Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan, kebahagiaan karyawan dan keterlibatan karyawan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Indomarco. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah 362 karyawan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah proportionate random sampling dengan menggunakan perhitungan rumus slovin yaitu sebanyak 78 responden. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Berbagi Pengetahuan berpengaruh positif terhadap Produktivitas Kerja secara signifikan. Kebahagiaan Karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap Produktivitas Kerja secara signifikan. Keterlibatan Karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap Produktivitas Kerja secara signifikan. Model penelitian menggunakan empat (4) variabel dan penelitian dengan hasil terbaru yang berbeda dengan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang bisa dijadikan referensi bagi pimpinan perusahaan bahwa penting mengedepankan saling berbagi pengetahuan antar karyawan, memastikan kebahagiaan karyawan dalam bekerja serta selalu melibatkan para karyawan dalam kegiatan-kegiatan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether motivation and job satisfactionhave an impact on the performance of hotel employees during the Covid-19pandemic. The sampling technique in this study uses a Non-Probability Samplingmethod where all the population is used in the study. The data analysis techniqueused in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this studyindicate that: (a) there is a significant and positive effect between the motivationand performance of hotel employees with a coefficient value of 0.527 and asignificance value of 0.000, and (b) there is a significant and positive effectbetween job satisfaction and hotel employee performance. with a coefficient valueof 0.294 and a significance value of 0.013.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether leadership style, compensation and organizational commitment have an effect on job satisfaction at "PT. Kresna Karya Basecamp Akah Klungkung". Samples were collected using saturated sampling techniques totaling 55 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: (a) there is a significant and positive effect between leadership style and job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.325 and a significance value of 0.001, (b) there is a significant and positive effect between compensation and job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.364 and a significance value of 0.000, and (c) there is a significant and positive effect between organizational commitment and job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.327 and a significance value of 0.005.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether organizational commitment, workload and communication affect employee performance at CV.Waja Motor Cabang Hayam Wuruk Denpasar. Samples were collected using saturated sampling techniques totaling 36 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (a) there is a significant and positive influence between organizational commitment and employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.530 and a significance value of 0.034, (b) there is a significant and positive influence between workload and employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.872 and a significance value of 0.010, and (c) there is a significant and positive influence between communication and employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.505 and a significance value of 0.009.
