Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas layanan ruang baca anak di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Enrekang, khususnya setelah layanan dipindahkan ke Perpustakaan Ibu dan Anak. Sebelumnya, ruang baca anak terletak di lantai tiga gedung Dinas Perpustakaan dengan akses yang sulit dan fasilitas terbatas. Pemindahan ini bertujuan menyediakan lingkungan yang lebih ramah, luas, dan menarik, dengan koleksi buku yang lebih variatif serta fasilitas edukatif yang lebih baik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk mengevaluasi kondisi layanan, mengidentifikasi kendala, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan layanan yang inovatif dan ramah anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpindahan layanan meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan, namun masih terdapat kendala seperti terbatasnya variasi koleksi buku dan alat permainan edukatif. Rekomendasi penelitian meliputi peningkatan koleksi bahan bacaan, penambahan alat peraga edukatif, serta pelibatan aktif orang tua dalam kegiatan literasi. Dengan penerapan strategi ini, diharapkan perpustakaan dapat memperkuat perannya dalam mendukung literasi dan pendidikan anak secara berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Enrekang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran digitalisasi perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan literasi informasi mahasiswa di Sulawesi Selatan. Objek penelitian mencakup tiga institusi, yaitu Perpustakaan Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Kalla Makassar, American Corner Library, dan Perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sinjai. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pustakawan dan mahasiswa pengguna layanan perpustakaan digital. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik, dengan proses reduksi data, kategorisasi, dan interpretasi temuan berdasarkan tema-tema utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi perpustakaan berperan penting dalam mempermudah akses informasi, meningkatkan keterampilan pencarian dan evaluasi sumber, serta mendorong kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Setiap perpustakaan menunjukkan pendekatan digitalisasi yang berbeda, namun secara umum penggunaan e-library, katalog online, serta platform referensi digital telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemampuan literasi informasi mahasiswa. Meski demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan fasilitas, kurangnya pelatihan pengguna, dan hambatan teknis masih ditemukan di beberapa lokasi. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada fokus kajian terhadap digitalisasi perpustakaan di wilayah Sulawesi Selatan yang masih jarang diteliti secara mendalam, khususnya terkait kontribusinya dalam membentuk keterampilan literasi informasi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa digitalisasi perpustakaan secara signifikan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan literasi informasi mahasiswa, dan implikasinya mendorong perlunya kebijakan penguatan infrastruktur digital, peningkatan kompetensi pustakawan, serta penyediaan pelatihan literasi informasi bagi pengguna secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Implementasi Sistem Informasi Administrasi Pejabat Pemerintahan New Version (SIAPP NV) pada Biro Administrasi Pejabat Pemerintahan, Kementerian Sekretariat Negara telah mengubah paradigma pengelolaan arsip di Biro Administrasi Pejabat Pemerintahan, Kementerian Sekretariat Negara. Peralihan dari dokumen fisik ke format digital telah menimbulkan perubahan dalam pengelolaan arsip dinamis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak implementasi SIAPP NV terhadap pengelolaan arsip dinamis, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi, serta menganalisis sejauh mana pengelolaan arsip elektronik yang dilaksanakan telah sejalan dengan pedoman dan standar yang ditetapkan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIAPP NV telah meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis dan pengelolaan arsip. Namun, masih ditemukan beberapa kendala, seperti belum optimalnya manajemen dokumen, hambatan adaptasi pegawai, dan belum terdapat regulasi internal yang secara khusus mengatur tentang pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlu adanya pengembangan fitur-fitur baru, pelatihan bagi pengguna, dan penyusunan peraturan khusus untuk mendukung pengelolaan arsip elektronik yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of the members of the Papaling Women's Farmers Group (KWT.PAPALING) in processing hybrid corn waste into charcoal briquettes (bricorn) as an effort to improve the community's economic literacy. The implementation methods for this service include situational and problem analysis, economic literacy workshops, charcoal briquette (bricorn) production training, charcoal briquette (bricorn) marketing training, followed by an evaluation phase. The evaluation instruments used in this activity are questionnaires, which are analyzed descriptively. The activity is carried out in Bamba Puang Village, Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The result of this community service activity is the increased knowledge and skills of KWT.PAPALING members in processing hybrid corn waste into charcoal briquettes. Additionally, the community has learned how to calculate production costs, set competitive selling prices, and implement effective marketing strategies. With this enhanced knowledge and skills, the community is expected to independently manage the production of bricorn, thereby increasing family income and improving local economic well-being.

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify the estrogen hormone profile and estrus response in the thin tailed ewes synchronized with controlled internal drug release (CIDR) implant. This research was carried out by employing 8 thin tailed ewes, CIDR, and estrogen kit. The ewes were distributed into: 3 ewes as control group and 5 ewes as treated group (with 12 days-CIDR implantation). Ewes were raised in the Sidomukti farm group, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. The data obtained were estrogen hormone profile during estrus examined by using ELISA method and estrus response marked with the reddening and oedema of vulva, mucus vaginal discharge, behavioral changes, vaginal pH, and superficial cells population. The data were analyzed by applying independent sample T-test. The result did not show any significant difference (P0.05) in the normal range between the control and CIDR group in estrogen hormone profile, estrus response, and pH level, but showed significant differences with positive correlation (P0.05) in population of superficial cells. In conclusion, CIDR was an effective tool for estrus synchronization at the farmer group, and gave positive estrus response towards thin tailed ewes with estrogen hormone profile, pH level, and superficial cell percentage on the normal range.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate teachers' understanding of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in an effort to increase the literacy of elementary school (SD) students in Enrekang Regency. Literacy is an important aspect of education that influences students' ability to read, write and understand information. The use of AI in educational contexts has become a topic that is receiving increasing attention, but teachers' understanding of the use of this technology to improve student literacy still needs further research. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with elementary school teachers in Enrekang Regency. Data analysis was carried out thematically to identify patterns and main findings. Research findings show that the majority of teachers have a basic understanding of artificial intelligence and its potential to improve student literacy. However, there are also some teachers who still feel unsure or have uncertainty regarding the use of AI in an educational context. Factors such as technical readiness, institutional support, and teachers' perceptions of AI effectiveness influence teachers' level of understanding and acceptance of this technology. The results of this research can be the basis for developing training and learning programs oriented towards the use of AI to increase student literacy at Enrekang Regency Elementary School. Efforts to improve teachers' understanding and skills in integrating AI technology in learning can have a positive impact in improving the quality of education at the elementary level.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the image of the main female character in the novel Woman Who Cried to the Black Moon by Dian Purnomo. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are women's self-image in the form of character or the formation of women who are also responsible for their potential as individual beings; Physical image in the form of a physical image or a woman's body, which includes beauty, posture, and beauty, like the figure of a mage who has the physical characteristics of a woman who comes from Eastern Indonesia; a psychic image which states that women are psychological beings who think, feel, and aspire. Women were created by straight psychics who are carried away by feelings, also by magi who always feel sad when separated from their friends, social image of the role of women in the family and community environment. Within the family circle, women have roles as children, homemakers, and wives. Based on research conducted on the novel Woman Crying to the Black Moon by Dian Purnomo, it can be concluded that the image of women in it is self-image, physical image, psychological image, and social image.

This is because it produces a lot of digital transformation, especially in the field of Education which can create opportunities for more creative and highly competitive human resources. Introduction and training on the proto.io and google site form platforms, with data collection methods as follows: the preparation stage and the implementation stage. During the activity the lecture and practice methods were accompanied by demonstrations where participants were provided with modules for practicum. The background to this collaboration is the need to provide a basis for digitization and understand the relevance of technology in the era of society 5.0. With this activity, the organizers realize how important technology is in this era. Participants also realized that currently there are many facilities on the internet that can be used to support participants' creativit. memprioritaskan generasi milenial yang kreatif dengan digital di era society 5.0 adalah suatu keharus oleh Kabuoaten Engkreng. Hal ini karena menghasilkan banyak transformasi digital terutama di bidang Pendidikan yang dapat menciptakan peluang untuk sumber daya manusia yang lebih kreatif dan daya saing tinggi. Kegiatan pengenalan dan pelatihan plat form proto.io dan google site, dengan metode pengumpulan data sebagai berikut tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Selama kegiatan berlangsung metode ceramah dan praktek yang disertai dengan demonstrasi dimana peserta dibekali modul untuk praktikum. Latar belakang kolaborasi ini adalah kebutuhan untuk memberikan dasar digitalisasi dan memahami relevansi teknologi di era society 5.0. Dengan kegiatan ini, penyelenggara menyadari betapa pentingnya teknologi di zaman ini. Peserta juga menyadari bahwa saat ini ada banyak fasilitas di internet yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung kreatifitas peserta.

Abstract

Limited time to direct learning in class often made learning English less effective, especially for classes with various levels of English proficiency. In a higher education climate that demands active learning, English teachers often find it difficult to help students whose English competency was below average to catch up with their peers who had good competence. In general, this compulsory course was only held for one semester. In fact, the target of learning English on campus was generally quite high, namely to make students had sufficient English proficiency so that they could write academic papers in English as an international language. To help overcome these obstacles, this study offers the use of the blended language learning method, which was a learning method that complements direct learning with distant learning using the internet. Blended language learning was able to complement the lack of direct time in class with distance learning using internet media. This research was the result of writer's experience in applying this method for one academic year along with the results obtained from the application of the blended language learning method in the teaching process. With the application of the blended language learning method, the writer found that language learning at the college level could be more effective, efficient, and more student-centered even though the author still faces some obstacles in its application.
