Abstract

Analysis of Bankruptcy Prediction Using Altman Z-Score Model and Internal Growth Rate Model An Empirical Study on Delisting Companies from Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2012-2015. This study aims to predict bankruptcy using the Altman Z Score model and the Internal Growth Rate model in delisting companies from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015 and to find the most appropriate model in predicting bankruptcy.The number of companies studied were 12 companies delisted from the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2015 with a year of observation for 3 years before delisting, so that the object of research selected as many as 36 objects of research, with the object that can be studied as many as 24 research objects. The data used is secondary data. Analytical techniques used are Altman Z-Score model and Internal Growth Rate model.Results from 24 objects of the research using modification Altman Z-Score model there are 10 objects that fall into the category of bankruptcy. While using the Internal Growth Rate model there are 12 companies that fall into the category of bankruptcy. From the results of the analysis can be seen that the model of Internal Growth Rate is more appropriate and easier to use to shave bankruptcy of 12 companies delisting from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This socialization was carried out due to the rise of online gambling and online loans which are currently carried out by many people. Online Gambling and Online Loans have a bad impact on the perpetrators who do it and can harm many people. The many Online Gambling and Online Loan services that can be downloaded through smartphones make it easier for people to carry out this detrimental activity. Therefore, this socialization aims to provide knowledge and provide advice so that young people in Jimbaran Kulon Village can carry out positive activities that can reduce the use of Online Gambling and Online Loans. The research methods used were survey methods, material presentation, and questionnaire distribution distributed to young people in Jimbaran Kulon Village. This socialization was attended by 25 young people with a little discussion about Online Gambling and Online Loans. The socialization carried out can be said to be going well, this can be proven by the response of young people at the time this socialization was carried out.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the discovery learning learning model in improving informatics learning outcomes of grade X. 3 students of SMA Negeri 14. The Classroom Action Research Method (PTK) is implemented in two cycles. The subjects of the study consisted of 34 students of grade X.3. Collection techniques include documentation, observation, and tests. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Discovery Learning Model learning model is very effective when applied in the classroom.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Role of the School Committee as an Educational Advisory Agency at SMA N 1 Pulau Beringin Muaradua OKUS". The background of this research is that school committees are still not optimal in carrying out their role as advisory agencies or giving considerations. Such as providing considerations in planning, providing considerations in implementation, providing considerations in terms of managing educational resources at SMA N 1 Pulau Beringin. The approach used is descriptive qualitative using a type of qualitative research to describe a problem regarding the role of the school committee as an educational advisory agency at SMA N 1 Pulau Beringin Muaradua OKUS. This research data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation aims to test the credibility of the data by comparing the data that has been collected to describe it into categories, which views are the same and different from the data sources in conducting research on the role of the school committee as an educational advisory agency at SMA N 1 Pulau Beringin Muaradua OKUS. The research results show that the role of the school committee as an educational advisory agency at SMA N 1 Pulau Beringin Muaradua OKUS is carried out quite well. Judging from the indicators, the role of the school committee as an educational advisory agency is providing considerations, providing input on management, providing input on considerations. The implementation is considered to be quite good even though there are still shortcomings in the advisory agency. Therefore, advisory agencies or member considerations should be further improved in terms of planning, implementation and management, in order to achieve previously planned goals.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to determine the suitability of the English-speaking skills material to the needs of class 11 students at MAN 1 Maluku Tengah. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research design. The subjects of this research were 11th-grade English materials at MAN 1 Maluku Tengah, an English teacher, and seven 11th-grade students at MAN 1 Maluku Tengah. Data was collected using assessment checklists and interviews. The evaluation checklist was carried out offline at school and filled in by an 11th-grade English teacher and the researcher. Interviews with students are used to obtain information about students' needs regarding the English speaking-skill learning materials. Meanwhile, interviews with the teacher were conducted to obtain additional information regarding the English learning materials that she used. Student needs are divided into 3 aspects: necessities, lacks, and wants. From the research findings, the researcher concluded that the English-speaking skills are not yet appropriate to the student’s needs.

Abstract

This article explores the importance of integrating the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in the context of building engineering education, with a focus on the engineering mechanics field. PBL is a learning approach that challenges students to solve complex problems, providing benefits such as the enhancement of essential problem-solving skills and improved academic performance. Research suggests that implementing PBL methods has been successful in enhancing student achievement across various disciplines, including engineering mechanics. The findings indicate that the use of PBL has a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes, with the extent of impact influenced by factors such as student-teacher interaction, learning environment, and student motivation. Furthermore, the study highlights the effectiveness of PBL in enhancing students' problem-solving abilities. Therefore, the article concludes that the adoption of PBL can be a valuable learning strategy for improving student performance in the field of building engineering, particularly within the realm of engineering mechanics.

Abstract

The development of online pharmacies in Indonesia will have an impact on the existence and role of Pharmaceutical Technicians. The number of pharmacies in Semarang City and Regency has reached almost 500 units. The number of Pharmaceutical Technicians who have practice permits in Semarang City is 477 people and in Semarang Regency is 115 people. Objective: This study aims to measure the perception of Pharmaceutical Technicians in Semarang City and Regency towards online pharmacies. Method: This research is a descriptive observational study using a cross sectional study design with using purposive sampling technique. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale which was distributed via google form in the Whatsapp group of Persatuan Ahli Farmasi Indonesia of Semarang City and Regency. Perceptions that are measured are drug guarantees, prices and consumer services. Pharmaceutical Technicians is said to have a positive perception of online pharmacies if the average score of the three parameters is in the range of 802.5 – 1284. Results: Respondents involved in this study were 321 respondents. Female respondents were 288 respondents (89.72%), 270 respondents (84.11%) aged less than 36 years and 177 respondents (55.14%) had Diploma III Pharmacy education. The drug guarantee parameter got a score of 1098, the drug price parameter got a score of 904 and the consumer service parameter got a score of 1035.5. The average score for the three parameters is 1012.5. Conclusion: Pharmaceutical Technicians in Semarang City and Regency have a positive perception toward online pharmacies.

Abstract

Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan dan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan di SMP Negeri 57 Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan penelitian ini yang waka kesiswaan, kepala sekolah, staff tata usaha, guru, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan di SMP Negeri 57 Palembang sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan di SMP Negeri 57 Palembang dengan adanya koordinasi dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan, adanya komunikasi dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan, adanya motivasi dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan, dan pengarahan dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan, Adapun faktor pendukungnya yaitu sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dan siswa sebagai subjek yang utama. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu dana yang terbatas untuk sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program budaya religius di SMA IBA Palembang serta mengidentifikasi kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Budaya religius di sekolah merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam kehidupan siswa sehari-hari melalui berbagai kegiatan yang terintegrasi dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program budaya religius di SMA IBA Palembang sudah berjalan dengan baik melalui kegiatan seperti literasi Islami, tausiah, pelatihan adab ibadah, pelaksanaan salat dhuha, dan pembacaan surat Yasin bersama. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala seperti rendahnya kesadaran siswa, keterbatasan sarana prasarana, serta kurangnya pengawasan yang konsisten. Adapun solusi yang diterapkan mencakup peningkatan motivasi siswa, perbaikan koordinasi antar guru, serta penegakan kedisiplinan dalam menjalankan program. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi dan pengembangan bagi pihak sekolah dalam memperkuat karakter religius peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pelaksanaan supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah ibtidaiyah kayuagung. Melalui supervisi, guru diberikan kesempatan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan dilatih untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Ketika meninjau program sekolah, guru diberi waktu untuk menjelaskan dan mengevaluasi materi yang telah tercakup. Keterlibatan guru ini secara penuh dapat meningkatkan rasa kebersamaan yang berdampak pada peningkatan semangat kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitaltif adalah jenis penelitian yang memberikan gambaran atau uraian secara langsung atau suatu keadaan sejernih mungkin tanpa ada perlakuan terhadap objek yang diteliti. dimana hasilnya tidak diperoleh menggunakan prosedur staltistik atau metode lain. Pelaksanaan supervisi kinerja guru di madrasah terhambat oleh tiga faktor utama: keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya pengarahan yang jelas, dan dampak negatif pada guru. Keterbatasan waktu disebabkan oleh beban administratif yang tinggi, yang mengurangi fokus pada supervisi yang.
