To ease the burden of student tuition fees, AMIK Medicom provides a scholarship program. However, in the process of determining students who are entitled to receive scholarships, the institution experiences problems due to the large number of applicants, so that the selection process becomes ineffective and takes a long time. This research uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a solution to help the decision-making process. The SAW method was chosen because it is able to determine the best alternative from a number of candidates based on certain criteria, namely parents' income, number of children, number of dependents, place of residence, and academic grades. The results of the research show that this system is able to objectively rank students, making it easier for institutions to determine scholarship recipients more accurately and efficiently.

Abstract

Citizenship is a legal status connecting individuals to a country, encompassing rights, obligations, identity, and protection. This study evaluates the impact of citizenship status on economic access and socio-economic inequality in Indonesia, focusing on disparities in well-being and economic opportunities. The research employs a normative legal method with approaches including legislation, case studies, conceptual, historical, and comparative analyses. The results show that citizenship inequality creates significant gaps in income, quality of life, and access to services. Individuals with full citizenship have better access to jobs and education compared to those with limited citizenship or no citizenship. This study recommends more inclusive policy reforms to reduce inequality and improve access for individuals with limited citizenship. The findings aim to assist academics and policymakers in designing strategies to enhance community well-being.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The rapid advancement of digital technology presents both opportunities and risks for adolescents, one of which is the rising incidence of cyberbullying manifested in forms such as flaming, online harassment, and the dissemination of personal information. This situation affects adolescents’ psychological well-being, physical health, and academic performance, thereby requiring systematic preventive measures. This study aims to examine the role of digital literacy in reducing cyberbullying behavior through a literature review of relevant national and international publications. The selected articles were analyzed using a content analysis approach to identify recurring patterns, key concepts, and effective prevention strategies aligned with the dynamics of adolescents’ digital engagement. The findings indicate that digital literacy not only enhances technical abilities but also strengthens critical thinking skills, ethical awareness, and understanding of privacy protection, all of which directly contribute to reducing aggressive behavior in digital spaces. The review also highlights that school-based digital literacy programs, parental involvement, the use of educational technologies, and regulatory support such as the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) positively influence adolescents’ resilience against online threats. However, challenges such as unequal infrastructure readiness, varying literacy levels, and limited intensive supervision remain obstacles to optimal implementation. Overall, the study concludes that collaboration among educational institutions, families, the government, and digital platform providers serves as a fundamental basis for creating a safe, ethical, and supportive digital ecosystem for adolescent development. ABSTRAK Kemajuan teknologi digital yang berlangsung cepat menghadirkan peluang sekaligus risiko bagi remaja, salah satunya meningkatnya kasus cyberbullying yang muncul dalam bentuk flaming, pelecehan daring, dan penyebaran data pribadi. Situasi ini berdampak pada kondisi psikologis, kesehatan fisik, serta prestasi akademik remaja, sehingga diperlukan langkah pencegahan yang sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peran literasi digital dalam menekan perilaku cyberbullying melalui tinjauan pustaka terhadap berbagai publikasi nasional dan internasional yang relevan. Artikel-artikel terpilih dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi untuk menelusuri pola temuan, konsep kunci, dan strategi pencegahan yang sesuai dengan dinamika aktivitas digital remaja. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan teknis, tetapi juga memperkuat kecakapan berpikir kritis, kesadaran etis, dan pemahaman mengenai perlindungan privasi, yang secara langsung berkontribusi mengurangi kecenderungan perilaku agresif di ruang digital. Temuan juga menegaskan bahwa implementasi program literasi digital di sekolah, keterlibatan orang tua, pemanfaatan teknologi edukatif, serta dukungan regulasi seperti UU ITE berpengaruh positif dalam membangun ketahanan remaja terhadap ancaman dunia maya. Adapun hambatan berupa kesenjangan infrastruktur, perbedaan tingkat literasi, dan terbatasnya pendampingan intensif masih menjadi faktor penghambat. Secara keseluruhan, studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi antara institusi pendidikan, keluarga, pemerintah, dan penyedia platform digital merupakan fondasi utama untuk mewujudkan ekosistem digital yang aman, etis, dan mendukung perkembangan remaja.
