Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of organizational culture and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction to improve employee performance. This research consist of four variables, there are two independent variables (exogen), one dependent variable (endogen), and one intervening variable. The two independent variables are organizational culture and extrinsic motivation. Whereas, the dependent variable is employee performance and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. The sample used in this research are 100 employees at DLH Kab. Serang. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed with SEM (Structural Equation Model) technique by using SmartPLS software. In this research, there are five hypotheses and all of them are accepted. Organizational culture have positive and significant effect on employee performance, extrinsic motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance, organizational culture have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, extrinsic motivation have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influencing factors of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a causal approach. The object of this research is the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in the Bina Marga Sector of Banten Province using a sample of 115 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. The data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.29 software. The results of this study stated that: 1). Transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, the acquisition of a coefficient of 11.7%, 2). Organizational commitment has a significant impact on employee performance, obtaining a coefficient of 22.5% 3). Transformational leadership has a significant effect on work discipline in the acquisition of a coefficient value of 24.5%, 4). Organizational commitment has a significant effect on work discipline with the acquisition of a coefficient of 45.3%, 5). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, the acquisition of a coefficient of 64.5%. Work discipline can mediate between transformational leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance partially.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and assess the variables that, when combined with modifications to product innovation tactics and customer orientation via ambidexterity, might enhance the marketing performance of MSMEs. The 1,858 MSME implementers in Serang City who own food and beverage MSMEs make up the population of this study. The number of samples acquired using the 10 x 17 indicators was calculated using a purposive sampling method, yielding 170 respondents. Utilizing the SmartPLS Version 4.0 application, the analysis method applies the SEM strategy. The assumption test results indicate that product innovation has a big impact on marketing effectiveness, Organizational ambidexterity and product innovation both have a significant impact on marketing performance. However, the impact of organizational ambidexterity variables on marketing performance is not as strong as that of product innovation, and organizational ambidexterity variables can mediate the effect of market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance. Increasing product innovation and market orientation directly or through organizational ambidexterity are two ways to boost marketing performance.

Abstract

E commerce transactions in Indonesia in 2022 reached 476 trillion and in 2018 only 105 trillion, indicating that the e commerce market share continues to increase. Competition between expedition service companies aims to retain consumers. this study examines the effect of service quality and experiential marketing on repurchase intentions through satisfaction as an intervening variable. this research was conducted at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) serang city. using quantitative methods using primary data obtained by filling out questionnaires. The population in this study amounted to 2,800 people is an average of every month consumers who send packages. With the number of samples in this study as many as 170 samples. The analytical tool used in this research is the SmartPLS Version 4.0.9.2 program. These results indicate that satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between service quality and experiential marketing on repurchase intentions. With the position of the mediation variable partial mediation. This study reveals that service quality and experiential marketing have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intentions at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Serang City.

Abstract

There is a change in Perpres 54/2010 to Perpres 16/2018 which adds to the burden of the Commitment Making Officers (PPK), to support the addition of the PPK workload and the principles of procurement are fulfilled, the Lebak Regency Government innovates the procurement namely the process of increasing the performance of PPK in an effort to fulfill the principles of procurement with the support of internal services and electronic services through the e-Procurement information system. This study aims to determine the effect of in procurement innovation on PPK Performance by mediation of Employee Empowerment and User Satisfaction. This research was conducted in the Lebak Regency Government. The sample used was 86 respondents. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire in the form of a statement and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the help of SmartPLS software. Of the five hypotheses in this study, there are four hypotheses that are accepted and one hypothesis that is rejected. The biggest contribution to PPK Performance is the indirect effect of the Procurement Innovations through User Satisfaction.

Abstract

The research is meant to analyze the effect of transformational and work motivation on the intervening variable (research at PT Dafatan Anugrah Abadi, Serang – Banten). The respondents of this study touched 98 employees. Sampling method used is saturated sample, where the number of samples is equal to the number of population is 98 people. In this research the sampling technique is stratified sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis performed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that transformational leadership has an improper relationship to the employee's performance, which is indicated by using the Inderect Effect of the coefficient value of -0.035 with a t value of 0.284. The value is smaller than t table 1.960. Extrinsic motivation has positive and significant correlation to employee performance, credit result on Influence Inderect show no direct variable of Extrinsic Motivation (ME) with Employee Performance (KP) through Job Satisfaction (KK) shows coefficient value of 0,368 with value of t amounted to 2.931. The value is greater than t table 1.960

Abstract

This paper was conducted to examine the effect of service quality to word of mouth (WOM) and relational commitment to student satisfaction as an interevening variable. The study was conducted at students of Mathla'ul Anwar University, Banten. The number of samples in this study were 97 students with a propionate stratified random sampling method, which means that the sampling was carried out proportionally to each stratum in the population, in this case students from each faculty at Mathla'ul Anwar University, Banten. Data analysis method used in this research was Smart PLS 3.2.8 software. The results of this study indicated that (1) Service quality has a positive effect on students satisfaction, (2) Service quality has a positive effect to Word of Mouth, (3) Service quality has no effect on relational commitment, (4) Students satisfaction have no effect to word of mouth, (5) Students satisfaction has a positive effect to relational commitment, (6) Relational commitment is affected to word of mouth.

Abstract

The efficacy and intellectual competence of teachers are very important for an educational institution, where it will participate in determining the results of the education made by the institution or school. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy and intellectual competence on teacher performance with organizational support as moderating. The research method used. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, the sampling population is 34 people, the data analysis technique used is the PLS SEM method. The results showed self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers who are accepted; intellectual competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so the accepted hypothesis is that the direction of the influence is negative, organizational support has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, the direction of the negative influence is rejected; organizational support memorization of the relationship between self-efficacy on teacher performance does not strengthen the relationship between self-efficacy, organizational support moderates the relationship between intellectual competence on teacher performance does not strengthen the relationship between intellectual competence and teacher performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara source credibility attractiveness terhadap purchase intention dengan parasocial interaction sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang dipilih adalah pengguna kosmetik dari generasi Z di Kota Cilegon. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 120. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa source credibility attractiveness memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, dan parasocial interaction mampu berperan memediasi dalam menghubungkan source credibility attractiveness dengan purchase intention secara positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of intrinsic motivation, interpersonal communication and transformational leadership on job satisfaction to improve employee performance. This reserch consist of five variables, these variables were tree independent variables (exogen), one dependent variable (Endogen), and one intervening variable. The three independent variables were intrinsic motivation, interpersonal communication, and transformational leadership. Whereas, the dependent variable was employee performance, and the intervening variable was job satisfaction. This study was conducted at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Serang Banten. The purposive sampling technique was used based on judgment sampling to 81 respondents. The primary data was collected through a checklist and open-ended questioner. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling technique using SmartPLS software. There six of Seven hypotheses that have been supported or accepted: intrinsic motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, interpersonal communication positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, transformational positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, transformational leadership positive and significant impact on employee performance, and job satisfaction positive and significant impact on employee performance. While there was one hypothesis is unsupported or rejected: interpersonal communication positive but insignificant impact on employee performance.
