Abstract

Air pollution is one of the most dangerous issues for health in the current industrial 4.0 era. Air quality, especially in big cities such as Jakarta, which is the capital of Indonesia as well as the center of government, is an issue that is being eradicated by the government. With a very high percentage of the productive age of the population in the city of Jakarta, motor vehicle activity in the city of Jakarta will also be equivalent to the productive age of the population of the city of Jakarta. This study will design an air quality classification system using the K-Nearest Neighbors method. Before being classified, a data preprocessing process will be carried out, such as handling missing values ??and handling outliers. In addition, because the data obtained is quite small, a K-Fold Validation process will be carried out for the model selection process. Finally, the performance evaluation of the model will be carried out using the confusion matrix method.

Abstract

Culture is a collection of beliefs and traditions passed down from generation to generation by a group of people. The island of Bali is one of the places rich in culture and traditions. Each district in Bali has its own unique culture and traditions. This cultural diversity and tradition serve as an attraction for domestic and international tourists who want to visit the island of Bali. To help tourists get to know more about Balinese culture and find places to eat according to their preferences, this research aims to develop a website-based application. This website is developed using the User-Centered Design method. This website can be a solution for tourists who want to visit Bali to see local traditions and culture or enjoy the typical dishes found on the island of Bali. Abstract

Image recognition and feature extraction of fruits using histogram methods have garnered significant attention in the fields of agriculture, food industry, and image processing. The Histogram method is an effective approach in automatically identifying unique characteristics of each fruit. Previous studies have demonstrated the success of histogram method in fruit image recognition based on color, texture, and shape. In this research, we propose the use of histogram method for fruit image feature extraction. We utilize secondary data consisting of fruit images such as apple, banana, mango, orange, papaya, melon, and watermelon, obtained from publicly available research datasets. We conduct a literature review to deepen our understanding of the histogram method and implement feature extraction steps such as mean, standard deviation, energy, entropy, and skewness. The authors developed a web-based application using Python programming language with the Django framework to perform fruit image feature extraction. This application allows users to upload fruit images, perform image pre-processing, and extract features using the histogram method. The extracted feature results are stored in a database for further use. Through this application, we successfully extract features from fruit images, such as banana, using the histogram method. The extracted feature results include mean, standard deviation, energy, entropy, and skewness. These results can be utilized in further research and training machine learning models to recognize and classify various types of fruits with high accuracy. Abstract

This research discusses the detection of plagiarism Source Code student assignments. The research purpose to design a system that can detect source code plagiarism on student assignments. The system designed using the Term Frequency weighting method — Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) for word weighting and Cosine Similarity Algorithm to calculate the similarity between documents. By using this method, the test results obtained have similarities that are close to several documents from student assignment.

Abstract

n today's era, the internet is a facility in social life that causes phobias, complete and necessary information is difficult to obtain again. However, how YouTube provides consistently using an algorithm designed for YouTube content recommendations which is an online video media that can witness important moments instantly to individuals who are not on television media so that all users can get useful information and entertainment from the media website. For some reason Youtube is used as social media with the highest user level from Instagram. Therefore, we make an experiment to categorize the right content to be a crucial factor in producing accurate and meaningful recommendations. In a system analysis, it recommends content on Youtube based on individual categories using the basic concept of the content-based filtering algorithm and how it is implemented in the context of YouTube. The model training is carried out using the cosine similarity method which aims to compare the similarity between the contents of these representations. Evaluation of the model can provide insight into how effective the algorithm is in producing relevant recommendations. The steps in the recommendation system analysis are literature study, data collection, model training, and model evaluation by increasing understanding of content-based filtering algorithms. Abstract

The camera is one device that is often used to capture the moment. Not everyone has a camera because it is quite difficult to operate, and the price is also relatively expensive. For beginners who want to dive into the world of photography, will definitely look for a camera that suits with their current condition. The application of the CBR algorithm will produce a list of camera recommendations according to the user's wishes. Therefore, a recommendation system with sufficient camera data is needed to facilitate the search for various types of cameras. From the results of this study obtained 5 recommendations for the best camera generated from the CBR model.

Abstract

TikTok application has achieved extraordinary popularity among users around the world, which has been downloaded by more than 500 million users with 16 million reviews and received a rating of 4.4 out of 5 on the Google Play Store. In this study, we will analyze user sentiment towards the TikTok application reviews. These reviews can be a benchmark for users to find out information about user experience and become a race for application developers to improve performance or quality. For that we need a method to describe the reviewer efficiently so that it is easier to understand the reviewer. In this study, the authors used a comparison of the KNN algorithm with the effect of feature selection to carry out the classification. Classification of application reviews into two classes, positive reviews, and negative reviews. In this classification, it is found that using Chi Square feature selection can produce the highest accuracy, with k = 9 value of 86.22% whereas without Chi Square feature selection it only produces the highest accuracy with k = 11 value of 77.04%. Abstract

Steganography is a technique of hiding secret messages in digital media, one of the digital media that is often used is images. Two commonly used steganography methods are DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) and LSB (Least Significant Bit). This research aims to analyze and compare the image quality of DCT and LSB steganography results based on RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) and PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) parameters. DCT and LSB methods are implemented on several images with several variations of secret messages. RMSE and PSNR values are calculated for each stego image and analyzed to see which method produces better image quality. The results show that the LSB method produces lower RMSE values and higher PSNR values compared to the DCT method on all tested images. This shows that the LSB method is significantly better in maintaining the quality of the stego image compared to the DCT method. Keywords: Steganography, Image Quality, DCT, LSB, RMSE, PSNR

Abstract

In the current era of technological development, many activities are carried out online, be it meetings, transportation orders, ordering food and drinks, and even education. Many young people today do not know the fabric of Balinese kamben. Therefore, the existence of a Balinese kamben website designed to expand knowledge from the website through internet connectivity that is connected continuously can facilitate the search for Balinese kamben fabrics. This study aims to determine whether the system design that will be designed can help users in searching for Balinese kamben cloth. This system will run on the web and use javascript as a programming language. The User-Centered Design method is used in designing the Bali kamben application website to conduct user-centered testing in a questionnaire involving respondents or users along with a Black Box to ensure the system runs according to its function.

Abstract

In developing the NER model, naming annotations are used as an important part of the training process. The impact of using different naming annotations on NER performance has been a concern in the research community. So,the writer wants to once again, test the impact of using different naming annotations using the spaCy library on English documents.
