Abstract

Oyster mushrooms easily to cultivated so this activities become to choice of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to conduct cultivation. Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a nutritious food ingredients with high protein, rich in vitamins and minerals, low in carbohydrates, fat and calories. Oyster mushroom products can not only be consumed in the form of cooked vagetables, but can be processes into a form processed foods like crispy mushrooms, mushroom chips, nuggets mushroom, mushroom dumplings, and other processed foods. Farmer groups "Agro Mandiri Graha" develop the cultivation of oyster mushroom by processing into food products. With the ibM program the persons from Unimus team partnered with farmer groups "Agro Mandiri Graha" to enhance the ability of members of the group in the development of agribusiness and the strengthening of farmer group became strong farmers organizations and independent. The result obtained from ibM are : improved the skills of farmers cultivate oyster mushrooms in oyster mushroom into food products like : mushroom chips, nuggets mushroom, mushroom dumplings, meatballs mushrooms, mushroom satay and crispy mushrooms and improve financial management and marketing of productsKeyword : oyster mushrooma, processed foods, agribusiness development

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that students affect on understanding of auditing course. The study based on the motivation's theory that is developed by Maslow and Big Five Personality's theory that is introduced by Goldberg, then it use the variable understanding of auditing course, motivation, communication skills, and personality. The method used is survey research. Analytical instrument to examine the hipotheses and validity of this study uses Structural Equation Model (SEM), it uses AMOS 21.0 program. Whereas, the program that be used in this study for descriptive statistic and reliability analysis uses SPSS 16.0 program, with notice means and standard deviation for statistic descriptive and cronbach alpha value to determine reliability.The results showed that motivati on, communication skills, and personality a studens positive affect on understanding of auditing course. Abstract

This research aims to prove evidence on the influence of owner’s educational background, owner’saccounting knowledge, and size of business towards the implementation of SAK ETAP on SMEs located inSemarang City used  quantitative method by using primary data. Used 83 samples with determination used theslovin formula. In this research used IBM SPSS for Windows 23 with three independent variables are owner’s educational background, owner’s accounting knowledge, and size of business and the implementation of SAKETAP as the dependent variable. The testing data used instrument test to consist of validity test and reliabilitytest, classic assumption test which consist of normality test, multikolinierity test, heteroskedastisity test, andautocorrelation, together with hypotesys test which covers f-test and t-test. The results show that the owner’s educational background do positive and not significantly effect on the implementation of SAK ETAP, owner’s accounting knowledge do positive and significantly effect on theimplementation of SAK ETAP, and size of business do positive and significantly effect on the implementationon the SAK ETAP partially, and taken tog ether simultaneously test do positive and significantly effect on theimplementation of SAK ETAP.

Abstract

The economic crisis a few years ago to make economic conditions in Indonesia have made great progress , so that requires leaders and company management to improve competitiveness by providing the best services for its customers in order to survive . One of the company's goal is to support their survival to earn profits . The company's main goal can be achieved if the maximum performance of the company and work well , because of the success and the success of an enterprise is the ability to generate profit and expand its business .The population in this study were clients and employees of PT . Surya Artha SRB Barokah Semarang . number of employees required sample is 45 people and the customer sample 99.88 or 100 people . The analytical method used is descriptive analysis .Results of the study is a financial ratio used is ROA , ROA and LDR . Results of this study indicate that the SRB Surya Artha Barokah Semarang from 2010 through 2012 can achieve cost effectiveness and generate optimal profits . Performance of the financial perspective shows good results even continue experiencing good growth . Results of this study indicate that explains that the market share in Semarang Barokah Surya Artha SRB increased to reach an average value of 161.88 % . Surya Artha SRB Barokah Semarang maintain competitiveness , interest rates , increasing mastery of market segments in order to meet customer needs . Surya Artha SRB Barokah Semarang start expanding operations by expanding the branch network , the development of a variety of products and services offered . It aims to improve after-sales service and provide additional benefits to our customers in order to still have the loyalty of the BPRS Artha Barokah Surya Semarang . Results of measurements describing the success ratio AETR increased efficiency , effectiveness and accuracy of the transactions conducted BPRS Artha Barokah Surya Semarang . Results of this study showed improvement indicated that employee productivity is increasing every year . This happens because in assessing the percentage of successful employee training SRB Surya Artha Barokah Semarang . Regarding the level of employee satisfaction shows the value of the overall average score of 4.03 . The figure shows the results of a good or satisfied . Abstract

Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM)  adalah pelaku bisnis yang bergerak pada berbagai bidang usaha, yang menyentuh kepentingan masyarakat. Peran UKM sangat pentingdalam pembangunan perekonomian di Indonesia, terutama dalam penyediaan tenaga kerja dan sumber penghasilan bagi kelompok masyarakat yang berpenghasilan rendah. UKMjuga membantu Pemerintah dalam upaya pemberantasan kemiskinan melalui pengembangan perekonomian sistem kerakyatan. Melihat peran dan potensinya, pengembangan UKM ini sangat penting guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekaligus mendukung peningkatan perekonomian daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengujipengaruh modal kerja dengan variabel intervening pengembangan bisnis terhadap peningkatan kinerja UKM di kota Semarang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari hasil survey kuesioner pada 90 orang pemilik UKM makanan kecil sebagai sampel di kota Semarang. Dengan menggunakan metode regressi linear hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal kerja berpengaruh signifikan pada pengembangan bisnis UKM, pengembangan bisnis UKM berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja UKM dan modal kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan pada kinerja UKM. Abstract

Abstrak. Singkong (ketela pohon) adalah salah satu jenis umbi umbian yang tumbuh subur diIndonesia khususnya di pulau Jawa. Singkong (ketela pohon) atau dalam bahasa latinnyadisebut Manihot esculenta  merupakan tanaman pangan berupa perdu dengan nama lain ubikayu, atau kasape. Di Indonesia, sejak jaman dahulu ketela pohon menjadi makanan bahan pangan pokok setelah beras dan jagung. Dengan perkembangan teknologi, ketela pohon dapatdiolah menjadi tepung dan dijadikan bahan dasar pada industri makanan. Program diversifikasipangan yang dicanangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pertanian direalisasikan dengan berbagai macam program pengolahan dan pemasaran hasil pertanian dimulai denganpengembangan industri tepung yang berbahan baku cassava dan sagu. Maksud dari programtersebut adalah untuk mensubstitusi kebutuhan tepung yang berasal tepung impor sebesar 20%.Selain itu, tujuan dari diversifikasi pangan adalah tercapainya pola konsumsi pangan yangaman, bermutu, dan bergizi seimbang. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam IbM ini adalah memberikan pelatihan, penyuluhan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan budidaya tanaman singkong sebagai bahan baku pembuatan tepung mocaf serta pengembangan dan pengolahantepung mocaf menjadi aneka makanan olahan. Metode yang dilakukan melalui penyuluhan,pelatihan dan praktek pembuatan makanan, praktek pengemasan dan pemasaran melaluipembuatan website, dan pendampingan kegiatan. Hasil dari IbM adalah meningkatnya kualitas hasil panen singkong dan produksi makanan olahan berbahan baku tepung mocaf sertapemasaran melalui Blog di internet.

Abstract

The products of ribbon embroidery became a popular trend since five years ago. With the development of beautiful design and embroidered motifs, various embroidered ribbon products can be produced and become a promising business opportunity. Joint Business Group (KUB) "Tlogo Kreasi" and KUB "UripCollection" was established to address the economic problems of its members. Members of this business group consist of housewives who have sewing and embroidery skills. With these skills they set up a joint venture by producing various handmade embroidered ribbons of various bags, mukena, hoods, purses,household linen, and various wedding souvenirs. Unimus community service team with IbM program is conducting extension, training, practice and mentoring activities to product marketing together with joint business group (KUB) in order to implement one of the darma in Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi that is dedication to the community with the aim of increasing the knowledge and skills of the group business in the framework of product and business development as well as strengthening the group into a strong and independent business organization. Abstract

Makalah ini mengkaji perkembangan UKM di Indonesia, khususnya di Jawa Tengah. Titik berat analisisadalah kajian terhadap komoditas unggulan untuk meningkatkan ekspor UKM dalam rangka pengembanganekonomi daerah.. Ekspor komoditas Jawa Tengah tahun 2010 tumbuh 30,34%, mencapai total ekspor US $ 3.868,59juta. Angka pertumbuhan itu lebih tinggi dibandingkan tahun 2005-2009 yang rata-rata 1,27%. Sumbangan eksporkomoditas dari UKM hampir mencapai 50%nya yaitu sebesar US$ 1.911,04 juta Komoditas ekspor unggulan Jatengmeliputi produk kayu, barang dari kayu, garmen, tekstil dan makanan olahan. Pengembangan komoditas unggulanini perlu ditingkatkan agar memiliki daya saing dengan produk dari negara lain.Implikasinya, pengembangan komoditas unggulan dan pengembangan UKM dapat merupakan strategiyang efektif dalam mengembangkan ekonomi daerah. Pemberdayaan UKM seyogyanya dilaksanakan secarasimultan dalam kerangka kerja yang komprehensif dengan berbagai upaya lain seperti di bidang pendidikan,pelatihan kerja, pemberdayaan masyarakat, pembangunan sosial dan pembangunan infrastruktur lainnya.
