Abstract

As a developing country, Indonesia continues to strive for the welfare of society. One of the efforts is to improve the proper health services, especially in coastal areas. The success of health services should be supported by the medical workers who have the role of professional conduct . The aim of this research is to discover the professional behavior of health-care workers of Tanah Merah community health care (Puskesmas), Indragiri Hilir Regency, that was reflected by the six elements of professionalism. The design of this research uses exploration method with qualitative approaches on five health-care workers of Puskesmas Tanah Merah, Indragiri Hilir Regency, who were selected by using snowball sampling method. Data collection was done by interview and recorded with an audio recorder. The result of this research showed that all the informants possess altruism, accountability, excellence, duty, honor and integrity, and respect for other.Key word : professional behavior, health-care workers.

Abstract

Kampung KB Program is a Government Program in the framework of contorlling population and familly planning in order to succeed the development priority agenda (Nawacita) in point number three "Building Indonesia from the Fringe by Strengthening Regions and Villages in the Unitary State Framework" and point number five "Improving the Quality of Indonesian Human Life" through Population and Family Planning Development which is mandated by the President of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to get an overview of community empowerment through the Kampung KB Program of  Pekanbaru City which was socialized through Dinas Pengendalian Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana of Pekanbaru city. The concept theory used of this research is Effectiveness concept Mahmudi (2015:86) by enacting the concept theory Effectiveness is input, output, process,and outcome. Qualitative method is used in this research by using purposive sampling technique in which data collection technique covers : interview, observation, documentary, literature study. The results of this research that generally, community empowerment through a Kampung KB Program of Pekanbaru City is still in the devolopmental phase seen from still fount some circles who do not know Kampung KB Program. Community Empowewment through Kampung KB program is influenced by several factors is lack of commitment, especially for local officials, and program socialization so that everyone understands the overall planning of the village family planning.  Keywords : Effectiveness, Program, Kampung KB

Abstract

  Abstrak:Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi untuk menggali makna simbol busana tari soongpak Dayak Kayaan Medalaam di Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu Kalimantan Barat. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori mengenai makna, simbol, busana tari,motif, bentuk, dan warna.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Bentuk penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik penguji keabsahan data adalah menggunakan perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian makna simbol busana tari Soongpak Dayak Kayaan Medalaam di Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu Kalimantan Barat adalah bahwa didalam busana tari Soongpak terdapat motif bunga yang dimana motif bunga tersebut berasal dari bunga tubun situn yang merupakan sebuah bunga yang tumbuh dihutan pedalaman Kayaan Medalaam. Selain itu, terdapat motif anjing dan naga yang juga menjadi ciri khas dari suku Dayak kayaan Medalaam.  Hasil penelitian ini dapat memperkenalkan busana tradisi suku Dayak Kayaan Medalaam juga digunakan untuk tari Soongpak dan cara penggunaan busana tersebut. Kata Kunci : makna simbol, busana tari soongpak, dayak kayaan Abstract: This research is motivated to explore the meaning of the symbol of fashion dance Dayak soongpak Kayaan Medalaam in Kapuas Hulu in West Kalimantan. The theory used in this research is the theory about the meaning, symbols, fashion dance, patterns, shapes, and colors. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Forms of research in this study is qualitative. The approach used is phenomenological approach. Data collection technique used is observation, interview and documentation. Mechanical testing the validity of the data is to use an extension observation and triangulation of sources. The results of the study the meaning of the symbol of fashion dance Dayak Soongpak Kayaan Medalaam in Kapuas Hulu in West Kalimantan is that there Soongpak dance fashion florals where the flower motif derived from flowers Tubun Situn which is a flower that grows in the forest hinterland Kayaan Medalaam. In addition, there is a dog and dragon motif which is also a characteristic of the Dayak tribe Medalaam wealth. The results of this research can introduce clothing tradition of Dayak Kayaan Medalaam Soongpak also used to dance and how to use these clothes. Keywords: meaning of symbols, fashion dance Soongpak, dayak kayaan

Abstract

The rise of this pandemic period has made the government make many policies to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 Virus, one of which is the Work From home (WFO) policy that must be implemented by all employees, both from private companies and government employees. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of East Java Province. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation in the form of photos or other supporting documents. The subjects of this study were 5 resource persons who were employees from various fields at the BAPPEDA office of East Java Province. The measurement of employee effectiveness used by researchers uses effectiveness indicators based on Steers (in Putra, 2018) which consists of 4 indicators, namely, 1) productivity, where employees who do WFO experience an increase in productivity but those who work WFH do not experience an increase, 2) Adaptability, where employees experience a little difficulty when they have to work WFH because not all types of work can be done at home, 3) Job satisfaction, where employees are satisfied with the results of their work during the pandemic, and 4) HR capabilities, where the ability and The skills of employees have increased because they are doing work that is not their job. The results of the analysis show that employees have difficulty adapting to work during WFH because the facilities and infrastructure used in their work are only available in the office. The suggestion from the researcher is to create a platform/application that can be accessed both at the office and at home accompanied by certain facilities or features to make the work of employees easier. Abstract

Citrus plants (Citrus sp.) Currently experiencing major problems with the presence of diplodiadisease both wet and dry. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Californiaporridge and mixture of Microthiol, Primavit, Sidametrin and Ridomil against diplodia skindisease in Siam Banjar orange plant in Batola district. This research was conductedexperimentally using Completely Randomized Design. Based on the results obtained bycontrolling diplodia disease with no treatment (control), california slurry, and the mixturebetween pesticides and growth regulators did not have a significant difference. The largestaverage yield reduction was on the california slurry treatment of 3.15 cm2, followed by thesecond largest reduction area by a mixture of pesticides and growth regulators by 2.49 cm2 andthe widest reduction area of attack by no pesticied (control) of 1.39 cm2

Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is one of the technologies that can present information about building elements through 3D modeling. One of the BIM software that can be used to model buildings in 3D is Autodesk Revit. The purpose of this research is to model the Joint Lecture Building of Lampung State Polytechnic in 3D by applying the BIM concept to obtain the volume of work as a reference for making decisions when operational and maintenance will be carried out and comparing the results obtained with the existing Bill of Quantity (BoQ). The data used in this research refers to the as plan drawing. The modeling process involves setting units, creating grids and levels, creating structural families and modeling them, creating architectural families and modeling them, entering identity data, conducting clash checks, and then issuing the volume of work. This research produces the volume of work on wall paint, doors, windows, tiles (ceramic/granite), and ceilings with scenarios in the form of volume for each room on each floor. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that modeling the Joint Lecture Building of Lampung State Polytechnic using the BIM concept with Autodesk Revit 2023 software is a more effective and efficient method because the volume output obtained is not only comprehensive but can be specialized on certain floors or rooms.Key words : Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk Revit, operational and maintenance

Abstract

This study aims to explore the learning found in Surah al-'Alaq Verses 1–5 of the Koran, as they include a plethora of information regarding the significance of learning. There are also other verses in the Qur'an that explain the principles of learning in the sense of researching and gaining knowledge for the benefit and supremacy of humanity.The principal source of information used by the author is the Koran, along with verses 1–5 of surah al-'Alaq and other sections that discuss learning and its interpretation.

Abstract

Background: Labor pain is a normal condition experienced by mothers before giving birth, which can cause discomfort caused by stimulation of certain nerve endings. One way to reduce labor pain is to use non-pharmacological methods, namely giving endorphin and oxytocin massage. Childbirth is the process in which the products of conception such as the fetus, placenta and amniotic fluid are expelled, whether at term or preterm, either through the birth canal or another way and is marked by the opening and thinning of the cervix. Purpose: To determine the effect of endorphin massage with oxytocin on reducing pain in mothers during childbirth. Method: Examining articles published via the Google Scholar site from 14 journals. Results: Based on this system, it can be concluded that there is an effect on reducing the intensity of labor pain during the first active phase in mothers giving birth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penggunaan kata konkret dalam tiga puisi karya Sapardi Djoko Damono: "Aku," "Hujan Bulan Juni," "Hatiku Selembar Daun." Dan “Yang sama adalah waktu” Kata konkret merupakan elemen penting dalam puisi karena membantu menciptakan gambaran visual yang kuat dan mendalam bagi pembaca. Dalam puisi "Aku," Sapardi menggunakan objek-objek seperti kayu, api, awan, dan hujan untuk menggambarkan perasaan cinta yang sederhana namun mendalam, serta perubahan dan pengorbanan yang terkait dengannya. Dalam "Hujan Bulan Juni," hujan, rintik, pohon berbunga, jejak kaki, dan akar digunakan untuk menyampaikan tema kerinduan, kebijaksanaan, dan pembersihan, di mana hujan bulan Juni menjadi simbol perasaan tersembunyi yang kuat. Sementara itu, dalam "Hatiku Selembar Daun," daun, rumput, dan terbaring digunakan untuk menciptakan imaji tentang kerapuhan hati dan keinginan untuk menikmati momen sederhana dalam kehidupan. Melalui penggunaan kata konkret, Sapardi berhasil menyampaikan perasaan yang kompleks dan mendalam dengan cara yang sederhana dan mudah dipahami, menciptakan puisi yang kaya akan imaji visual dan makna simbolis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kata konkret dalam puisi-puisi Sapardi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai elemen estetis tetapi juga memperkaya tema dan pesan yang disampaikan. Kata kunci: Sastra, Puisi, Kata- kata Konkrit

Abstract

The Indonesian state's ideology, known as pancasila, holds that the community must preserve moral principles. Pancasila serves as a manual for proper civic conduct. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how Generation Z, who have been impacted by globalization, use Pancasila values. A literature review is employed to carry out the strategy in this qualitative way of methodology. The focus of this essay is on the ways that Pancasila ideological values are vanishing in the lives of Generation Z, as well as the reasons for and effects of this phenomenon. This study aims to inform the public on the significance of living by Pancasila values, particularly in the light of the current globalization period.
