Abstract

This study, we quantify how WSN topology shapes QoS for IoT water-quality monitoring and derive deployment rules. Five topologies (Hybrid Star-Mesh, Cluster Tree, Full Mesh, Ring, ZigBee Star; 20 nodes) were simulated in NS-3 for 10 independent runs with random seeds. Our mathematical contribution is a compact QoS model set-latency LLL, packet-loss PlossP_{\text{loss}} Ploss, bandwidth usage UBU_BUB, and throughput TTT-used to compare topologies and compute relative/absolute improvements. Statistics report mean±SD with 95% confidence intervals from Student's t-distribution; pairwise Mann-Whitney tests with Benjamini-Hochberg FDR control (α=0.05) yield compact-letter displays; Cliff's δ quantifies effect sizes. Results: Hybrid Star-Mesh minimizes latency/loss while maximizing throughput; Ring is consistently inferior; Cluster Tree and ZigBee Star are mid-range; Full Mesh trades redundancy for delay and bandwidth. These models produce actionable guidance for aquaculture (real-time dissolved-oxygen) and urban drinking-water safety, and motivate multi-objective optimization (latency-throughput-energy) toward Pareto-optimal designs.

Abstract

Technological developments encourage businesses to adopt digital systems to improve efficiency and marketing reach. Toko ABC Store, which sells various processed aluminum products such as cupboards, display cases, and shelves, still uses manual sales and recording processes, resulting in inefficiency in transaction management and product information delivery. This study aims to design and develop a product catalog and online ordering website that enables customers to view product details and place orders online with digital payment support using Midtrans. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, PHP, and MySQL and tested using Black Box Testing. System design employed flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), database design, and interface wireframes. The results show that the developed website successfully integrates a product catalog, online ordering, digital payment through Midtrans, inventory management, a sales monitoring dashboard, sales reports, and a price calculator. Black Box Testing of seven main features showed that all features were valid.

Abstract

Abstract:  Time constraints and limited technological competence remain significant challenges for teachers in developing effective instructional planning. Therefore, the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is essential to support and enhance the lesson planning process. This study aims to enhance the digital literacy of teachers at SD 3 Pedawang in designing instructional materials using the Teachy App, improve the efficiency and quality of learning materials based on the Merdeka Curriculum, and promote the use of technology while fostering a digital learning community. This community service program employed a participatory and contextual approach involving 11 teachers from SD 3 Pedawang. The methods included lectures, question-and-answer sessions, discussions, simulations, and hands-on practice using the Teachy App. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test, with improvement analyzed using the N-Gain formula. The average pre-test score was 19%, which significantly increased to 97.30% in the post-test. The N-Gain analysis showed an average improvement score of 0.969, categorized as high. The Teachy App training proved to be effective in improving teachers’ skills, time efficiency, and the quality of digital learning materials based on the Merdeka Curriculum. It is recommended that such training be conducted regularly and sustainably to strengthen the digital learning community.Abstrak: Keterbatasan waktu dan rendahnya keterampilan teknologi masih menjadi kendala bagi guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran secara efektif. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) diperlukan untuk mendukung proses perencanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital guru SD 3 Pedawang dalam merancang perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan Teachy App, meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas perangkat pembelajaran berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka, serta mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi sekaligus membangun komunitas belajar digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif dan kontekstual dengan melibatkan 11 guru SD 3 Pedawang sebagai peserta. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, simulasi, serta praktik langsung (hands-on) penggunaan Teachy App. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest, dengan peningkatan dianalisis menggunakan rumus N-Gain. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 19% meningkat secara signifikan menjadi 97,30% pada posttest. Hasil analisis N-Gain menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,969 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian, pelatihan penggunaan Teachy App terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan guru, efisiensi waktu, serta kualitas perangkat pembelajaran digital berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan serupa direkomendasikan untuk dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan guna memperkuat komunitas belajar digital.

Abstract

Perkembangan layanan pesan antar makanan, seperti ShopeeFood, telah menciptakan kebutuhan akan sistem prediksi pendapatan yang akurat untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Penelitian ini membandingkan performa algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) dan Random Forest dalam memprediksi pendapatan driver ShopeeFood di Kudus. Dataset primer yang digunakan mencakup 1.443 riwayat perjalanan dengan variabel seperti jumlah order, ongkir, rating, dan ulasan restoran. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Random Forest lebih unggul dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 5.68%, RMSE sebesar 1,715.39, dan R² sebesar 0.74, dibandingkan KNN dengan MAPE sebesar 11.51%, RMSE sebesar 2,290.90, dan R² sebesar 0.53. Random Forest terbukti lebih akurat dalam menangkap pola non-linear antar variabel, menjadikannya metode yang lebih andal untuk prediksi pendapatan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi penggunaan Random Forest sebagai alat utama untuk memaksimalkan efisiensi operasional driver ShopeeFood.
