Abstract

Digital agriculture faces challenges, namely in integrating Elderly People (SENIORS) in digital transformation. The purpose of the study is to analyze and design UI/UX models according to user needs, expectations, and challenges. The method used is the Design Thinking approach which begins with literature study, then interviews are conducted to identify problems faced by users, and analyze the need to determine problem priorities. UI/UX prototypes are carried out to design solutions that suit user needs, and evaluations are carried out to collect user feedback. The data is assessed through the System Usability Scale (SUS) approach to appraise the designed user interface (UI). The evaluation results showed a "good" rating based on the SUS category, with a final average score of 74,391, so that the solutions designed meet usability standards for SENIORS users in the context of digital agriculture. Thus, the research carried out contributes to increasing the effectiveness and adoption of SENIORS in digital agriculture, as well as by designing user-friendly UI/UX models, making an important step towards inclusive and sustainable digital agriculture.

Abstract

The purpose of this final task is to design and develop a website-based complaint and re-inspection information system, to implement a system that makes it easier for the public to submit complaints and conduct re-inspection online and to provide complaint data management features and a structured re-inspection schedule for DP3APPKB administrators. System Metode system development that will be created using CSS model and Visual Studio Code. Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) in its standard language. As defined in Quote and Wikipedia, CSS is a "code set used to define design and markup language", one of which is HTML. The results of the study resulted in an analysis of the public service complaint information system and the ongoing system as a means of system development. The results of the analysis of the completeness of the web-based public service complaint information system that can facilitate the public in making complaints and this software is designed using CSS and Visual Studio Code. Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) is a code editor and uses a MySQL database with Xampp tools. This Web-based Public Service Complaint Information System displays a list of complaints, complaints in the process of being repaired, evidence of complaints that have been repaired, and can download public complaint reports at the end of each month.

Abstract

Digital financial applications, such as e-wallets and mobile banking services, have grown significantly in Indonesia as a result of advancements in information technology. However, the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of these applications still face several challenges, particularly in navigation, information clarity, and transaction efficiency. Using a heuristic evaluation method, this study aims to compare the functionality and UI/UX quality of five popular digital finance applications in Indonesia: DANA, OVO, LinkAja, myBCA, and Jenius. Three data collection techniques were employed: heuristic evaluation by trained evaluators, analysis of user comments from the Google Play Store, and semi-structured interviews with active users. The most frequently violated heuristic principle was “recognition rather than recall,” followed by issues related to Error Prevention and Flexibility and Efficiency of Use. Among the evaluated applications, LinkAja exhibited the highest number of usability violations, while DANA and OVO recorded the most critical usability issues. Overall, the findings from the three methods were consistent and mutually reinforcing, indicating that usability problems have a direct impact on user experience. This study demonstrates that a triangulated methodological approach is highly effective in identifying and understanding usability issues comprehensively and in providing actionable design recommendations to improve the UI/UX quality of digital financial applications.

Abstract

Data menjadi aset paling berharga untuk organisasi mana pun karena dapat memandu pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu kemampuan data science merupakan salah satu skill penting. Data science tergambarkan sebagai proses yang dimulai dari pengumpulan dan pengolahan, kemudian disajikan sebagai informasi yang berguna untuk pengambilan keputusan atau bermanfaat bagi pihak yang berkepentingan dengan data. Data science memiliki banyak fungsi dan manfaat dimana beberapa diantaranya adalah membantu menciptakan budaya keputusan berbasis data, mengurangi ketidakpastian dan meningkatkan konsistensi dan keandalan data. Melihat pentingnya kemampuan data science, maka Fakultas Teknologi Informasi bekerja sama dengan ASEAN Foundation serta Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) melakukan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dalam bentuk pelatihan kepada 2024 guru dan siswa SMA/SMK Provinsi NTT sebagai bagian untuk mencetak talenta digital Indonesia. Pelatihan didukung oleh SAP yang merupakan perusahaan software dan teknologi yang berbasis di Jerman melalui platform SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). PkM dilaksanakan secara daring dan luring. Guru dan siswa antusias mengikuti pelatihan ini terlihat dari hasil evaluasi yang bisa dikerjakan dengan baik oleh para peserta.

Abstract

Di era digital yang berkembang dengan cepat, banyak aplikasi yang membantu manusia, salah satunya adalah TikTok. TikTok merupakan aplikasi yang menampilkan video dengan berbagai jenis kategori, TikTok juga terdapat fitur marketplace, yaitu TikTok Shop. TikTok Shop merupakan sebuah fitur yang dapat digunakan untuk berbelanja dalam memenuhi kebutuhan. Hadirnya fitur TikTok Shop membuat orang-orang berpendapat terkait fitur tersebut, ada yang berpendapat positif dan juga negatif. Dengan adanya pendapat dari orang-orang tentang fitur TikTok Shop ini, dilakukan penelitian dengan tiga algoritma, yaitu K-Nearest Neighbor mendapatkan hasil akurasi sebesar 94%, Decision Tree dengan akurasi sebesar 96% dan Naive Bayes dengan akurasi sebesar 98%. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyediakan data yang baik dan mudah dimengerti terkait pendapat pengguna TikTok Shop, sehingga dapat menjadi landasan evaluasi untuk perbaikan fitur TikTok Shop.
