Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of service performance and brand image on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The population consists of 350 customers (advertisers) while sample size is 78 units. Methods of data collection used survey which is followed by statistical examination to test the hypothesis, used multiple linear regressions. The results showed that service performance and brand image have positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, where brand image has a more dominant influence when compared to service performance variables.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, inovasi produk, dan media sosial terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui keunggulan bersaing pada UKM di Kota Jambi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 100 UKM di Kota Jambi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung, Orientasi Kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, inovasi produk berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, media sosial berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran, keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran, Media Sosial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran pada UKM di Kota Jambi dan kesimpulan dari pengaruh mediasi penelitian ini adalah keunggulan bersaing memiliki pengaruh mediasi terhadap variabel inovasi produk dan media sosial, sedangkan untuk variabel orientasi kewirausahaan tidak terdapat pengaruh mediasi. Kata kunci : Orientasi Kewirausahaan; Inovasi Produk; Media Sosial; Keunggulan Kompetitif; dan Kinerja Pemasaran ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation, and social media on marketing performance through competitive advantage in SMEs in Jambi City. Data collection was carried out by survey using a questionnaire given to 100 SMEs in Jambi City. Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of internet technology now makes the spread of word of mouth not only limited to face-to-face communication, but has changed its form to electronic word of mouth. One form of E-WOM (electronic Word of Mouth) marketing is social media like Instagram. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Brand Attachment on Instagram Social Commerce E-Wom on Snack Products Online Accounts in Jambi City. The population in this study is the people of Jambi City who use Instagram social media accounts. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling by taking 95 respondents based on criteria. Data collection methods using field studies in the form of online questionnaires. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression. Brand Satisfaction and Brand Trust have a significant influence on Brand Attachment. Brand Satisfaction and Brand Trust through Brand Attachment have a significant influence on the mediation of E-WOM Instagram social commerce. ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi internet saat ini membuat penyebaran word of mouth tidak hanya terbatas pada komunikasi tatap muka, tetapi sudah berubah bentuk menjadi electronic word of mouth. Salah satu bentuk dari E-WOM (electronic Word of Mouth) marketing adalah media sosial seperti Instagram. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Jambi yang menggunakan akun social Media Instagram,Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan mengambil 95 responden berdasarkan kriteria. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi lapangan dalam bentuk kuesioner online. Alat analisis dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. HaSil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Satisfaction,Brand Trust memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap E-wom social commerce Instagram, Brand Satisfaction dan Brand Trust memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Brand Attachment .Brand Satisfaction dan Brand Trust melalui Brand Attachment memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mediasi dari E-WOM social commerce Instagram. Kata kunci: Brand Satisfaction, Brand Trust, Brand Attacment, dan E-Wom Social Commerce Instagram.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada efektivitas penerapan SIMDA Keuangan, serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat efektivitas penerapan SIMDA Keuangan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas ESDM Provinsi Jambi. Informan penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik Purposive. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIMDA Keuangan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan di Dinas ESDM Provinsi Jambi dapat dinyatakan cukup efektif, meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala atau faktor penghambat dalam penerapan SIMDA Keuangan, seperti; jaringan server yang tidak stabil, belum adanya sistem backup otomatis, tidak adanya pemeliharan (maintenance) pada komputer dan perangkat SIMDA lainnya, kurangnya program pelatihan untuk peningkatan kualitas SDM, dan kurangnya komitmen pimpinan untuk memperhatikan perkembangan SIMDA Keuangan

Abstract

The purpose of the research in IIS to know and analyze the impact of the haze on the performance of business traders market. This research belongs to the type of descriptive research. Descriptive research that aims to describe, describe and analyse existing events and aims to obtain information about the impact of haze in accordance with existing theories. Data collection method through dissemination of questionnaires and questions answered. The population in this study is the market merchant of Rengat City. Determination of sample count of 100 respondents/market trader. The data analysis technique used to analyze this research data is to be descriptively used statistical analysis in the form of a percentage formula because its purpose is to see the trend of the indicators of each variable and the research is only aimed to describe the reality in the field is not to be seen relations or comparisons. In this study, researchers used Likert measurement scales. The Likert scale relates to a statement about a person's attitude toward something.  The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) The health of the market traders of the city of Rengat is interrupted because of the thick haze that affects the trading activity itself. (2) The income of market traders in the city of Rengat is decreasing due to declining people's desire to shop in the market due to the worry of being exposed to haze which can cause ISPA disease and other health disorders. (3) The market environment of the Rengat is affected by the smoke of the daily Trader's life. Usually traders have already held their trades starting from the beginning of the morning, because the haze of most traders often come late to the market (overdo). (3) The education of students from the family of market traders in the city of Rengat is also affected by the haze so that it must be dissolved until normal weather conditions are back. Because of this, students have a lot of missed material and have to force themselves to pursue the lag by adding hours and learning tasks that are much beyond the student's thinking capacity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is an influence of transformational leadership and training and development programs on employee performance with the mediation variable, namely competence. Primary data source using a questionnaire taken on the research object at PetroChina International Jabung Ltd with a total sample of 144 respondents. The study uses quantitative descriptive analysis and data processed with SPSS 24 namely regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that there was a positive influence on transformational leadership and training and development programs on employee performance. Transformational leadership and training and development programs affect on employee competencies. Employee competence mediates transformational leadership on employee performance and competence also mediates training and development programs on employee performance. The study recommends that the leaders of the PetroChina International Jabung Ltd Office need toreview the policies of improving the implementation of training and development programs and employee competencies so that employees can contribute more productively to the Office.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to examine the speed strategy of public administration services in fulfilling the basic rights of citizens in rural areas in Indonesia. The method in this research is descriptive type with quantitative approach and use explanatory survey. The target of the research was villagers in four districts in Jambi Province. The instrument used to collect the data is by using a structured questionnaire given to the sample respondents. The statistical tool to examine the hypotehsis is by using Partial Least Square (PLS) method with smart-PLS as the software. The study found that the speed strategy of public administration services has a positive and significant influence on fulfilling the basic rights of citizens in rural areas. However, these positive and significant effect towards fulfilling the basic rights of citizens are mediated by public administration services. These suggest that the role of public administration services in rural areas should be transparent, accountable, and it needs to accommodate public participants and public right equally.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Image terhadap loyalitas Konsumen Brilink, pengaruh Brand Image terhadap kepuasan Konsumen Brilink, pengaruh kepuasan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Brilink, dan pengaruh Brand Image terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan konsumen Brilink. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 55 konsumen Brilink di cabang muara Bulian. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Image berpengaruh positif terhadap Loyalitas, Brand Image berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan, Kepuasan berpengaruh positif terhadap Loyalita, dan Brand Image berpengaruh positif terhadap Loyalitas dimediasi oleh kepuasan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial dan daya tarik dalam meningkatkan minat umroh terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Tanah Suci pada generasi milenial di Kota Jambi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah penduduk Kota Jambi 2020 yang berusia 25-39 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling dengan berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu sehingga didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survey menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Dalam melakukan analisis data digunakan metode analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan alat uji SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat umroh, daya tarik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat umroh, media sosial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, daya tarik berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signfikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, minat umroh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Kemudian minat umroh mampu memediasi pengaruh media sosial terhadap keputusan berkunjung secara positif dan signifikan serta minat umroh juga mampu memediasi pengaruh daya tarik terhadap keputusan berkunjung secara positif dan signifikan

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide business assistance to mothers of families who are beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program (FHP) in Telanai Pura District, Jambi City. This mentoring method is carried out in the form of participatory training regarding MSME Scale Up and Initiation of Joint Business Groups (JBG) from several similar businesses that they are currently doing. By providing this assistance, it can help the community, especially FHP beneficiary families, in overcoming problems related to business development, business feasibility and business plans that continue to grow. The material provided includes training on how to quickly scale up a business, strengthening creative thinking and innovation in running a business so that the problems and obstacles encountered can become experience in improving business management. The next material is understanding business feasibility and increasing JBG activities. This community service program as a whole lasts for eight months starting from the preparatory stage to the final report submission stage.
