Abstract

Manajemen merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan suatu kegiatan, keberhasilan pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling sangat tergantung pada manajemen guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. manajemen guru bimbingan dan konseling di Sekolah Membutuhkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pengawasan terutama terhadap program Layanan bimbingan dan Konseling. perencanaan program bimbingan dan konseling dilaksanakan dengan menganalisis kebutuhan siswa dan sekolah, serta merumuskan program tahunan, semesteran, bulanan, mingguan, dan harian. Serta menyusun rapat kerja (raker) dan rapat tim kecil . Pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien apabila pada pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling adanya diberikan jam khusus terhadap pelajaran,adanya jam pelajaran secara khusus, dan adanya sumber daya guru bimbingan dan konseling sehingga permasalahan siswa tidak intensif dapat diselesaikan, Evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling ada yang dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling.selanjutnya Pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah juga merupakan Dasar awal untuk memenuhi administrasi sekolah, sedangkan pengawas sekolah jugamerupakan bagian dari pelaksanaan program Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelayanan administrasi akademik mahasiswa di biro akademik UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, sumber data adalah Kepala AAKK, kepala SUB Bagian Administrasi Akademik, 3 staff administrasi dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis empat komponen, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa staff pelayanan administrasi yang ada di biro akademik AAKK telah memberikan pelayanan yang bagus, professional, cepat tanggap, dan memberikan informasi sesuai dengan apa yang dibutuhkan. Para staff pelayanan administrasi biro akademik AAKK sangatlah berkompeten dalam melayani pelanggan mahasiswa yang ingin mendapatkan informasi mengenai perkuliahan, tidak hanya para staff saja, pimpinan pun ikut serta dalam melayani dan menyampaikan informasi. Penelitian ini belum membahas mengenai tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan administrasi akademik mahasiswa secara hybrid di UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the noise level is also to know how traffic activity influences the noise level around the Mujahidin Mosque and the Taqwa Muhammadiyah Mosque. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. Field noise measurement data was spatially interpolated using the geostatistical interpolation analysis feature in ArcGis 10.3 software. The results of the research on traffic noise around the Mujahidin Mosque on weekdays are highest in the afternoon around 68.0 dBA. While the Taqwa Mosque on weekdays is highest in the morning around 78.3 dBA. On holidays the Mujahidin Mosque has the highest noise in the afternoon around 80.1 dBA. Meanwhile, the noise at the Taqwa Mosque is highest in the afternoon and evening, around 66.8 dBA. The number of vehicles passing around the study site has a relevant effect on the noise level obtained.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the inconsistency of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (abbreviated as BMT) in implementing Sharia principles. This is a case study research with an empirical legal approach which was conducted in LKMS BMT Almabruk Inc. (BMT Almabruk) of Tanah Datar Regency and BMT Al Fattah of Solok City. Data were obtained through interviews with BMT management and related documents from BMT. The result of study showed that firstly, Sharia compliance in fund distribution contract in the form of murabahah was divided into two: murabahah through cooperation with partners and murabahah with a wakalah contract. In the first model, Sharia implementation in Murabahah was consistent, meanwhile it was inconsistent in the second one. Similarly, it still contained the elements of usury in determining its administrative costs. Second, Sharia compliance in the fund collection contract appears to be inconsistent in mudharabah savings. Third, Sharia Supervisory Board at BMT Almabruk had been consistent in monitoring Sharia principles. On the other hand, the performance of BMT Al Fattah had been inconsistent in monitoring the Sharia principles themselves. Based on the results of the study, a new scheme needs to be found for BMT to be consistent with the principles of Sharia economic law, for instance, administrative costs are used as unit costs which are included in the acquisition cost; the implementation of Sadd adz-Dzariah concept in the merger of two contracts; the implementation of Murabahah contract is carried out only after the Wakalah contract is fully completed or the goods have become the property of  BMT; and the Mudharabah contract which applies to savings that can be withdrawn at any time is replaced by Hajj savings or Umrah savings that have a fixed term.
