Abstract

This research aims: (1). To determine the productivity of snake fruit farming in Sindang Kasih Village, (2). Knowing the margin, costs and marketing channels for snake fruit in Sindang Kasih Village, and (3). Knowing the marketing efficiency of snake fruit farming in Sindang Kasih Village. The analysis in this research is analysis and uses primary data and secondary data. Determining the population in this research uses the census sampling method, while in marketing institutions the Snowball Sampling method is used. The results of this research show (1). The total productivity of salak farmers is 5,533 Kg/Ha/Year with an average of 2,160 Kg/Ha/Year in one harvest season. (2). There are 3 salak marketing channels in Sindang Kasih Village, namely Channel I: (Farmers - Consumers) direct channel, Channel II: (Farmers - Collectors - Retailers - Consumers) indirect channel, and Channel III (Farmers - Retailers). - Consumer) indirect channels. Successive marketing margin, namely channel I, is IDR. 12,500/Kg, Channel II at the collector level has a margin of Rp. 2,000/Kg and at the retailer level it has a margin of Rp. 5,000/Kg, and for channel III margin, at the retailer level the margin is IDR. 13,000/Kg. (3). The results of the analysis of (Farmer's Share) from the three channels, respectively Channel I is 100%, channel II is 41.67% and channel III is 64%

Abstract

This study aims to determine income and the factors that influence the income of oil palm farmers in Lambandia Village, Bassalah District, South Konawe Regency. The population in this study were all oil palm farmers in Lambandia Village, Basala District, South Konawe Regency, totaling 22 people, using the census technique, 22 respondents were obtained as the research sample. Data analysis used income analysis and multiple linear regression analysis where the data has been transformed into logarithmic form. The results showed that the income of oil palm farmers in Lambandia Village, Basala District, South Konawe Regency averaged IDR 42,985,442/year. Production costs (X3) have a negative effect on the income of oil palm farmers, while land area (X1) and price (X4) have a positive and significant influence on the income of oil palm farmers in Lambandia Village, Basala District, South Konawe Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of processing coconuts into Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) and the amount of added value obtained from processing coconuts into Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) in the Al-Huda household business in Lasalepa Village, Lasalepa District, Muna Regency. This research was conducted in December 2022-April 2023 and used primary and secondary data types and sources. Analysis of the data used to determine the process of processing coconut into VCO is a qualitative descriptive analysis and to determine the value added from processing coconut into VCO using Hayami's added value analysis method. The results showed that the process of processing coconut into VCO went through several stages, namely: peeling and cleaning the coconut flesh, grating and squeezing the coconut milk, separating water and coconut juice, fermentation, filtering and packaging. Meanwhile, the additional value obtained from processing coconut into VCO is IDR 36,008/kg coconut, where this value consists of business or processing profits of IDR 32,883 and labor benefits of IDR 3,125. Remuneration for the owners of production factors is the largest in operating profit of 87.7% while labor income is 8.3% and the contribution of other inputs is 4%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the factors influencing the demand for Indonesian frozen fish in the Chinese market. The study was conducted from November 2024 to March 2025. The data used are secondary time series data in quarterly form from 2016 to 2023, obtained through literature from relevant institutions. The analytical method employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the demand for Indonesian frozen fish exports is simultaneously influenced by China’s GDP, exchange rate, Indonesian frozen fish prices, import tariffs, and the population of China, with a significant influence of 96.6257%. Partially, the variables of Indonesian frozen fish prices and import tariffs have a positive and significant effect on the demand for Indonesian frozen fish exports in the Chinese market, while China’s GDP, exchange rate, and population have a negative and insignificant effect on the demand

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Determine the feasibility of grafted and ungrafted pepper farming in Mataiwoi Village, Mowila District, South Konawe Regency. (2) Determine the increase in the number of farmers and the area of land using the grafted system in Mataiwoi Village, Mowila District, South Konawe Regency. The number of samples in this study was 39 respondents. Data analysis used Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost ratio (B/C ratio), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period. The results of the study showed that the grafted and ungrafted pepper farming in Mataiwoi Village at a discount factor (df) of 6.5% and 150% was financially feasible to be developed. The positive NPV at both discount levels confirms that pepper farming is not only feasible to run but also financially profitable to be developed further. The increase in the number of farmers and the area of land used for the grafted method increased very rapidly, this proves that the government has succeeded in providing counseling on the grafted method to farmers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui margin pemasaran tembakau di Desa Lempang Kecamatan Tanete Riaja Kabupaten Barru, (2) mengetahui efisiensi pemasaran tembakau di Desa Lempang Kecamatan Tanete Riaja Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk saluran pemasaran dan analisis kuantitatif pada pendapatan, margin dan efisiensi pemasaran (Farmer’s Share). Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari petani tembakau, pedagang pengumpul, pedagang besar dan perwakilan pabrik dengan jumlah populasi 23 responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah saluran distribusi tembakau rajangan di Desa Lempang, Kecamatan Tanete Riaja, Kabupaten Barru yang paling dominan dalam menyerap tembakau ialah saluran distribusi 2. Tiap lembaga distribusi menjalankan fungsi pertukaran, fisik, dan fasilitas. Meskipun saluran distribusi 3 (petani-perwakilan pabrik) terbukti efisien, dalam konteks penelitian, saluran distribusi 1 (petani- perusahaan mitra) memiliki potensi pengembangan mengingat kebanyakan petani kekurangan jaringan dan usaha mereka berskala kecil. Melalui kerjasama ini, petani memperoleh akses ke input serta jaminan pasar yang lebih menguntungkan. Biaya terbesar dalam transaksi pembiayaan berkaitan dengan pencarian informasi, sementara dalam transaksi pemasukan dan pengeluaran, biaya utamanya adalah biaya negosiasi. This research aims to find out (1) knowing the tobacco marketing margin in Lempang Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency, (2) knowing the efficiency of tobacco marketing in Lempang Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. This research was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis for marketing channels and quantitative analysis on revenue, margin and marketing efficiency (Farmer's Share). The population in this study consisted of tobacco farmers, collecting traders, wholesalers and factory representatives with a total population of 23 respondents. The results of this research are that the distribution channel for chopped tobacco in Lempang Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency which is most dominant in absorbing tobacco is distribution channel 2. Each distribution institution carries out exchange, physical and facility functions. Although distribution channel 3 (farmer-Factory Representative) is proven to be efficient, in the context of the research, distribution channel 1 (farmer-partner company) has development potential considering that most farmers lack networks and their businesses are small scale. Through this collaboration, farmers gain access to inputs and guaranteed more profitable markets. The biggest costs in financing transactions are related to searching for information, while in income and expenditure transactions, the main costs are negotiation costs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan petani berusahatani nanas di Kelurahan Walambeno Wite Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Muna. Penentuan daerah penelitian dilakukan secara purposive dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 50 orang serta ditentukan dengan metode Slovin. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Regresi Logistic, kemudian persamaan tersebut dalam bentuk logaritma natural untuk memudahkan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan software SPSS. Versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan atau signifikan yaitu jumlah tanggungan, luas lahan dan pendapatan. Sedangkan faktor yanh tidak mempenharuhi keputusan atau tidak signifikan yaitu umur, tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman berusahatani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran, besarnya biaya dan margin pemasaran dan efisiensi pemasaran pisang di Desa Lasiwa, Kecamatan Wakorumba Utara, Kabupaten Buton Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey menggunakan analisis deksriktif kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi 120 orang dengan penentuan jumlah sampe mengambil 25% sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian yaitu Saluran Pemasaran yang terbentuk pada pemasaran pisang di Desa Lasiwa, Kecamatan Wakorumba utara, Kabupaten Buton Utara berjumlah 2 saluran pemasaran yaitu saluran pemasaran I (Petani – Pedagang Pengumpul –  Pedagang pengecer – Konsumen akhir). Saluran II (Petani – Pedagang pengecer – Konsumen akhir).Besarnya margin pemasaran yang terbentuk pada Saluran pemasaran I berjumlah Rp10.000/tandan dengan biaya Rp4.000/tandan dan besar margin yang terbentuk pada saluran pemasaran II adalah Rp5.000/tandan dengan biaya pemasaran Rp2.000/tandan.Efisiensi pemasaran pisang di Desa Lasiwa, Kecamatan Wakorumba Utara, Kabupaten Buton Utara yaitu pada saluran Pemasaran I sebesar 87,5% dan saluran II sebesar 92,9% dengan keteran efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pendapatan usahatani Tunas Baru Hidroponik Kendari dengan media pemasaran online (2) menganalisis pendapatan usahatani Tunas Baru Hidroponik Kendari dengan media pemasaran offline. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling yaitu dengan menjadikan pemilik usaha sebagai respoden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pendapatan usahatani Tunas Baru Hidroponik Kendari dengan media pemasaran online adalah sebesar Rp48.755.500,- sedangkan pendapatan usahatani Tunas Baru Hidroponik Kendari dengan media pemasaran offline adalah sebesar Rp32.930.000 dengan selisih diantara keduanya adalah sebesar Rp15.825.500. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pendapatan usahatani Tunas Baru Hidroponik Kendari dengan media pemasaran online lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan pendapatan usahatani Tunas Baru Hidroponik Kendari dengan media pemasaran offline. Sedangkan kontribusi pemasaran online pada usahatani Tunas Baru Hidroponik Kendari adalah sebesar 60%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi media pemasaran online terhadap pendapatan usahatani Tunas Baru Hidroponik Kendari di Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari tergolong besar.

Abstract

Kebijakan pembangunan pertanian di Indonesia diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ketahanan pangan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani, memiliki kualitas dan keberlanjutan sehingga memiliki harga yang terjangkau begitupun di Sulawesi Tenggara khususnya di Kabupaten Muna Barat. Kecamatan Sawergadi merupakan wilayah administrasi Kabupaten Muna Barat memiliki luas panen jagung terbanyak kedua setelah Kecamatan Wadaga dengan total luasan 962 hektar. Kajian ini secara spesifik mengurai dampak sosial dan ekonomi petani jagung di Kecamatan Sawerigadi. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive) dengan  pertimbangan  Kecamatan  Sawerigadi  merupakan  kecamatan  dengan jumlah luas panen tanaman jagung urutan kedua dengan penentuan sampel dilakukan secara acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling). Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung kepada petani dan dikumpulan dari berbagai sumber atau pihak instansi tertentu, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian luas lahan sebanyak 21 responden dengan nilai persentase 35% memiliki luas tanaman jagung berkisar antara <1 hektar dan sebamyak 39 responden memiliki luas jagung sekitar 1-2 hektar dengan nilai persentase sebesar 65% dengan produksi jagung yang bervariatif sebanyak 52 orang responden menyatakan bahwa produksi jagung yang mereka miliki berkisar antara 1 - 10 ton dengan nilai persentase sebesar 87% begitupun dengan responden sebanyak 8 orang memiliki produksi jagung berkisar antara 11 – 14 ton dengan nilai persentase sebesar 13%. Rata-rata pendapatan tertinggi petani jagung Rp1.600.000 – Rp3.500.000 dengan rata-rata pendapatan sebesar RpRp4.111.906.
