Abstract

Tindak pidana yang melibatkan Anak yang Berhadapan dengan Hukum (ABH), merupakan permasalahan kompleks yang menuntut pendekatan pembinaan kepribadian yang holistik dan terintegrasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai peran kemitraan dalam pembinaan kepribadian ABH dan mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran kemitraan dalam pembinaan kepribadian ABH di LPKA Kelas II Jayapura dan hambatan-hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi dalam kemitraan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kemitraan dalam pembinaan kepribadian ABH dan mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam proses pembinaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan pihak-pihak terkait, seperti petugas LPKA, mitra eksternal (PKBM Rauboria), dan anak binaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan antara LPKA dan PKBM Rauboria berperan penting dalam menyediakan pendidikan setara, pelatihan keterampilan, dan pembinaan karakter bagi ABH. Namun, terdapat hambatan seperti keterbatasan fasilitas, kurangnya tenaga pengajar terlatih, dan masalah koordinasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa meskipun terdapat tantangan, kemitraan yang terjalin antara LPKA dan PKBM Rauboria memberikan dampak positif dalam pembinaan kepribadian ABH, dan perlu adanya perbaikan dalam hal koordinasi dan fasilitas untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembinaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Implementasi Sanksi dan Perubahan Perilaku Narapidana dalam Sistem Pemasyarakatan Indonesia serta Dampak Pemberian Sanksi dan Perubahan Perilaku Narapidana dalam Sistem Pemasyarakatan Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-normatif yang diperkaya dengan kajian empiris melalui studi literatur, regulasi pemasyarakatan, serta data kebijakan terkait sistem pembinaan narapidana. Analisis implementasi kebijakan dilakukan dengan menggunakan model implementasi George C. Edward III yang meliputi variabel komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pemberian sanksi berjalan efektif dan sesuai dengan kerangka kebijakan pemasyarakatan yang berlaku. Sosialisasi tata tertib kepada narapidana, dukungan sumber daya manusia yang memadai, komitmen petugas dalam menjalankan aturan, serta struktur birokrasi yang jelas menjadi faktor penting yang mendukung keberhasilan penerapan sanksi. Pemberian sanksi terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap perubahan perilaku narapidana, seperti meningkatnya kepatuhan terhadap aturan, munculnya rasa jera, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran hukum dan kedisiplinan. Namun demikian, efektivitas sanksi juga dipengaruhi oleh kondisi psikologis dan latar belakang narapidana sehingga pendekatan pembinaan tidak dapat dilakukan secara seragam. Oleh karena itu, penerapan sanksi perlu diintegrasikan dengan program pembinaan yang berkelanjutan agar dapat mendukung proses rehabilitasi dan reintegrasi sosial narapidana secara optimal dalam sistem pemasyarakatan Indonesia

Abstract

Myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) in the upper trapezius muscle is one of the disorders commonly found in the neck area, characterized by myofascial trigger points (MTrP) in taut bands or tight muscle bands. Kinesio taping (KT) is a non-invasive therapy used in the management of MPS of the upper trapezius to improve neck disability measured using the Neck Disability Index (NDI). However, stronger evidence is still needed regarding the effectiveness of KT in reducing neck disability scores in MPS upper trapezius. This study aims to review and analyze the effectiveness of KT on NDI scores in MPS upper trapezius. The research method used is a systematic review employing PRISMA-P and the PICOS framework. The sample and population of the study consist of articles obtained from databases such as Crossref, Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, and Semantic Scholar. Keywords such as "Kinesio Taping," "Myofascial Pain Syndrome," and "Myofascial Trigger Point" were used. The results of the descriptive analysis of the selected articles showed that KT significantly reduced the NDI value in MPS upper trapezius. In conclusion, KT is effective in improving functional disability in the neck caused by MPS upper trapezius, and KT can be a therapeutic option either alone or in combination with other therapies.

Abstract

Myofascial Pain Syndrome is a common musculoskeletal disorder marked by the presence of hyperirritable trigger points within taut bands of skeletal muscle. One frequently affected area is the upper trapezius, where unmanaged pain can significantly imoair neck mobility and reduce quality of life. The Neck Disability Index is a widely accepted tool for evaluating the functional impact of neck pain. However, more evidence research is needed to determine the comparative effectiveness of different physiotherapy interventions in reducing NDI scores. This study employs a systematic review based on the prisma-p and ultilizing the PICOS structure. Articles were selected from databases including PubMed, Crossref, Web of Science, Medline, ScienceDirect, Elsevier, and IEEE. Results indicate that both ICT and MET stretching are effective in reducing pain and enhancing neck function in patients with MPS. The study concludes that ICT and MET can significantly improve NDI scored, suppporting their use as evidence-based physiotherapy treatment for MPS in the upper trapezius.

Abstract

Many students have difficulty in understanding English reading passages. This was specially revealed by the needs survey conducted prior to this study. This study aims to develop a multimodal interactive Digital Pocketbook to support the learning process, particularly reading of procedural texts among eighth-grade junior high school students. Three objectives serve as guidelines in this study: (1) to describe the process of developing the Digital Pocketbook, (2) to evaluate the feasibility of the Digital Pocketbook, and (3) to investigate the responses of students’ and teacher to the Digital Pocketbook. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) model based on the ADDIE model developed by Branch. The participants consisted of 10 students in a Small-scale trial and 32 eighth-grade students in a Large-scale trial. Media and content experts were also involved. Data were collected through expert validation sheets, student and teacher response questionnaires, and field notes. The research results indicate that: (1) the product can be developed systematically through the five stages of the ADDIE model; (2) both media experts rated the product as “Very Feasible”, with an average score of 97.92% from the media experts, while the subject matter expert assigned a score of 95.62%, also falling into the “Very Feasible” category; and (3) the results of the response questionnaires indicated that all evaluations fell into the "Very Feasible" category. Students' responses reached 89.25% in the Small-scale trial and 88.04% in the Large-scale trial, while the teacher's response achieved 95%. These findings indicate that the Digital Pocketbook, which integrates text, text-to-speech audio, video, and interactive quizzes, serves as a practical and effective reading support tool for eighth-grade students in learning about procedure texts.
