Digital transformation and marketing are crucial for the sustainability and growth of MSMEs in Pantai Jerman, Kuta, Bali. However, many local MSMEs still need to utilize digital technology fully. This community service activity aims to enhance awareness and understanding of digitalization and digital marketing through face-to-face socialization and mentoring. The program includes education on the benefits of digital marketing, techniques for using social media, and digital tools for business promotion. As a result, MSME operators' awareness and understanding increased, and many began utilizing digital technology for business promotion. Support in the form of a mini digital studio was also provided to assist in creating digital content. This program successfully promoted digital transformation among MSMEs in Pantai Jerman, positively impacting their business sustainability and growth.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa/i SDN 1 Wongaya Gede dalam pemanfaatan limbah plastik serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Desa Wongaya Gede mengenai pengelolaan sampah. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, ditemukan bahwa masyarakat desa masih kurang dalam membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan sampah sangat terbatas, terutama dalam memisahkan sampah plastik dari sampah lainnya. Program pengabdian ini terdiri dari dua kegiatan utama, yaitu sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang kebersihan lingkungan dan dampak sampah plastik, serta pelatihan pengolahan sampah plastik menjadi barang berguna, seperti tas, pot tanaman, dan kerajinan tangan lainnya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam mengelola sampah plastik, serta peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pemisahan sampah dan pengelolaan sampah yang ramah lingkungan. Program ini juga melibatkan pembentukan bank sampah desa untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil mencapai tujuan untuk memperkenalkan cara-cara mengurangi sampah plastik dan mengolahnya menjadi barang yang berguna, sambil meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan.

Dunia fashion menjadi salah satu cara seseorang untuk menarik perhatian orang lain di berbagai kalangan usia. Namun, sebagian besar pengguna fashion di Indonesia lebih senang menggunakan brand internasional ketimbang brand lokal. Hal ini dikarenakan pengguna fashion di Indonesia yang lebih senang menjadi “followers” dalam dunia fashion. Salah satuya generasi Z pada masyarakat Denpasar dalam bidang fashion sepatu, meskipun sepatu lokal sudah menggunakan teknik pembuatan yang sama dengan sepatu internasional. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya branding sepatu lokal seperti compass, ventela, aerostreet dan juga PVN untuk dikenali dan diingat (brand salience). Sehingga tidak mudah terjadinya hubungan psikologis (brand resonance) antara generasi Z di kota Denpasar dengan keempat produk sepatu lokal tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menunjukkan berpengaruh atau tidaknya persepsi kualitas dalam memediasi hubungan brand salience terhadap brand resonance. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan generasi Z di Denpasar. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam menentukan 135 responden. Mengacu pada metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) brand salience memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi kualitas, (2) persepsi kualitas memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap brand resonance, (3) brand salience memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap brand resonance, (4) persepsi kualitas memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi brand salience terhadap brand resonance.

Perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi yang sangat pesat membawa dampak yang baik bagi pemulihan perekonomian dan perkembangan desa guna mewujudkan desa yang maju dan berkembang baik dari segi potensi alam maupun karya tangan masyarakatnya. Promosi online saat ini telah menjadi kebutuhan bagi setiap kalangan. Menjamurnya berbagai sosial media seperti facebook, twitter, instagram dsb, forum-forum jual beli online, portal iklan baris dan blog seakan-akan mengamini fenomena dahsyat ini. Sehingga kami dapat memanfaatkan media sosial dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yang dilaksanakan di desa Sampalan Klod, Kecamatan Dawan, Kabupaten Klungkung, Bali Indonesia sebagai upaya pengembangan potensi desa Sampalan Klod. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk lebih mempromosikan potensi Desa Sampalan Klod sebagai salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi yang cukup bagus untuk dijadikan desa wisata melalui media blog. Metode yang diterapkan ialah melalui pembuatan blogspot dan penulisan artikel blog untuk memberikan gambaran menarik terkait potensi desa wisata. Blog resmi yang telah direvitalisasi pada kegiatan pengabdian kali ini telah mampu mempromosikan potensi desa wisata dengan lebih baik lagi karena menampung berbagai kegiatan masyarakat Desa Sampalan Klod ini. Sehingga diharapkan para pembaca yang mencari informasi terkait potensi Desa Sampalan Klod memperoleh lebih banyak informasi. Pada akhirnya, Blog promosi potensi desa Sampalan Klod akan semakin berkembang dan potensi desa pun semakin dikenal luas dan dapat membawa dampak yang baik bagi Desa Sampalan Klod.

The tourism industry is one of the most influential industries for the economy in Bali. With its potential to be a driving force for entrepreneurs in Bali to develop businesses, one of which is the room or hotel rental service business. To support the smooth operation of goods at the hotel, all goods that enter the hotel for operational purposes go through the Receiving section for data collection and supervision. The goods received by the Receiving section are items requested from each department in the hotel that have previously been purchased by the procurement department or the Purchasing section. The Receiving Officer at The One Legian has been in accordance with its role, namely there is a relationship between the Receiving role of the smooth operation of goods. In addition, to support the work of the Receiving officer, the goods that arrive at the hotel must comply with orders supported by Purchase Orders, Purchase Requests and Market Lists.

In the current era of globalization, in a company career development is very important because doing career development can make a company more advanced and make the abilities of company employees increase and develop in doing a job. The career development process is influenced by several factors, including interpersonal communication and the work environment. Based on observations made at PT. Regional Development Bank Bali Badung Branch there are problems with career development that are influenced by interpersonal communication and the work environment. It is not uncommon to find problems related to communication within the company, both communication between superiors and subordinates, as well as co-workers. In addition, there are problems in the current working environment that are still not comfortable for employees, resulting in less than optimal performance in their duties. The existence of effective communication will facilitate employee activities at work and minimize the occurrence of miscommunication as well as a conducive work environment can increase employee performance optimally and on the contrary further enhance employee career development. Therefore, interpersonal communication and work environment are needed to support career development at PT. Regional Development Bank of Bali Badung Branch.

In achieving the main goals of a company, competent HR plays an important role in it, but considering that every HR owned by the company has a different personality and level of discipline, of course, this difference will greatly affect the performance of the employees themselves which will result in achieving or whether or not a company goal. PT. The Regional Development Bank of Bali Badung Branch always tries to provide satisfaction to its customers by providing the best service and in accordance with what customers want and providing very high quality service products. Personality Type and Employee Work Discipline are very influential on Employee Performance to achieve the company's goals PT. Regional Development Bank Bali Badung Branch, but there are several problems related to the many types of personalities and lack of discipline of employees when carrying out their work which affects employee performance such as employees who have difficulty communicating with co-workers and leaders, bringing down fellow co-workers and being less open to things. -new things are also delays and violations committed. So to improve employee performance, HR Manager is expected to be able to take appropriate action so that the company's performance continues well.

The Role of Food Inventory in Controlling Operational Costs at Hotel Villa Lumbung aims to understand more deeply the role of food inventory in controlling operational costs as a limitation in the implementation of writing. This writing is qualitative. The method of data collection is conducting in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation in the process of collecting data with resource persons. The location chosen in the implementation of this writing is Hotel Vila Lumbung which is located in Petitenget. From the writing that was carried out, the results showed that the role of inventory in controlling operational costs at Hotel Vila Lumbung has a very important role because Inventory determines the number of costs (Costs) that will occur. However, in terms of its implementation, it is quite simple, and the application can still be further developed along with the development of the company going forward which is adjusted to the needs that can provide progress for business development in the future.

During the transition from a pandemic to an endemic period, the costs incurred by the hotel became unstable because during this transition the hotel was making adjustments, so between the existing standard costs and the actual costs, there were still deviations. The cost beverage standard applied to the actual cost of beverage has a difference that can be detrimental and have an impact on hotel revenue. The location of the fieldwork practice is at The One Legian Hotel. What is discussed is Optimizing Beverage Cost Control at The One Legian Hotel during the Transition of the Pandemic Towards Endemic. The problems encountered at The One Legian Hotel are (a) supplier selection, (b) a spike in raw material prices (c) uncertainty in room occupation (d) competitors selling the same product. Efforts that can be made to overcome these problems are by preparing reserve suppliers, creating attractive promos, and maintaining stable selling prices.
