Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support dan Organizational-Based Self Esteem terhadap Word Engagement pada Bank Negara Indonesia Cabang Tenggarong. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank Negara Indonesia Cabang Tenggarong dan sampel penelitian yang digunakan yaitu 25 orang karyawan Bank Negara Indonesia Cabang Tenggarong. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus dan alat analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Perceived Organizational Support dan Organizational-Based Self Esteem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Word Engagement (2) Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Word Engagement (3) Organizational-Based Self Esteem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Word Engagement.

Abstract

Praktik penunjang disertasi ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat sebagai lembaga koordinator teknis penanggulangan stunting. Tujuan praktik ini adalah mengembangkan model pengendalian faktor determinan stunting melalui penguatan intervensi multisektoral untuk mempercepat penurunan stunting pada anak usia balita di Provinsi NTB. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengkajian sistem penanggulangan stunting, analisis Fishbone, penentuan prioritas masalah menggunakan USG, serta analisis SWOT sebagai dasar perumusan intervensi. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa tingginya prevalensi stunting di NTB bukan hanya disebabkan oleh masalah gizi dan pelayanan kesehatan, tetapi juga merupakan akibat dari lemahnya integrasi kebijakan dan program lintas sektor yang menangani faktor determinan seperti sanitasi, kemiskinan, pendidikan keluarga, dan pola asuh. Intervensi yang berjalan secara sektoral belum mampu menghasilkan dampak yang signifikan terhadap penurunan stunting.Sebagai solusi dikembangkan Provincial Multisectoral Stunting Control System (PMSCS–NTB), yaitu model pengendalian determinan stunting yang mengintegrasikan intervensi gizi, sanitasi, pendidikan, perlindungan sosial, dan pemberdayaan keluarga dalam satu kerangka pengelolaan yang dikendalikan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi NTB. Model ini memungkinkan pemetaan wilayah prioritas, sinkronisasi program lintas sektor, dan pemantauan dampak intervensi secara lebih akurat. Implementasi awal PMSCS–NTB menunjukkan peningkatan koordinasi lintas sektor dan efektivitas intervensi pada kelompok sasaran berisiko tinggi. Hal ini memberikan dukungan empiris bahwa pendekatan multisektoral berbasis data dan pengendalian terpadu lebih efektif dalam mempercepat penurunan stunting dibandingkan pendekatan sektoral. Praktik ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan peran Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi NTB sebagai koordinator intervensi multisektoral merupakan kunci dalam membangun kebijakan penurunan stunting yang berkelanjutan dan berdampak pada kualitas sumber daya manusia daerah.

Abstract

Tuan Guru holds an important position in Lombok society as a spiritual and social leader. It is necessary to understand the balance between two roles that often cause tension: the religious-spiritual role as a religious teacher and the socio-political role as a community leader. Amidst dynamic social changes, Tuan Guru is required to maintain moral integrity while also being an agent of Islamic-based educational and social reform. This study aims to explain the balance between the spiritual-religious and socio-political roles of Tuan Guru. In this context, Tuan Guru is required to maintain moral integrity and religious knowledge while demonstrating adaptive social leadership. This will enable the re-emergence of Islamic leadership, such as that of the Prophet Muhammad which harmonizes religion and statehood. The approach used in this study is qualitative-descriptive. Data collection was carried out through observation at the Nurul Hakim Islamic Boarding School in Kediri, West Lombok, by interviewing various figures, namely the village head, community leaders, village elders, and teachers. This study employs Max Weber’s interactive analysis model, which encompasses data collection, reduction, presentation and drawing of conclusions, enriched by the theory of charismatic authority and the concept of transformational leadership developed by James MacGregor Burns and Bernard M. Bass. This framework is used to interpret Tuan Guru’s charisma as a source of moral legitimacy and to analyze the shift in his role from a religious authority to an actor in social, political, and educational reform. The findings indicate that Tuan Guru’s leadership has transformed from normative religious authority into multidimensional community leadership through strengthened moral legitimacy, social trust, and adaptive capacity in the face of social change. Consequently, Tuan Guru functions as a spiritual guide, moral exemplar, educational reformer, and socio-political mediator. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the study of religious leadership and, in practical terms, provides insights into value-based adaptive leadership for addressing contemporary social challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing and brand image variables simultaneously on customer loyalty for the TikTok Shop application for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unikarta. This study uses quantitative data obtained from questionnaire data. The number of research samples was 52 people with the method of taking by random sampling. The analysis tool uses multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. From the ANOVA or F test, the calculated F value is 97.584, while the table F value is 2.79. This means that (F calculated 97.584 > F table 2.79) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the variables of digital marketing and brand image together have a significant influence on customer loyalty to the TikTok Shop application among students. Based on the coefficient b value, it shows that the digital marketing variable has the most dominant influence on customer loyalty (0.603) followed by the brand image variable (0.499).
