Abstract

Heart disease is a disease whose cases often occur in society regardless of age, gender and lifestyle. Most of these diseases can not be cured completely. Heart attacks that are handled too late can cause dangerous complications with the most fatal risk, namely death. With the rapid development of technology at this time, the world of medicine is very helpful. One of the technological advances that exist today is a system that can diagnose disease. One of the machine learning algorithms that can be used is the Support Vector Machine. SVM can be used for regression and classification cases. The advantage of this algorithm is its fast computation. Classification of heart disease with the SVM algorithm results in an accuracy of 85%. The machine learning model that produces the accuracy value is then carried out by deploying the model using the Streamlit framework. Streamlit is a Python-based framework that is open source. This framework was created to make it easier for developers to build web-based programs in the fields of interactive data science and machine learning. The results of this study are web-based programs that can diagnose heart disease with an accuracy value of 85%

Abstract

Para perintis usaha kecil maupun besar pasti membutuhkan modal untuk melakukan usahanya seperti halnya pedagang, parapetani juga membutuhkan modal untuk mengolah dan memelihara tanamannya. Para petani memerlukan modal yang cukup besar sehingga kebanyakan petani di desa Mulya Agung Kabupaten Musi Banyu Asin Provinsi Sumatra Selatan ini melakukan pinjaman modal kepada para pengusaha penggilingan padi namun dalam sistem pencatatan pinjaman dan pelunasannya masih memakai sistem manual untuk mencatat pinjaman dan pelusan dari para peminjamnya menjadi satu dalam sebuah buku, jadi  sulit untuk menelusuri dan menyimpan semua data-data para petani yang sudah melakukan peminjaman dan pelunasannya. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah membuat sistem informasi pinjaman modal tani berbasis web  ini di buat untuk memudahkan pemilik usaha penggilingan padi melakukan pendataan para peminjam agar tidak terjadi kesalahan atau kehilangan data para petani yang telah melakukan pinjaman dan para petani dapat mendapatkan keamanan transaksi yang telah di lakukan di penggilingan padi Barokah. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode FAST. Sistem Informasi ini di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP  dan basis data MySQL. Dari penelitiian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi pinjaman modal bagi para petani di desa Mulya Agung yang dapat memfasilitasi dan mendanai para petani sesuai kebutuhan modal para pertanian dan juga dapat membantu mempermudah pemilik penggilingan padi Barokah dalam mengelola data para peminjam dan juga pelunasannya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini dibuat untuk mempermudah pemilik penggilingan dan juga para peminjamnya dalam melakukan transaksi pinjaman dan pelunasan yang lebih cepat dan lebih aman dibandingkan dengan sistem manual.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental adalah keadaan di mana seseorang tidak mengalami gangguan mental dan mampu menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari secara normal, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup. Kesehatan mental yang baik ditandai dengan perkembangan fisik, intelektual, dan emosional yang optimal, serta dapat berinteraksi dengan baik dalam kehidupan social. Biasanya yang banyak mengalami kondisi kesehatan mental yang kurang baik adalah remaja atau sekarang yang lebih dikenal dengan Generasi Z karena pada seusia mereka yang masih belum bisa mengontrol diri mereka, dan juga kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai kesehatan mental. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi sistem pakar deteksi kondisi kesehatan mental untuk membantu Generasi Z dalam memahami kondisi kesehatan mentalnya. Sistem pakar ini meggunakan metode Backward Chaining yang mempunyai aturan-aturan hubungan antara gejala dan penyakit yang nantinya akan mendeteksi kesehatan mental. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black box testing yang menyatakan sistem berhasil berjalan sesuai fungsionalnya, dan pengujian pakar yang mendapatkan nilai akurasi sebesar 91,67% dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem layak digunakan.

Abstract

Sistem informasi pengelolaan data penduduk berbasis web merupakan aplikasi yang dirancang untuk mengelola dan memantau data penduduk suatu wilayah secara efisien dan terstruktur. Hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukan kelayakan 100% valid dari setiap fungsi yang ada pada system informasi pengelolaan data penduduk. Aplikasi ini memanfaatkan teknologi web untuk memungkinkan akses dari berbagai perangkat, seperti komputer, laptop, dan ponsel pintar, dengan menggunakan peramban web yang umum digunakan. Keunggulan aplikasi berbasis web ini adalah dapat diakses dari mana saja dan kapan saja dengan koneksi internet yang stabil.

Abstract

Posyandu is a form of community-based health effort (UKBM) that is menaged and organized frm, by, and with the community in implementing healh development in order to empower the community and provide convenience to the obtaining basis heal/social service to accelerate the reduction in maternal and infant mortality. The Posyandu Scheduling System has a very important role to support the services of this public health program. Over time, problems arise regarding the system, in terms of preparing service schedules, still using the manual method, namely aliases, which are still handwritten to the recorder the Posyandu schedule in Kebonagung Village. This research is to design a website-based scheduling system that is useful for making it easier for cadres to disable and process Posyandu scheduling data in order to improve patient service. This system design uses the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, with a MySQL database, and uses Black Box testing to find out if the program is running as expected.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by a prolonged lack of sufficient nutrient intake, resulting in impaired growth and shorter stature (dwarfism) in children compared to age standards. In Indonesia, the prevalence of stunting remains high according to WHO standards, mainly due to the limited information available on stunting, particularly regarding preventive measures. In the era of Industry 4.0, rapid technological advancements, especially in the field of healthcare, have provided enhanced access to information and early disease diagnosis through expert system-based applications. The objective of this research is to design an application that assists the community in early detection of stunting in children, enabling timely intervention. The chosen approach involves forward chaining inference machine, testing input symptoms to draw conclusions based on the knowledge rules stored in the knowledge base. The outcome of this research is an application that facilitates parents and integrated service posts in preventing stunting disorders in children. Highlight: Intervensi Tepat Waktu: Aplikasi ini memungkinkan deteksi dini stunting, memungkinkan intervensi tepat waktu untuk mencegah gangguan pertumbuhan pada anak. Pendekatan Sistem Pakar: Memanfaatkan inferensi rantai maju, aplikasi menggunakan pengetahuan Integrasi Teknologi dan Layanan Kesehatan: Memanfaatkan kemajuan Industri 4.0, aplikasi ini menjembatani kesenjangan antara teknologi dan layanan kesehatan, memberdayakan masyarakat dan pos layanan terpadu untuk memerangi stunting secara efektif. Abstract

The development of the current era of globalization is very sophisticated. Therefore, information systems using computer technology will make it easier for us to manage data. In this case there are problems in the process of recording the production data management information system at PT. Putra Mandiri Intipack. using a manual or paper system which can result in errors in the management of production data. Therefore, to overcome these problems, a web-based production data management information system is needed. With this system, it can reduce errors in data storage and make it easier for the production department to input data. The purpose of this research is to build a production data management information system at PT. Putra Mandiri Intipack uses the codeigniter4 framework and uses the research and development (R&D) method and the results of the blackbox testing show that the production data management information system has all the features functioning as they should. Data from user testing observations with the highest presentation value of 64.7% and lowest 0.0%. The results of this study are in accordance with what is believed by PT. Putra Mandiri Intipack which includes management of data printing, lamination, slitting and sales. Data entry includes date, number, item name, amount and description. It is hoped that this system will make it easier for companies to manage production data and store data properly.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Android-based application to assist users, particularly young mothers, in cooking and learning various food and cake recipes. The application is designed to integrate traditional and modern recipes, providing an efficient platform for sharing recipes and interacting with the cooking community. Utilizing Flutter and Dart, this application offers rapid cross-platform development at a low cost, featuring a responsive and interactive user interface. The research was conducted at Rumah Makan Segar in Sidoarjo, employing data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and user surveys. The data was analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively to evaluate user satisfaction and understand the perspectives of restaurant management and staff. The implementation results indicate that the application successfully creates an attractive and functional interface, supporting users in their cooking activities through features like culinary trend updates, a cooking community, and efficient recipe management. This application is expected to provide an effective solution for those looking to improve their cooking skills and explore various types of food recipes.

Abstract

Community service activities for community service at Sidokare State Elementary School have an important role in improving the quality of education at this school, especially for teachers at the elementary school (SD) level. Implementation of Pkm community service activities E-Module Literacy Training Based on Ethnopedagogy Version 5.0 for Elementary School Teachers to Support the Digital Support System for the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum aims to provide skills to elementary school teachers in creating digital learning media. In the current digital era, the teacher's ability to utilize technology as a learning medium is crucial to increasing student interaction and understanding of the material being taught. This activity not only provides technical training, but also facilitates the development of innovative and creative pedagogical competencies, so that it is hoped that it can create a more effective and enjoyable learning environment. The implementation of these community service activities involves several methods of implementing community service activities, including systematic stages to ensure the achievement of the expected goals. The first method stage is needs analysis, where surveys and interviews are conducted with teachers to identify the initial level of understanding and skills in creating digital learning media. Furthermore, intensive socialization training methods and workshops were carried out which included the theory and practice of creating digital media, starting from the use of design software to techniques for making learning videos. Post-training evaluation and mentoring methods are also an important part of ensuring the continuity and application of the skills that have been acquired. The results of this Abdimas activity show a significant increase in teachers' abilities in creating and using digital learning media, which in turn has a positive impact on the teaching and learning process in elementary school classes.

Abstract

Studio Fotograferku is a company engaged in photography services. In the current digital era, the need for photography services continues to increase along with the growth of the creative industry and social media. However, the process of finding and ordering photographers often takes a long time and is less efficient. Seeing this potential, we developed a web-based photographer ordering information system. This system aims to make it easier for customers to search, compare, and order photographer services according to their needs and preferences. This system provides a photographer search feature based on category, location, price, and portfolio. Custome can view profiles, works and reviews of available photographers. In addition, this system is equipped with a calendar feature that allows customers to see the availability of dates from photographers and place orders directly through the platform. To increase user trust, the system is also equipped with a rating and review system that can assist customers in making decisions. From the photographer's perspective, they can register themselves, manage their profile, upload their portfolio, and schedule their activities. This system is also equipped with a notification feature to inform photographers about new orders or changes to existing orders. This web-based photographer ordering information system is expected to be a bridge between photographers and customers, increase efficiency in the ordering process, and expand market reach for photographers.
