Abstract

Stunting hingga saat ini masih menjadi suatu permasalahan negara terutama di Indonesia yang perlu di selesaikan. Stunting dapat menimbulkan dampak yang serius terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) salah satunya yaitu rendahnya derajat kesehatan pada masyarakat. Faktor Risiko stunting yaitu secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Faktor langsung di antaranya asupan makanan dan infeksi, sedangkan faktor tidak langsung seperti pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi, pola asuh orang tua, tingkat pendapatan orang tua, sanitasi, hygine, dan ketahanan pangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu melakukan pendampingan berupa edukasi kepada Masyarakat mengenai pemasangan sarana sanitasi pembuangan akhir tinja (septik tank) sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan stunting. Kegiatan edukasi dilakukan pada 30 orang responden perwakilan warga desa madong. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan secara langsung di gedung balai penyuluhan KB kampung Madong Kampung Bugis. Metode pelaksanaan dimulai dengan melakukan koordinasi dengan Pihak Mitra, survei sasaran masyarakat dan lokasi pemasangan septik tank, perancangan septik tank, pembuatan serta pemasangan langsung di lokasi yang telah di sepakati, kemudian melakukan pendampingan berupa edukasi terkait dengan pemanfaatan septik tank dalam upaya mencegah stunting. Kegiatan pendampingan edukasi berjalan dengan baik dimana didapatkan adanya respon positif dari responden, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan antusiasnya responden dalam mengajukan pertanyaan. Pendampingan edukasi yang diberikan tersampaikan dengan baik yang ditunjukkan dari adanya kesepakatan responden untuk mempergunakan dan merawat sarana sanitasi septik tank sebaik mungkin. Untuk itu perlu terus dilakukan pemantauan secara berkala oleh Ketua RT setempat terkait dengan penggunaan septik tank.

Abstract

Drug management is important in managing adequate drug supplies in Puskesmas, to avoid errors in controlling existing drug stock inventory, it is necessary to predict the amount of drug usage by comparing Data Mining methods and Machine Learning methods, using the Triple Exponential Smoothing (TES) and Support Vector Regression (SVR) algorithms. Implementation is done using the Python programming language. The data used is Amlodipine 10 mg and Amoxicillin 500 mg drug data with a period of 42 months, from January 2020 - June 2023. This study aims to determine the best algorithm by comparing prediction error rate using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) method. Based on research that has been conducted on Amlodipine 10 mg and Amoxicillin 500 mg drugs with a division of 80% training data and 20% testing data, the Triple Exponential Smoothing algorithm with an additive model produces MAPE values of 10.36% and 17.50% respectively with the "Good" category. While Support Vector Regression algorithm, with RBF kernel, complexity 1.0, and epsilon 0.1 produces MAPE values of 10.31% and 9.38% in the "Good" and "Very Good" categories, respectively. Based on this, it can be concluded that Support Vector Regression algorithm is better at predicting than the Triple Exponential Smoothing algorithm.

Abstract

Purpose: Among government agencies, the Office of Communication, Information and Statistics (DISKOMINFOTIK) which functions as an internet Support for Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), one of which is the OPD Office for Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (P3AP2KB), this study was to determine the quality of the DISKOMINFOTIK network for OPD. P3AP2KB Office.Design/methodology/approach: Analyzing the quality of the internet network at DISKOMINFOTIK and in the P3AP2KB Office OPD room which has a lot of clients during busy hours, free hours, and quiet hours using the Quality Of Service (QoS) method with Throughput, packet loss, delay, TIPHON standard jitter and quantitative methodology.Findings/result: The results of the research prove that the parameter values of Throughput, packet loss, delay are at index 4 with the TIPHON measurement standard in the "Very Good" category, and jitter is index 3 with the TIPHON measurement standard in the "Good" QoS category.Originality/value/state of the art: There has been no previous research to calculate the quality of the internet network provided by DISKOMINFOTIK to Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), one of which is the OPD Dinas P3AP2KB, therefore this research was conducted.

Abstract

Livestock is becoming one of the important animal protein source providers, along with the fisheries sector, to meet the protein needs of the community at large. One type of livestock business that is popular is the maintenance of broiler chickens because of the potential for meat yield. Today, many breeders run a partnership pattern with large companies where breeders play the role of the main supplier and the company as the core. This step helps maintain the stability of production and income of farmers. The success of farmers in broiler chicken production can be measured by looking at the performance index (IP), if the performance is not good then coaching from the core company is needed. The large amount of data obtained from farmers makes it difficult for core companies to model the success rate of farmer production, this can make it difficult for core companies to choose farmers who need coaching. The application of data mining methods using the Naïve Bayes algorithm classification model has the potential to provide solutions to this problem. The purpose of this study was to predict how much success rate of broiler chicken production in Riau region by utilizing the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. This study utilizes a production data set involving 952 broiler chicken farmers in Riau, with 3 scenarios dividing the data ratio of 90:10, 80:20, and 70:30. The results of the analysis showed that through the evaluation of the confusion matrix, it was best found in a data ratio of 90:10 with accuracy results reaching 89,58%, precision reaching 89,89%, and recall reaching 90,16%.
