Abstract

CV Avatar Solution adalah perusahaan sebagai penyedia produk dalam bidang IT Software Developer dan layanan ICT (Information and Communication Technologi). Saat ini perusahaan Avatar Solution sudah menjalin kerjasama dengan beberapa perusahaan besar yang ada di bali. CV Avatar Solution memiliki beberapa divisi. Permasalahan yang dimiliki pada perusahaan Avatar Solution adalah branding perusahaan yang saat ini masih mencangkup pulau bali saja. Perusahaan Avatar Solution memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan program Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL). Penulis berkesempatan bergabung menjadi IT Admin pada perusahaan Avatar Solution dalam proyek Atix.id. Sebagai hasil evaluasi kegiatan, penulis juga membantu mengerjakan User Interface dalam proyek AvatarGalley

Abstract

CV Avatar Solution merupakan perusahaan yang menyediakan produk melalui layanan IT Software Developer dan ICT (Information and Communication Technology) yang berbasis di pulau Bali. CV. Avatar Solutions membuka kesempatan mahasiswa semester akhir untuk mengikuti praktek kerja lapangan atau PKL. Program magang ini diharapkan dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan – permasalahan nyata di bidang informatika. Perusahaan Avatar Solution memiliki banyak divisi salah satunya yaitu divisi Product Manager. Dimana tugas dari Product Manager ini adalah memastikan produknya sesuai dengan permintaan klien. Oleh karena itu, Product Manager akan selalu berkomunikasi dengan developer agar produk yang telah proses dan dikerjakan sesuai dengan permintaan dari klien. Saat ini perusahaan CV Avatar Solution mempunyai permasalahan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusianya yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Sebagai hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian, maka dibuatkan konsep yang diberi nama Avatar Human Resources Information System atau disingkat dengan (AVHRIS) untuk mempermudah dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia yang terdapat di perusahaan CV Avatar Solution.

Abstract

The existence of banking institutions is very important for people's lives, especially used for raise funds in the form of deposits, demand deposits, savings and others. Besides that, it is an institution banks can also play a role as channeling funds in the form of credit to the public and business entities that need it. Problems in credit disbursement cause bad loans from customers, causing losses to the bank. Credit assessment is one of the important stages that must be carried out by the bank before credit is given to the credit applicant. The credit appraisal process belongs to a semi-structured problem that is quite complex, therefore it is necessary to develop a system to predict the feasibility of applying for credit. The system built in this study uses the K-Nearest Neighbor Classification algorithm by assessing prospective borrowers from the training data used. Based on the research that has been done, the K-Nearest Neighbor Classification algorithm can be modeled in a bank credit assessment. System testing results show accuracy of calculation accuracy of 81,82%.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the quality of administrative management, improve marketing management and services provided by LPD employees. The implementation method includes socialization regarding the importance of business management and marketing, technical training on the use of computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word, direct practice in financial recording and management of LPD customer data. The results of the activity showed an increase in employee skills as indicated by an increase in the ability to prepare financial reports using Microsoft Excel more quickly, neatly, and accurately, as well as the implementation of digital-based marketing strategies through social media Instagram which has been proven to expand the reach of services, especially in reaching the younger generation around Sembung Gede Village. Administrative efficiency has increased significantly because the use of computer applications can speed up work processes and strengthen transparency, thereby increasing public trust in LPD. Strengthening the capacity of LPD employees through computer training and marketing management assistance not only improves the internal performance of LPDs, but also has an impact on the sustainability of the socio-economic function of traditional institutions in building village economic independence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi manajemen junction box telepon dalam pengembangan jaringan telepon di PT Angkasa Pura I Bandara Ngurah Rai. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan nomor telepon, informasi junction box, dan switching nomor telepon. Melalui sosialisasi dan implementasi aplikasi ini, diharapkan masyarakat dapat memahami pentingnya manajemen junction box telepon dalam menjaga kinerja jaringan telepon yang optimal.

Abstract

ABSTRAKGoogle bekerjasama dengan lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang ada di Indonesia, memiliki program standarisasi untuk membuat standar pelatihan Android dengan 3 level yaitu basic, intermediate, dan advance. Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Dhyana Pura sebagai salah satu program studi yang menerapkan kurikulum Android berstandar Google dalam mata kuliah Aplikasi Mobile, mewujudkan program dari Google sekaligus mengenalkan Program Studi Teknik Informatika melakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan pemrograman dan pembuatan aplikasi basic dengan standar Google melalui Udacity sebagai panduan training dan training langsung oleh dosen dan dibantu oleh mahasiswa-mahasiswi Program Studi Teknik Informatika yang sudah lulus dalam sertifikasi Indonesia Android Kejar. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan selama 4 (empat) kali dari tanggal 23 November 2017 sampai dengan 07 Desember 2018 dan diikuti oleh 44 orang siswa SMK Prshanti Nilayam Kuta. Software yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah Android Studio 3.0 sebagai IDE paling terakhir dari Google. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah kemampuan dasar dalam programming dan pembuatan aplikasi sesuai keinginan peserta dimana peserta dapat melanjutkan ke dalam program lanjutan dari Google yaitu Indonesia Android Kejar.Kata kunci : Android, Indonesia Android Kejar, SMK Prshanti Nilayam Kuta, GoogleABSTRACTGoogle is working with higher education institutions in Indonesia, has a standardization program to create standard Android training with 3 levels of basic, intermediate, and advance. Informatics Engineering Study Program Dhyana Pura University as one of the study program that apply the Google Android standard curriculum in the Mobile Application course, realize the program from Google as well as introduce Informatics Engineering Study Program to Serve the Community in the form of training programming and making basic applications with Google standards through Udacity as a training guide and direct training by lecturers and assisted by students of Informatics Engineering Study Program which has passed the certification of Indonesia Android Kejar.Pelatihan conducted for 4 (four) times from 23 November 2017 until 07 December 2018 and followed by 44 students of SMK Prshanti Nilayam Kuta. The software used in this training is Android Studio 3.0 as the most recent IDE from Google. Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) play a crucial role in strengthening local economic resilience, yet many face challenges adapting to digital transformation. This study examines the influence of digital literacy and online marketing practices on the performance of Asta Dharma BUMDesa in Sembung Gede Village. Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with BUMDesa managers, field observations, and analysis of organizational documents. The research findings indicate that BUMDesa managers' digital literacy remains at a basic level, characterized by limited skills in managing digital platforms, branding, and utilizing online marketing. Online marketing activities are still carried out in a rudimentary manner, without a structured strategy, using standard operating procedures, or a lack of dedicated human resources. These limitations significantly impact the visibility, competitiveness, and market reach of BUMDesa products. Although villages have strong economic potential, particularly in agriculture, local food products, and tourism, their integration into the digital market ecosystem remains weak. The study concludes that strengthening digital literacy is crucial for improving managerial capabilities, marketing effectiveness, and institutional performance. This study provides insights into the digital readiness of rural economic institutions and recommends sustainable capacity building, strategic digital marketing planning, and collaboration between stakeholders to improve the performance of BUMDesa in the digital era.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in Samsam Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency, Bali, with a focus on management and digital marketing training for the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDesa) Wija Sari and a local Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (UMKM), Kue Cemilan Cantik Gekka. The goal was to enhance the professionalism of business management and expand their market reach. Based on initial observations, the BUMDesa and UMKM in Samsam Village faced challenges such as manual and unprofessional financial management and limited use of digital promotional media. BUMDesa Wija Sari only used a WhatsApp group for socialization and promotion, while the UMKM Kue Cemilan Cantik Gekka relied solely on word-of-mouth marketing.The methods used were training and mentoring. The training covered two main aspects: product marketing digitalization through social media and professional financial management. The results showed a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of the participants, the creation of social media accounts for the BUMDesa and UMKM, and changes in their financial reporting systems. However, challenges such as limited training time and varying levels of digital literacy among participants still existed. Therefore, the service team provided follow-up consultation sessions to ensure the sustainable implementation of the strategies.

Abstract

Music genre classification based on spectrogram images is an important task in music information retrieval. This study compares the performance of a custom Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture and VGG-16 for classifying five music genres from the GTZAN dataset: blues, classical, hiphop, metal, and reggae. A total of 500 audio files were converted into spectrogram images for training and testing. The custom CNN was designed and trained from scratch, while VGG-16 utilized pretrained weights with fine-tuning applied to the fully connected layers. Experimental results show that the custom CNN achieved 75% test accuracy and a macro F1- score of 0.74, outperforming VGG-16 which achieved 68.75% accuracy and a macro F1-score of 0.67. These findings demonstrate the advantage of using a tailored architecture for spectrogram- based music genre classification and provide directions for future research, including full fine- tuning of pretrained models, hybrid architectures, and integration of temporal features.

Abstract

Customer segmentation is a crucial process for optimizing marketing strategies This study aims to implement and compare three clustering algorithms on customer transaction data using RFMT (Recency, Frequency, Monetary, and Tenure) features. The dataset, obtained from the UCI Machine Learning Repository, underwent several preprocessing stages, including data cleaning, feature extraction, outlier handling, and normalization. Optimal cluster numbers were determined using the elbow method and validated using silhouette score and davies-bouldin index. The results show that mini batch k-means outperforms the other algorithms with the highest silhouette score of 0.4011 and the lowest davies-bouldin index of 0.9521. K-means++ demonstrated better computation time but slightly lower clustering quality, while fuzzy c-means produced less distinct segmentation
