Abstract

Perilaku asertif pada remaja merupakan kecakapan hidup yang berperan penting pada tahap perkembangan remaja dan sangat diperlukan di setiap sisi kehidupan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat gambaran perilaku asertif siswa SMA dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian survei yang dilakukan kepada 100 siswa SMA kelas XI MIPA dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster  Sampling.Untuk mengukur perilaku asertif digunakan instrumen Simple Rathus Asertiveness Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perilaku asertif siswa SMA Negeri 1 Ciampea sebagian berada pada kategori asertif dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 100.31. Sebanyak 1 Siswa (1 %) memiliki perilaku asertif sangat tinggi, 13 Siswa (13%)  memiliki perilaku asertif tinggi , 57 Siswa (57%) memiliki perilaku asertif sedang, 24 Siswa (24%) memiliki perilaku asertif rendah dan 5 Siswa (5%) memiliki perilaku asertif sangat rendah. Aspek perilaku asertif yang memiliki mean tertinggi yaitu aspek kemampuan untuk menjalin interaksi sosial termasuk menyapa, membuka percakapan serta mengetahui apa yang harus dikatakan  yaitu sebanyak 38 % siswa, sedangkan aspek yang memiliki mean rendah yaitu aspek kemampuan mengungkapkan perasaan dan pendapat sebanyak 48 % siswa memiliki skor rendah. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa walaupun rata-rata siswa dikategorikan asertif tetapi dalam kemampuan mengungkapkan perasaan, dan pendapat mereka memiliki hambatan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of current community service is to empower Indonesian women living in Australia in knowledge of multicultural education and care in a multicultural context. The problems faced by Indonesian women living in Australia are very complex, starting with the goal of going to Australia, mobility, educating their children in different cultures to dealing with children's problems and themselves. This service was carried out for two years. The approach taken is to provide parenting training in a multicultural context. The duration to conduct this research will be two years by stages. In the first year of study, the followings processes will take place namely identification, training, counseling and evaluation. final stages of publication (journals and proceedings). In the second years: (1) recommendation, (2) Focus Group Discussion, and publication. The resulting output is: 1) The implementation of women's empowerment activities in parenting in multicultural context. 2) Multicultural education guidelines for mothers. 3) Certificates for participants who take part in the activity. This study will resulting; a) Published paper in national journal, b) Online media publication, c) Video uploaded on Youtube, and d) Webinar event held in Australia using an online platform. The community service implemented on Junne 2021 followed by 31 members. The activities doing well such Focus Discussion, counseling and evaluation. Based on the result of instrumen the mothers interest on the subject matter. They are sutiesfied of this activities. They need this activities again for other subject such as cooking theme.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of the storytelling method uses storybook media in increasing the knowledge of elementary school students about bullying and the steps in implementation in classical guidance activities. The research method in this article, the author uses the library research method. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to provide information to students in using storybook methods and media there are a number of things that must be the attention of guidance and counseling teachers, namely, the design of service implementation in accordance with students' development tasks, story themes, vocals, expressions , class management, and appropriate use of media. The story gives children the opportunity to express fantasy and explore conflict situations, also allows children to deal with important issues and feelings. So that using an interesting storybook media can optimize student achievement in following classical guidance activities in basic services.

Abstract

GROUP GUIDANCE SERVICES WITH A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO IMPROVE CAREER PLANNING ABILITY IN VOCATIONAL STUDENTS. This study aims to improve career planning through Guidance Groups in AP-1 Class XI Students of 29 Jakarta Vocational School Odd Semester 2018/2019 Academic Year. After analyzing can be found more deeply, two factors can because, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are the factors related to the guidance teacher as the implementer of counseling, including the skills and attitudes of the counselor. Guiding skills are the main factor in the success of counseling at school. External factors are factors that come from outside the supervise of the teacher, including the principal's policies, and students' knowledge and understanding of counseling. The problem examined in this study is how to improve the material guidance, service of career and to plan through group guidance methods can improve students' communication skills as a variable y while consulting service guidance as a variable x. Communication skills improvement was measured through questionnaires that contained interest in counseling, counseling, understanding of BK, trust in BK and attitudes towards counseling stating that students' interest in counseling would increase through group guidance methods arranged according to the sequence of student interests that could be verified.

Abstract

ACCULTURATION OF MUTATIONAL STRESS STUDENTS FROM SCHOOLS OF FOREIGN COUNTRY. The aims of this study was to obtain the results of the research acculturation emphasizes student transfer from overseas schools in the international class XI program of Bosowa Al Azhar Cilegon, Banten High School. The researcher used two research methods namely qualitative method with indept interview, observation and using a questionnaire from the Acculturative Stress Scale for International Students (ASSIS) and open questions as data reinforcement, all students reported stress acculturation. Interestingly, however, responding to open questions asks students to consider themselves to increase pressure related to opposition, feelings of feelings, and academic problems. The question that was asked between interviews, observation, ASSIS and open questions discussed the questions of international class XI students at Bosowa Al Azhar Cilegon, Banten secondary school and drew attention when developing complementary planning for the purposes of the study. The results of this study are that this study is single data, both of these international class students, respectively, use Quartil in calculating the statistics. Quartil is the calculation of statistical data for research in which the data is single, not in groups. The whole correct answer for ASSIS 36-item is 180. Journal of ASY score results is 128 and MKB is 112. Accessible by ASY depends on high category and MKB depends on high category.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the experience of several Muslim married couples when they have their first child. Some aspects that will be explored are related to feelings, expectations, and factors that support the views and practices of husbands and wifes’ parenting for their first child. This study applies a narrative inquiry approach by collecting data using a semi-structured interview technique, where the participants' narratives are analyzed thematically. Bronfenbrenner's ecological theory and a review of Islamic teachings are the references in the discussion of this study. The results show that the dynamics of emotions, expectations, and strategies are carried out by each couple when they have their first child. This study contributes to the views and practices of Muslim married couples, as well as insight into the importance of cooperation, communication, and support from the social environment for married couples in facing the new experience of welcoming their first child into the family. This research involves young married couples from various cultures in Indonesia to see variations in emotional dynamics and forms of support that can be used as a basis for further research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan profesi guru pada jenjang anak usia dini melalui aspek teori perkembangan karier Super pada fase establishment. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi sebuah fenomena bahwa guru pada jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kualifikasi guru profesional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui wawancara tidak terstruktur dan Focus Group Disscusion. Penelitian  diikuti oleh tujuh orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipan memulai profesi sebagai guru dengan pendidikan yang belum menunjang. kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah dengan berbagai keterbatasan, namun guru anak usia dini tetap komitmen berkarier sebagai guru dan berupaya mengembangkan kariernya. Dunia pendidikan anak adalah pembelajaran terbaik bagi para guru, kebahagiaan menyaksikan perkembangan anak dan mendapatkan pengalaman pekerjaan dapat menepikan persoalan salary.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk menyajikan pentingnya perawatan diri bagi konselor dalam menghadapi stres. Metodologi atau pendekatan yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini menggunakan metode atau pendekatan kepustakaan, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menelaah dan/atau mengekplorasi beberapa jurnal, buku, serta sumber lain yang relevan dengan kajian. Temuan dalam kajian ini adalah mengenali pentingnya perawatan diri bagi konselor dalam menghadapi stres. Seorang konselor setidaknya mengetahui gejala stres yang dialaminya sehingga bisa menemukan panduan perawatan diri yang dirasa tepat untuk mengatasi stres yang dialami. Dengan teratasinya stres yang dialami oleh seorang konselor, diharapkan mereka dapat semaksimal mungkin menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai seorang konselor di sekolah.

Abstract

There are various educational rights that must be obtained by children including the right to intellectual education, the right to faith education, the right to moral education, the right to physical education, the right to psychological education, the right to social education and the right to sex education (Ulwan, 2012). Sex education in early childhood is more emphasized on how to provide children with an understanding of the condition of their bodies, gender differences and protecting themselves to avoid all forms of sexual violence. In general, some people in Indonesia, including educators (parents and teachers) still do not understand the importance of sex education for early childhood. This can be seen from the increasing number of cases of sexual violence in Indonesia from the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection data for 797 children being a victim throughout January 2022 of the many cases of sexual violence in early childhood the role of parents is very important. This study aims to analyze the role of parents, reveal the fulfillment of the right to sex education for early childhood in society. To analyze this issue, the research method used was a literature study conducted through the role of parents and sex education in early childhood. This study found that parents play an important role in providing sex education to children and just like other rights, the right to sex education is also very important to be given to early childhood.

Abstract

Digital media are now a part of everyday life thanks to the digital revolution. The use of various digital media in early life is expanding in our increasingly digital culture. Early exposure to digital media is seen to be hazardous and requires rigorous parental regulation and supervision. This study examines parental mediation in young children's use of digital media. Researchers examined domestic parental mediation strategies using the literature review methodology. The findings indicated that there are several forms of parental mediation, including co-viewing, active mediation, and restrictive mediation. According to research, a number of variables, including parents' education level, parent-child relationships, ages, socioeconomic status, digital media competence, and parental attitudes of digital media, affect the kind of mediation that parents use.
