Abstract

Salah satu kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Ende dalam mengatasi masalah pengangguran adalah memberikan pelatihan kerja, motivasi dan menyediakan akses ke pendanaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, motivasi dan modal bisnis terhadap minat wirausaha pada peserta di UPTD LLK UKM Ende, baik secara simultan maupun parsial serta faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi minat wirausaha. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 128 peserta pelatihan kerja di UPTD LLK UKM Ende. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 97 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pelatihan kerja, motivasi, faktor modal usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap minat pengusaha dengan nilai 71,50 persen dan faktor pelatihan kerja yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap minat pengusaha dengan t hitung > t tabel yaitu nilai 7,375 dengan signifikan 0,000 <0,05. Temuan-temuan empiris ini mengidentifikasi bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten Ende perlu meningkatkan pelatihan kerja terus-menerus dari tingkat dasar hingga tingkat lanjut dan magang dengan perusahaan, perlu terus memotivasi dan menyediakan akses ke pendanaan melalui pinjaman lunak untuk menciptakan wirausahawan baru di Kabupaten Ende

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the variables that influence purchase interest in traditional markets in terms of location, product diversity, price, and service quality variables. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The research was carried out by comparing the three traditional markets including Wolowona Market, Potulando Market and Mbongawani Market which are located in Ende Regency. The study will be conducted on 270 respondents who are consumers who carry out activities in the three markets who are selected by using the random sampling technique. The research will be conducted by Confirmatory Factor Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 23 software. The results show that the three traditional markets have certain characteristics that affect buying interest. In Wolowona Market and Potulando Market, the location variable is the dominant factor affecting buying interest, in contrast to the Mbongawani Market, the price variable is the main reason for people to buy. The recommendation of this research is the need for consideration for traditional market managers in Ende Regency in determining the location and placement of traders according to the product variants sold in the traditional market, as well as price control from the government for the community in meeting their needs.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak relokasi pedagang di Kawasan Wisata Taman Nasional Kelimutu, termasuk dampak pandemi Covid 19 terhadap pendapatan dan efisiensi pedagang. Variabel bebas meliputi modal, lama usaha, jam kerja dan relokasi. variabel terikatnya adalah efisiensi usaha dengan variabel mediasi pendapatan. Lokasi penelitian akan dilakukan di Kawasan Taman Nasional Kelimutu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (semua pedagang dijadikan sampel) 30 orang. Data diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, angket dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 2.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh 17 persen antara modal usaha, lama usaha (0,6 persen), jam kerja 46 persen, dan relokasi 25 persen terhadap pendapatan, sedangkan pendapatan 76 persen terhadap efisiensi usaha, dengan penyesuaian Nilai R Square sebesar 82 persen. berpengaruh pada pendapatan dan 57 persen pada efisiensi usaha.

Abstract

This study discusses the Independent Learning Policy of the Independent Campus at the Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program at the University of Flores. Respondent data was obtained as a whole (Sample Saturated) from the number of students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program at the University of Flores as many as 117 people, using qualitative descriptive research methods. The results showed that the understanding of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program students only knew a little about the Independent Campus Independent Learning Policy (MBKM) of 66.96 percent with 59.05 percent of information sources obtained from online/offline socialization activities organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Learning activities outside of the study program that are most dominantly chosen by Indonesian Language and Literature Education students are Village Building or Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKNT) and Student Exchanges of 38.10 percent, and students who declare readiness to participate in the Independent Learning Campus Policy (MBKM) by 90.48 percent. The survey results also show that students feel that MBKM activities in developing competence/skills as a provision for work after graduation are 88.57 percent. Students also feel interested in the MBKM program held by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology 94.29 percent and recommend programs at 94.24 percent. The impact of this research shows that students become more flexible towards the lecture process, experience with the community and provision for work after graduating from college.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur Pengaruh Relationship Marketing, Suasana Kafe, Dan Kepuasan Pengunjung Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Mokka Coffee Ende dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan kondisi pelanggan yang pernah berkunjung atau dengan metode Accidental Sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0 untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas, besarnya outer loading dan nilai VIF. Selanjutnya dilakukakan bootsraping data untuk melihat pengaruh pada path Coeficients Analisisnya dan nilai R-square. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan variabel independennya terdiri dari relationship marketing, suasana kafe dan kepuasan pengunjung. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang tidak terlalu besar dari variabel relationship marketing, suasana kafe, dan kepuasan pengunjung. Pengaruhnya hanya 41 persen sedangkan 59 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang lain yang tidak diteliti. Pengaruh masing-masing variabel, termasuk variabel relationship marketing sebesar 54,3 persen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Suasana kafe memiliki pengaruh 37,1 persen. Sedangkan kepuasan pengunjung memiliki pengaruh negative sebesar 13,9 persen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Mokka Coffee.

Abstract

This service activity was carried out as a form of participation to the community in the face of the Covid 19 pandemic, specifically for merchant groups in the Mautapaga Village area, Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. The service was carried out for 2 days starting from 6 to 7 November 2020. This community service was carried out with the lecture method by providing material as well as practice in making simple promotions digitally (online) by utilizing social media besides that the merchant group was also given an understanding of financial management in simple terms (Financial Literacy) to manage business finances. This activity involves 5 groups of traders and 10 students, the results of this activity are expected to contribute to understanding for the community of merchant groups in an effort to increase business promotion and gain a general understanding of financial literacy, another output is field practice for students who have taken entrepreneurship courses.

Abstract

Community Service Activities with the theme "Cultivating the Creative Spirit of Entrepreneurship in the Young Generation". We held in Ubedolumolo Village, Bajawa District, Ngada Regency. This activity was held from 10-12 August 2023, with the agenda of improving the community's economy by utilising local staple foods, painting village gates, creative activities from recycled materials to produce works for wall decorations and utilising land for planting agricultural products. The purpose of this activity is to provide training in the utilisation of local food into ready-to-sell products, the utilisation of bamboo and plastic waste into products with economic value and the utilisation of empty land with plants that are useful for local food. This activity is a form of participation between students and the community to increase understanding or knowledge, change behaviour and improve environmental conditions.

Abstract

Karya Mekar is a farmer group in Fataatu Village, Wewaria District, Ende Regency. This farmer group is a rice seed measuring group that participates in daily rice cultivation activities. The group, founded in 2010 and has 22 members, has various problems regarding rice cultivation and its group. The issues faced include a lack of knowledge of organic fertilizers, organic pesticides, pests on rice plants, group management, and marketing. These problems were increasingly felt by group members at the end of 2023 when the climate change phenomenon had a greater impact. The biggest impact of this phenomenon is that the rainy season changes, brown planthopper pests are increasingly attacking rice plants, plants die, production is low, and the price of grain and rice is increasingly expensive on the market but low at the farmer level. Community service activities have been carried out to overcome these problems. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of farmer group members and be able to efficiently overcome the difficulties experienced. This community service activity was carried out using the extension method, and to measure the success of the extension activity, a pre-test and post-test were carried out. The results of the pre-test and post-test were assessed by percentage and displayed in the form of a graph. Extension on organic fertilizers showed an increase in knowledge of members of the Karya Mekar farmer group by 93%, organic pesticide extension by 90.9%, pest extension on rice plants showed an increase in knowledge by 83.6%, group management extension 84.5% and marketing management extension 85.5%. The increase in group knowledge shows the success of the implementation of community service activities. The follow-up plan for the future is to make a demonstration plot location to practice all the knowledge that has been learned and the measurement of heavy metals in the soil and rice produced by group members.

Abstract

Community service in 1 Village aims to empower and improve community welfare by developing local food potential. The method of service activities is to carry out the preparation stage, namely identifying the problem, the implementation stage of counselling and practicum of local food production until product presentation and promotion and the closing stage. This community service activity increases public understanding of the development of local raw material products in large quantities found in the Were 1 Village area, such as banana stems, which can be processed into snacks with various flavour variants. Another thing is that this product is a product characteristic that needs to be developed to increase the potential of Were 1 Village.
