Abstract

Tanjak Palembang, as a cultural heritage typical of South Sumatra, has high historical and aesthetic value. Although it was once only worn by the nobility, now tanjak has become part of the cultural identity that can be worn by anyone. In the digital era, marketing of traditional cultural products such as tanjak faces challenges from modern products and consumer accessibility. This study aims to analyze the optimal strategy in utilizing e-commerce platforms, such as Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Blibli, to increase the appeal, sales, and preservation of the Palembang tanjak culture. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with primary data collection through interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from literature and industry reports. The results of the study indicate that the use of e-commerce platforms significantly expands market reach and increases brand awareness of the Palembang tanjak. However, business actors also face challenges such as tight price competition and lack of knowledge in digital marketing. Therefore, the right strategy is needed, including training for MSMEs and improving the quality of digital content. Overall, e-commerce optimization has proven effective in increasing the marketing of Palembang tanjak, with the hope of collaboration between business actors, the government, and e-commerce platforms to support the development of local products.

Abstract

In addition to functioning to meet food needs, the agricultural sector also plays an important role, becoming a provider of employment and a source of income for regional communities. Unfortunately, almost every year this sector is faced with a scarcity of subsidized fertilizers and poorly controlled prices. The problem in this East OKU Belitang is the scarcity of subsidized fertilizers and price increases, as well as the purchasing system for both farmer cooperative members and independently, causing hardship for farmers. The method used is qualitative; fertilizer problems continue to occur, starting from a suboptimal planning and supervision system to a lack of realization of the allocation of fertilizer needs by farmers. The two main human needs that I conveyed above are basic needs that must be met to achieve a prosperous life. Although, of course, there are many other needs that humans have.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Islamic philanthropy strengthens social solidarity within the Chinese Muslim community in South Sumatra through zakat, infaq, sedekah, waqf and social donations, as well as charitable programs, religious study groups (Majelis Taklim), guidance for converts to Islam, and religious activities during Ramadan. This study used a qualitative case study approach that included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of philanthropic activities. Four informants participated: two representatives from PITI and two community members. Additionally, activity records, news stories, and publication pertinent to PITI South Sumatra’s charitable endeavors were used to gather research data. Field data collection lasted three months. Thematically, the data were analyzed through transcription, coding, theme categorization, and interpretation to examine the relationship between philanthropic activities and strengthening social solidarity. Islamic philanthropy increases member participation, builds trust, norms of reciprocity, and community cohesion. Transparent fund distribution and socio-religious programs strengthen internal solidarity, while collaboration with donors and external institutions expands social networks and enhances community legitimacy. These results demonstrate the importance of governance and collaboration in philanthropy to build solidarity. The study is limited to one community and is qualitative in nature, so the results cannot be generalized, and the economic impact was not analyzed. This research provides empirical evidence regarding the role of Islamic philanthropy in building solidarity among minority communities and serves as a reference for more effective management of socio-religious for quantitative and comparative research in other communities.

Abstract

Dynamic pricing is an important strategy in the highly competitive e-commerce industry, including on global platforms like Shopee. This strategy enables real-time adjustment of product prices based on changes in market demand, competition, operational costs, and customer preferences. This research aims to explore the implementation of dynamic pricing strategy on Shopee in the context of global e-commerce. The theoretical framework used includes the concepts of pricing and consumer behavior as a basis for analysis. The results show that Shopee utilizes dynamic pricing to enhance competitiveness through strategic promotions such as flash sales, thereby expanding market share and increasing cross-border transaction volume. However, the implementation of this strategy also poses ethical challenges as well as significantly affects consumer behavior. Therefore, the management of dynamic pricing should be done judiciously by considering transparency and customer trust in order to maintain loyalty while optimizing company profits.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has evolved into a strategic instrument in modern business practice. Nevertheless, its implementation is often considered to lack substantive values, particularly within the framework of Islamic economics. This article aims to examine CSR programs from an Islamic economic perspective and analyze their contribution to improving community welfare. The method employed is a literature study through the analysis and synthesis of various relevant scholarly sources, including journal articles, research reports, and related academic documents. The findings indicate that Islam regards CSR not merely as philanthropic activity, but as a moral obligation grounded in the principles of amanah (trustworthiness), justice, and maslahah (public benefit). The concept of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) integrates Sharia values into business practice, directing corporate orientation beyond profit generation toward the creation of community welfare and environmental sustainability. The maqashid al-shariah framework — encompassing the preservation of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and wealth — serves as a normative foundation for evaluating the effectiveness of CSR programs. Nonetheless, the implementation of ICSR in practice continues to face significant challenges, including insufficient reporting transparency, short-term and symbolic program design, and the inadequate internalization of Sharia values in a comprehensive manner. This study concludes that CSR oriented toward maqashid al-shariah has the potential to foster equitable and sustainable economic development, provided it is implemented consistently, participatively, and in a well-structured manner.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of understanding the factors that influence customers' decisions in using People's Business Credit (KUR) financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Indralaya. The decision to use financing products is influenced not only by economic aspects but also by psychological and social factors explained through the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), namely attitude, subjective norms, and perception of behavioral control. In addition, religiosity is seen as having a role in strengthening customers' decisions in choosing sharia-based financing products. This study aims to analyze the influence of attitude, subjective norms, and perception of control on customers' decisions to use People's Business Credit (KUR) financing products with religiosity as a mediating variable at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Indralaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The population of the study is customers using KUR financing products at BSI KCP Indralaya. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires with measurement scales developed based on the indicators of each research variable. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis to test the direct and indirect effects between variables through religiosity as a mediating variable. The results of the study indicate that only perceived control has a significant effect on customers' decisions to use Sharia KUR financing products, while attitude and subjective norms do not show a significant effect. Religiosity also has a significant effect on customer decisions and only mediates the relationship between perceived control and customer decisions. The findings of this study can serve as evaluation material for Bank Syariah Indonesia to strengthen product information, simplify administrative procedures, improve customer assistance, and expand access to sharia financing services.
