Abstract

Iin Irawati, Taufiq Eka Riandhana, Nur Halifah, 2022. The Effect of Motivation on Learning Achievement of Class XI Social Studies Students at SMP Negeri 9 Palu. The purpose of the study was to obtain information about whether there is an influence of motivation on student achievement in class XI I IPS in SMP Negeri 9 Palu. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population is 133 students at SMP Negeri 9 Palu. The number of research samples as many as 57 people using the Proportional Sampling technique. The data collection technique used a Likert scale model questionnaire, Observation, Interview and Documentation. Data analysis techniques are first to reduce data, present data, and draw conclusions. The results showed that the results of the analysis of the implications of motivation research on learning achievement had a significant effect on increasing students' learning motivation. The motivation of students at SMP Negeri 9 Palu Class XI IPS can be said to be good with a percentage of 63.44%. The motivation that arises in students cannot be separated from the teacher himself. A student learns because it is driven by mental strength in the form of desire, attention, will, or ideals, and this mental strength can be classified as low and high depending on the teacher's efforts to encourage students and give awards so that students feel able to become even better. Abstract

Kemacetan merupakan permasalahan utama yang terjadi di kota-kota besar. Simpang adalah salah satu kawasan yang rawan akan kemacetan lalu lintas. Simpang yang menggunakan lampu lalu lintas sebagai kendali arus disebut dengan simpang APILL. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah membuat analisis kinerja simpang APILL menggunakan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2023. Salah satu simpang di Kota Semarang yang sering terjadi kemacetan pada saat jam sibuk adalah simpang Lamper Majapahit. Simpang Lamper Majapahit memiliki 2 lengan mayor serta dua lengan minor dengan lebar pendekat 4 meter, 3,5 meter serta 3 meter. Simpang tersebut juga memiliki jumlah arus lalu lintas yang cukup tinggi (2639 kendaraan/jam, 2356 kendaraan/jam, 2138 kendaraan/jam serta 2095 kendaraan/jam) dan didominasi oleh sepeda motor. Besarnya waktu siklus pada simpang Lamper Majapahit adalah 172 detik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa panjang antrian hasil analisis pada lokasi studi yang sudah dilakukan adalah 183 meter dari arah Simpang Lima, 177 meter dari arah Pedurungan, 180 meter pada Jalan Gajah serta 177 meter di Jalan Lamper 177.

Abstract

The construction of the Bhayangkari Police Headquarters in Lamongan is a large-scale project requiring efficient time management. This study aims to analyze the application of the Critical Path Method (CPM) to optimize project completion time. By applying the CPM method, the critical path is identified, which allows for prioritizing activities that significantly affect the overall project duration. The results of this study show that the project, initially planned to be completed in 150 calendar days, can be completed in 122 calendar days. The identification of the critical path reveals 31 activities that directly impact the project's overall duration. This research provides insights into time management in construction projects and recommends optimizing scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
