Abstract

Curriculum is a school-designed activity to provide a variety of experiences to students, both inside and outside the classroom. The curriculum is not only identic with the subject matter, but all activities designed by the school to develop the student's self capacity are also included in the curriculum. Education is a process that must be developed according to human needs. Human needs have always evolved every time the rapid growth of the times. In the development of the school curriculum, the curriculum is integrated with the national curriculum and the unified Islamic curriculum, which is where the school has developed both curriculum since 2015 and refers to the Qur'an and As-Sunnah.This research examines how the curriculum development in IT Nur Hidayah Kartasura High School in improving the quality of education and integration of national and Islamic curriculum integrated in the SMA IT Nur Hidayah Kartasura. This research aims to describe the problem of curriculum development and what is integrated national and Islamic curriculum to improve the quality of education in IT Nur Hidayah Kartasura High School.This research is a type of qualitative research, taking place at SMA IT Nur Hidayah Kartasura. In data collection, the authors conduct field studies with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The analysis of data carried out using the deductive method i.e. departing from the theoretical foundation is then adjusted to be reduced to a more detailed data cause. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that SMA IT Nur Hidayah has been conducting curriculum development well and correctly and in accordance with the procedures where the school established a curriculum development team ( TPK). In the formation of TPK need preparation of human resources which include: Skills for training, curriculum documents planning, and the implementation of the curriculum. So in the election of this TPK an educator must be competent. In addition, the writing that was done at SMA IT Nur Hidayah has implemented two curricula in a single curriculum, namely the National Curriculum and integrated Islamic Curriculum (IT). The national curriculum or 2013 curriculum has been referring to scientific approaches designed in such a way that learners can be 5M (observe, formulate problems, file or formulate hypotheses, collect data, communicate). Therefore students are more active in demand. While the integrated Islamic curriculum is based on the Qur'an and As-Sunnah which is where this approach is not only the earthly only Melanikan to Ukhrowi or the hereafter.Curriculum is a school-designed activity to provide a variety of experiences to students, both inside and outside the classroom. Abstract

CERDAS School is one of new programs implemented in school learning. This program is important and very useful to be implemented in schools considering its excellent orientation and output for students and teachers of Islamic Religious Education and Counseling Guidance. The purpose of the CERDAS School Program is that the schools will have knowledge, skills and policies to respond to the risks of natural disasters or human-induced disasters (bullying/violence at school) and becoming agent of peace and reconciliation. The program was implemented and delivered through learning and training that were set as game in each of material delivery. In learning, CERDAS school materials were inserted in Akhlaq subject and counseling guide, while the training was held to equip and train representatives of school peace. This research was of field research and data was collected by using observational data record, interview and documentation that can support the research study. The data was analyzed by using deductive model. Findings of the research indicated that 1) Implementation of CERDAS School Program of Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta was quite successful in changing the way and attitude of learners to become agents of peace for themselves and others at the school. It was seen since the implementation of CERDAS School Program that learners with advantages were not showing arrogant attitude, but they can be humble. Likewise, those who had some inferiority were not feeling inferior with their shortcomings. In fact, the shortcoming was a whip to be more eager to appreciate God's blessings. With the CERDAS School Program, learners know how to make peace with themselves, barriers to the peace, and find a way to the peace. 2) Implementation of TANDUR method in Smart School Program of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta can be conducted during Training of CERDAS School Representatives through Wisdom Word, introduction to and core of learning, model and practice and action. While, the TANDUR method was delivered duringschool hours in core of learning only.

Abstract

The profession of a teacher is one of the important roles in the world of education. a professional and competent teacher is needed in improving the quality of an educational institution. A teacher before teaching must have mature teaching readiness. Readiness is the most important thing and must be considered when someone does something, including teaching. Many factors affect the readiness of students to become teachers. One way to hone the teaching competence of prospective teacher students to become professional teachers is to take part in the School Field Introduction (PLP) activity. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of PLP II during the pandemic on the readiness to become professional teacher candidates for the 2017 UMS PAI students This type of research was quantitative using a Likert scale 1-5 questionnaire and qualitative as the reinforcing data. The sample in this study included the 2017 UMS PAI students and was analyzed using SPSS software version 22. The results of this study conclude that the influence of PLP II (X) on student readiness to become professional teachers (Y) has a significant effect, with the significance value of the PLP II influence variable (X) on student readiness to become professional teachers (Y) worth 0.000 0.05 with a count of 11,871.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Principal's innovation in increasing competitiveness in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten and describe the implementation of School Principals' innovation in increasing competitiveness in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten in the academic year 2019 / 2020. The type of research the researchers conducted was field research. with a qualitative - descriptive approach. Namely research that describes and analyzes events, social activities, attitudes, thoughts of individuals individually or in groups. The data collection technique used by researchers is in three stages. Observation, interview and documentation stages in order to get accurate information. In this study the source of data obtained by snowballing include Principals, Teachers, Students and Staff Staff. As a result of this determination, there were a number of school principals' innovations in improving competitiveness at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten. Among other innovations carried out are: (1) Developing a Full day class program with three choices. (2) The Extracurricular Program as a support in fostering students in a Full Day three-choice class. (3) Developing the 2013 curriculum, SBC and curriculum from the school. Innovations improve school competitiveness are also supported by improvements in facilities and infrastructure in the teaching and learning process. This three day full day program was initiated to carry out the vision that was created by the school to instill religious based character education (Islam and based on the needs of the community. In improving the school's competitiveness, the teachers also included workshops to understand and practice curricula that were in accordance with the government.
