Abstract

The discourse on the abolition of the village has given birth to legal implications that are inconsistent with the values ​​of certainty, justice, and usefulness that will be achieved in the purpose of structuring the village so that it has an impact on the continuation of the welfare of the village community. This is reflected in the management of village income and Village-Owned Enterprises which result in a legal vacuum after the abolition of the village so that the achievement of village community welfare will be hampered as mandated by the constitution in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Implications for the abolition of villages are included in village planning as regulated in statutory regulations Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. There is a clause on the purpose of village structuring which becomes a legal rule that should be carried out (das sollen) but there is a discrepancy when the legal rule is faced with the abolition of the village (das sein) because the abolition of the village has eliminated all provisions for the purpose of village structuring, so that villages that experience abolition in ultimately not oriented towards the purpose of structuring the village. On the other hand, the subjective legal reasons for the elimination of villages have reduced the role of the village in the elimination of villages by policies caused by the central government, which should involve local and village governments.

Abstract

Character is the main pillar in promoting the formidable human, either individually or in groups. In Islam, the characters are better known as the akhlaq of the Prophet when he was sent as a delegation of Allah on earth. Based on spirit of the current character education, this paper is to review about how to actual character education in Islam. As matter of fact, character education in Islam is forming in term of akhlakul karimah. Based on the methodological aspect, a method of habituation and exemplary are the best way for character education, which accustom the good thing till considered as culture with the thoughts, feelings and actions. And Examples of good things to students so that transferred the values into their souls, then it will generate a knowledge, as well as manifest in the action

Abstract

Jakarta merupakan pusat pemerintahan Indonesia, dan juga merupakan pusat bisnis dan perdagangan, hal ini merupakan salah satu penyebab banyaknya penduduk Indonesia ingin bekerja serta tinggal di kota jakarta. Jakarta memiliki penduduk lebih dari 9 juta jiwa, namun angka tersebut dapat naik drastis di siang hari pada waktu sibuk, jumlahnya dapat bertambah sekitar 2 juta jiwa ketika para Komuter (penduduk yang tinggal diluar kota jakarta) datang ke Jakarta untuk bekerja dan pulang lagi ke asal mereka pada malam hari, hal ini terjadi hampir setiap hari di kota jakarta. Salah satu permasalahan di kota jakarta yang terjadi karena padatnya penduduk dan semakin hari semakin memburuk adalah masalah kemacetan, hal ini terjadi karena jumlah kendaraan yang ada di kota jakarta semakin hari juga semakin mamadat dan pertumbuhan jalan tidak sesuai dengan penambahan kendaraan tersebut. Dari permasalahan tersebut pemerintah berupaya memberikan solusi dengan membuat dan merencanakan berbagai jenis transportasi massal yang memiliki jalur khusus sehingga dapat mengurangi permasalahan kemacetan di Jakarta. Antara lain yaitu perencanaan moda transportasi bus cepat (BRT) dengan sistem jalur bus khusus atau busway, dan moda transportasi berbasis rel yaitu kereta monorel yang memiliki jalur melayang diatas permukaan jalan. Dari upaya pemerintah diatas maka dibutuhkan sebuah Terminal Antarmoda yang berfungsi untuk mengintegrasikan antara busway dengan monorel sehingga dapat mempermudah pengguna dalam melakukan perpindahan moda transportasi . Kajian diawali dengan mempelajari pengertian tentang Terminal Antarmoda serta program-program pemerintah yang mendukungnya, dan juga spesifikasi dari moda transportasi yang akan dipergunakan serta lokasi perencanaan. Sebagai kesimpulan, luaran program ruang yang diperlukan untuk merencanakan sebuah terminal antarmoda, serta gambar-gambar 2 dimensi dan 3 dimensi sebagai ilustrasi desain.

Abstract

Background: In many circumstances, students’ alternative conception on light concepts have encountered in previous studies. One of the causes factor is the lack of students’ response, and it may allow student to have a low achievement. According to Educational Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP), an active learning such as Problem Based Learning (PBL) can help students meet high achievement. In addition, learning through simulation is also increased students’ response. Aims: Based on rationale of this study, we concern to see the effect of students’ response toward students’ achievement in learning physics through PBL with simulation. Methods: There were 27 grades eighth students had been involved as participants. This study had been conducted by posttest only control design, and quantitative analysis had been used to analyze the data. Twenty items of questioner of students’ response, and twenty item of posttest of light concept had been applied to gather data. Results: Our findings revealed that students who have learned by PBL with simulations have shown a great response with score 76.37 %. The students’ achievements have exceeded the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) with the score 73.15 > 70. However, the correlation of students’ response towards students’ achievement is very low with the correlation value ????=0.1801. Moreover, it merely 3.2 % of students’ achievement is influenced by learning trough PBL with simulations. Conclusion: In short, leaning through PBL with simulation allows students to have a great response, but they aren’t giving a significant effect to the students achievement, and it should be another factor that we missed.

Abstract

Background: In some previous studies, an inappropriate teaching and learning was one of the factors that caused many students’ misconception in the concept of reflection and refraction. Moreover, the students’ response was known as a factor that lead students to have a misconception, and lead to have a low learning outcome. Aims: This study aimed to study the effect of using of Problem-Based Learning on the students’ responses and learning outcome in learning the concept of light (reflection and refraction). Methods: The posttest only control design was applied in this study. The MCQs test and questionnaires of response were implemented to 27 students of grade 8th after the learning activity by using Problem-Based Learning with experiment. The data gained by both MCQs test and questionnaire were statistically analyzed. Results: About 74.07 % students had passed the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). Most of the students’ responses agreed that learning via Problem-Based Learning with experiment was helpful to understand the learning concept and to gain a new idea to solve the problem. In addition, the percentage of influencing of students’ response to the students’ learning outcome was 11 %. Conclusion: Teaching and learning via Problem-Based Learning with experiment had helped the students to get high learning outcome and good response. The results were also revealed that the students’ response was one of affecting factors on the students’ learning outcome.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji hal-hal sebagaiberikut : 1. Besarnya pengaruh antara faktor gaji dan tunjangan, pendidikan dan latihan, pengalaman kerja, fasilitas penunjang dan pengawasan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru pada Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Tenggarong. Dan 2. Faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru pada Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Tenggarong. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, maka diperoleh persamaan regresi adalah Y = 1,884 + 0,090 X1 + 0,081 X2 + 0,083 X3 + 0,320 X4 + 0,346 X5. Nilai F hitung yang dihasilkan adalah 5,061 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 dengan n = 55. Sehingga hipotesis pertama diterima. Angka multiple R yang dihasilkan adalah 0,858 yang berarti bahwa korelasi antara variabel pada Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah di Tengarong adalah kuat.Angka R Square, nilai yang dihasilkan adalah 73,6 %. Berdasarkan penafsiransecara partial menunjukkan bahwa variabel fasilitas penunjang (X4) sebesar 47 % mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kinerja dibandingkan dengan variabel lain, kemudian secara berturut-turut diikuti oleh variabel pengawasan (X5), variabel gaji dan tunjangan (X1), variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan (X2) sebesar 0,044 atau 4,4 % dan terakhir variabel pengalaman kerja (X3) sebesar 0,028 atau 2,8 %, sehingga hipotesis kedua ditolak.Kata Kunci : gaji dan tunjangan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, fasilitas penunjang dan pengawasan dengan kinerja guru.

Abstract

PT. Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga has a working principle that refers to Pertamina's 3 golden rules (PIP), namely 1. You and I Comply with laws, policies, regulations and procedures. 2. You and I must immediately intervene in unsafe actions and violate the rules. 3. You and I Care about everyone and the environment around us. With these principles encourage the development of agencies to the current state, but in its development, the level of stability of employees bring back consequences to the culture itself, thus affecting the performance of its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Work Culture on Employee Performance in the Samberah Field Subdivision at PT. Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga. The population of this study was 41 employees and all were sampled based on the total sample method or census. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The questionnaire instrument was used as a data collector. The analysis results obtained leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Samberah Field Subdivision at PT. Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga . Work culture has a positive effect but does not significantly influence employee performance in the Samberah Field Subdivision at PT. Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga. Leadership style, work environment, and work culture simultaneously influence the improvement of employee performance in the Samberah Field Subdivision at PT. Abstract

Digitalization and rapid development in technology have been changing customers’needs and wants, including the needs for telecommunication tools. It creates new challenges and fierce competition for smartphone makers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, brand image and features simultaneously and partially on purchase decisions for Vivo smartphones. The respondents for this study were 106 employees and students of SMA Negeri 2 Muara Badak.. The analytical tool used is multiple regressions and testing the research hypothesis using the F test and t test.Simultaneously, it shows that price, brand image and features have a significant influence on purchasing decisions on purchase decision. Partially it shows that price, brand image and features positively and significantly affect purchase decisions with a value of Fcount 8,496> F table 2.70. The most influential variabel in this study is Price with t count 6.115> t table 1.659. It implies that price still becomes the strongest predictor for students and teachers when deciding to purchase a smartphone.

Abstract

SMKN 1 Padang Cermin Pesawaran berlokasi di Raya Way Ratai Km. 40,5 Desa Way Urang Padang Cermin, Kabupaten Pesawaran, provinsi Lampung. SMKN 1 Padang Cermin Pesawaran memiliki kondisi belajar yang nyaman dan strategi, dan memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang cukup memadai dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajar SMKN 1 Padang Cermin mengharapkan adanya Sistem Pembelajaran Dalam Jaringan (SPADA) atau e-learning selain dapat membantu proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih baik, penggunaan SPADA di Sekolah juga sudah disarankan oleh Kemendikbud. Selain itu Solusi Online learning saat ini sedang menjadi program strategi pasca pandemi Covid-19, yang memumgkinka untuk pembelajaran hybrid. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim pengusul Program PKM kepada mitra yaitu SMKN 1 Padang Cermin dalam menyelesaikan masalah adalah membangun aplikasi SPADA dengan menyesuaikan proses pembelajaran yang ada di SMKN 1 Padang Cermin Pesawaran dan harus sesuai dengan panduan pada kurikulum 2013 revisi, solusi selanjutnya adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada para Guru dalam menggunakan SPADA. Produk Aplikasi Sistem Pembelajaran Dalam Jaringan Rencana kegiatan yang akan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu : membuat perencanaan aplikasi, Analisis dan Perancangan SPADA, pembuatan aplikasi SPADA, penerapan aplikasi SPADA, pengujian aplikasi, mengadakan pelatihan penggunaan SPADA, mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan media untuk konten SPADA, memberikan pemahaman tentang blended learning dan evaluasi ketercapaian hasil. Dengan adanya penerapan aplikasi SPADA pada SMKN 1 Padang Cermin Pesawaran, diharapkan proses pembelajaran dapat lebih ditingkatkan karena dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi.
