Abstract

A. ABSTRAK Kematian tersebut adalah infeksi pasca persalinan. Persalinan dengan Sectio Cesarea/SC memiliki resiko lebih besar mengalami infeksi dibandingkan persalinan normal. Upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi pasca persalinan dengan SC adalah dengan memberikan antibiotika profilaksis sebagai pencegahan Infeksi Luka Operasi Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemberian antibiotik ceftizoxime sebagai profilaksis dosis tunggal terhadap penyembuhan luka operasi pada ibu post operasi sectio caesarea Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimental quasi (semu). Rancangan yang digunakan adalah post test only design. Sampel adalah ibu bersalin dengan sectio caesarea di RS SMC Kabupaten Tasikmalaya pada bulan Oktober-November tahun 2018 sebanyak 53 orang yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan Format isian. Hasil penelitian diperoleh seluruh ibu bersalin (100%) diberikan antibiotik ceftizoxime sebagai dosis tunggal pada ibu pre operasi sectio caesarea. Penyembuhan luka operasi ibu pre operasi sectio caesarea pada hari ketiga sebagian besar termasuk kategori sembuh (83%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberian antibiotik ceftizoxime berpengaruh terhadap penyembuhan luka operasi sectio caesarea . Oleh karena itu, tenaga medis dapat menggunakan antibiotika profilaksis ceftizoxime pada prosedur SC untuk mencegah infeksi dan mempercepat penyembuhan luka.

Abstract

Digital platform are growing by providing various infrastructure, one of which is live video streaming on the TikTok application which is widely downloaded in Indonesia, which ranks second in 2022. The live can be utilized with positive activities and cause public reaction at the activities of Posyandu Asoka II Jatiranggon Bekasi. But in reality, Posyandu cadres only use smartphones to chat on certain applications such as Whatsapp, take photos, do recording, and store important files. Some cadres already have a TikTok account but only view, and comment on videos passing by on the homepage of their account, sometimes uploading videos as a variation of life if free time. Based on the observations that have been made, the abdimas team conducts training to better utilize the TikTok application for activities carried out directly so that it can attract viewers or other TikTok users to interact in the comment column, even viewers can give awards (tap-tap screen), gifts in the form of coins on each image and can join in the live broadcast that is done. The results of the training have received appreciation, and the addition of the latest technology knowledge so that it motivates cadres to be able to live regularly.

Abstract

In the field of education, particularly in Tahfiz Qur'an pesantren, significant challenges exist regarding the commitment of mudarris (teachers), including issues such as the mismatch between academic qualifications and professional competencies, as well as the increasing demands for pedagogical skills and self-efficacy. Previous research has mainly focused on general schools, with little attention given to the relationship between educational qualifications, pedagogical competence, and self-efficacy among mudarris in Tahfiz Qur'an pesantren. The primary objective of this study is to analyze the impact of educational qualifications, pedagogical competence, and self-efficacy on the task commitment of mudarris at Tahfiz Qur'an pesantren. This study employs a quantitative survey design with 35 mudarris as respondents, and data analysis is conducted using regression techniques. The findings show that educational qualifications do not have a significant effect on task commitment, while both pedagogical competence and self-efficacy have a significant positive impact on mudarris' commitment. It is recommended that pedagogical training programs be made mandatory for mudarris, as academic qualifications alone are insufficient to ensure high levels of task commitment.
