Abstract

Tes merupakan instrumen yang digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran kepada peserta didik sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan. Instrumen tes yang digunakan pun harus diuji kualitasnya. Selaras dengan pernyataan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas instrumen soal latihan Penilaian Akhir Semster Ganjil (Latihan PAS Ganjil) kelas VIII SMPN 1 Bambanglipuro Bantul tahun 2020/2021 serta mendeskripsikan hasil analisis butir soal berkaitan dengan validitas, reliabilitas, IDB, ITK dan keberfungsian pengecoh. Validitas isi dilakukan dengan memberikan angket kepada sejawat berkaitan dengan kesesuaian soal dengan ksis-kisi soal. Reliabilitas dilakukan dengan melihat skor Alpha yang diperoleh dari program ITEMAN. Analisis Indeks Daya Beda (IDB), Indeks Tingkat Kesulitan (ITK) dan keberfungsian pengecoh dihitung berdasarkan skor yang diperoleh dari program ITEMAN. Terdapat tiga tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Tahap pertama yaitu memeroleh gambaran umum berkaitan dengan soal yang diujikan kepada peserta didik. Tahap kedua adalah pengumpulan data. Dalam tahapan ini dilakukan pengumpulan data dengan mendokumentasikan soal-soal yang diujikan oleh Guru kepada peserta didik. Tahap ketiga adalah pemeriksaan keabsahan data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap butir-butir soal Latihan Penilaian Akhir Semester Ganjil (Latihan Akhir Semester Ganjil) dengan menganalisis validitas berdasarkan komentar teman sejawat dilanjutkan dengan menganalisis tingkat kesukaran, indeks daya beda, dan keberfungsian pengecoh. Masing-masing kriteria tersebut dihitung dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer melalui program Item and Test Analysis (ITEMAN). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 40 soal yang dianalisis validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil validitas menujukkan seluruh soal yang dianalisis valid. Berkaitan dengan uji reliabilitas diperoleh skor Alpha 0.820 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Analisis butir soal berkaitan dengan ITK, IDB dan distraktor dilihat dari skor yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil analisis ITEMAN. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ITEMAN dapat diketahui bahwa analisis IDB menunjukkan 20 soal yang layak untuk diujikan, 4 butir soal dengan kategori sedang, 8 soal dengan kategori cukup, dan 8 soal dengan kategori gugur atau tidak layak untuk diujikan. Hasil analisis soal berkaitan dengan ITK, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 6 butir soal dengan kategori ITK sangat mudah, 17 butir soal dengan ITK mudah, 8 butir soal dengan Indeks tingkat kesulitan sedang, 9 soal dengan Indeks tingkat kesulitan sukar atau tinggi. Dari hasil analisis keberfungsian pengecoh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 31 butir soal dengan keberfungsian pengecoh baik, 9 butir soal dengan memiliki pengecoh yang tidak berfungsi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis butir soal tersebut, soal-soal yang dianggap tidak layak, kemudian direvisi dan diperbaiki. Sehingga memeroleh soal yang berkualitas dan dapat mengukur tingkat ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Literary reception encompasses reader’s role in making meaning from literary texts. Student’s reception of teenage short story can give an idea of student’s acceptance of this type of text. This is interesting because students as teenagers are rarely involved in responding to teenage short stories, particularly ones available in newspapers. This research aims to examine the reception of teen short stories in the Kedaulatan Rakyat Newspaper by students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Bantul Regency in terms of intellectual and emotional aspects. Respondents in this study are 128 students of MTsN 1 Bantul, MTsN 3 Bantul, MTsN 4 Bantul, MTs Al Falah, and MTs Hasyim Asy'ari. The data were collected using a reception questionnaire focusing on intellectual and emotional aspects. The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of intellectual aspect, the students’ reception of teen short stories in Kedaulatan Rakyat is high (70.82%), moderate (15.62%), and low (13.58%). Second, in terms of emotional aspect, the students’ reception of teen short stories in this newspaper is high (38.86%), moderate (20.28%), and low (40.86%). Fourth, there is no significant difference between the reception of students from state madrasah and private madrasah. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that students of class IX of Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Bantul Regency can understand well the elements of story builders and the structure of short story, language, themes, and conflicts in the short story. Students also understand the logic of the story in the text and feel the tension of the conflict. The new values in the short stories and actions of the main characters are quite acceptable to students. Students are also interested enough to discuss the short stories further. Meanwhile, most students felt less emotional impact and do not feel the tension presented in the short story.

Abstract

This is a qualitative descriptive study with the aim to find out how paternalism works in 12  Indonesian folktales by applying Derrida’s deconstruction theory. Twelve folktales from children books that represents theme about moral ideology were chosen as the objects of this study. Data collection did by document analysis. Data analysis then conducted by doing Derrida’s deconstruction analysis as proposed by Barry that involves verbal, textual, and linguistic analysis with the aim to investigate how paternalism works and give significant meaning in the folktales. The results that the paternalism seems to explain about pure paternalisms since the ideology closely related to give explanations about father (men) who completely takes control over children and women (wife). Even though the controls seems to be considered as for good reasons, this study proves the the paternalism show limitation of freedom and also reflects autonomous violation over women and children. The paternalism explains about men domination in public and domestic institution that legalize men to have power over women and children in domestic affairs. The paternalism supports men domination in culture and social institution, that makes men have power in marital institution and make marital life as women’ purpose in life in the name of norm and value in society. The paternalism also explains boy preference in marital affairs that explained discrimination over children.

Abstract

In the factuality, there are many fictional works that raise myth elements and use as reference in writing. Literary works inevitably exist in communities that have cultures and this is well acknowledged by writers who eventually receive them actively-productively. The present study is aimed at identifying these matters in modern Indonesian literature including myth sources, author’s attitudes that are hypogrammed, and myth functions. The study is conducted on five novels produced in the 2000s. Various myth stories contain life values that can be used as inspirations and culturel references in the writing of modern Indonesian novels and, simultaneously, as allegories and metaphors of life in the present time. The novels are partly set as they are in the myth stories, while partly are transformed into the life background of the present time. Even though the novels are set in the time background of the myth stories, the personalities and life philosophy of the characters reflect the life situations of the present time. The writers’ attitudes towards myths are partly continuing and augmenting the myth conventions although through the transformations of plots and characters (myth of concern), and, on the contrary, partly freeing, deviating, and rebelling (myth of freedom). In the case of rebellion to the myth conventions (Roro Jonggrang), it seems that it is due to the influences of the feminist ideas that emphasize the importance of life equalities between men and women. Women need not be always defeated or dominated by men.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ketepatan indikator dalam kisikisisoal, keterwakilan setiap kompetensi dasar dalam soal, kesesuaian antara kisi-kisisoal dan soal, serta capaian daya serap setiap kompetensi dasar. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kisi-kisi soal, soal,dan capaian daya serap dari soal uji coba I bahasa Indonesia di SMP kabupaten Wonosobotahun 2013. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca dan catat.Hasil penelitianini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) ketepatan indikator dalam kisi-kisi soal termasuk kategoritepat (86,4%) dengan rincian ketepatan indikator pada kategori sangat tepat sebesar 22%,tepat sebesar 68%, cukup tepat sebesar 8%, kurang tepat sebesar 2%, dan tidak tepatsebesar 0%; (2) keterwakilan setiap kompetensi dasar dalam kisi-kisi soal uji coba I bahasaIndonesia Kabupaten Wonosobo dalam kategori sangat terwakili (96,7%); (3) kesesuaianantara kisi-kisi soal dan soal uji coba I bahasa Indonesia Kabupaten Wonosobo tahun2013 termasuk kategori sesuai (86%); dan capaian daya serap untuk seluruh kompetensidasar dalam soal uji coba I bahasa Indonesia Kabupaten Wonosobo tahun 2013 termasukkategori rendah yaitu sebesar 56,89% dengan rincian capaian pada kategori sangat tinggisebesar 0%, tinggi sebesar 14%, sedang sebesar 24%, rendah sebesar 30%, dan sangatrendah sebesar 32%.Kata Kunci: telaah, kisi-kisi soal, soal, daya serap

Abstract

The view that poetry is one means of expressing various ideas, thoughts,and feelings applies on both adult poetry and poetry for children, which isnowadays increasingly written and published in, among others, magazines andnewspapers. Today such poetry is also written by children themselves. A study onsixty-five poems for children sampled from the Kompas daily Sunday editions of2005 has revealed that almost all of the poetry has been written by children, with3.1%, 78.5%, and 9.2% of them being, respectively, kindergarten, elementaryschool, and junior high school children (though another 9.2% of them areunidentifiable).The themes of the poems are quite various and all reflect the world ofchildren revealed through their point of view. However, there are certain recurringthemes: nature and the environment, parents and teachers, and animals, all ofwhich indicate children's closeness to them. Other themes also found are, amongothers, sports and toys, others' good deed, religiosity, money saving, and honesty.Generally the tone is didactic though the child writer means to invite or urge to dosomething. It indicates the children's innocence and directness of mind and way ofthinking. Their teachers at school or their parents at home often tell them directly todo something and they just re-express it in the same manner. In poetic aspects, anumber of the poems seem good enough but a part of the others still do not seem tobe already well processed, especially in terms of word choice.Keywords : children's literature, children's poetry, child writer, themes ofchildren's poetry

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesesuaian kisi-kisi soal dengansoal, rumusan indikator dengan kompetensi dasar, dan daya serap tiap kompetensi dasar.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian inikisi-kisi soal, perangkat soal, dan daya serap terhadap soal tes. Teknik pengumpulan datayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, pembacaan, dan pencatatan. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa soal Tes Pendalaman Materi Ujian Nasional BahasaIndonesia SMP di Kabupaten Gunungkidul memenuhi aspek materi, konstruksi, dan bahasa.Secara keseluruhan dalam penjabaran 50 indikator pada kisi-kisi soal hanya terdapat satusoal yang tidak sesuai rumusan indikator dengan kompetensi dasarnya. Daya serap untukpeserta didik SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Gunungkidul menunjukkan 23 kompetensi dasaryang masih di bawah capaian 75%, sedangkan peserta didik SMP swasta di KabupatenGunungkidul menunjukkan 29 kompetensidasar yang masih di bawah capaian 75%.Kata Kunci: kualitas soal, kisi-kisi, kompetensi dasar, daya serap
