Abstract

ABSTRAKData World Health Organization (WHO) pada tahun 2014 menunjukkan bahwa di Indonesia sebanyak 37% dari seluruh penyebab kematian adalah penyakit yang berhubungan dengan jantung. Kehadiran teknologi dan pemanfaatan Internet of Things (IoT) diharapkan dapat membantu mengurangi resiko kematian akibat penyakit jantung tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, pengukuran dan pengamatan sinyal jantung melalui tele-auskultasi sinyal elektrokardiogram (EKG) dilakukan. Untuk mengamankan sinyal EKG dalam proses transmisi melalui jaringan Internet digunakan metode anonimasi sinyal berbasis algoritma Jusak-Seedahmed. Hasil pengujian menunjukkkan bahwa algoritma Jusak-Seedahmed dapat melakukan proses anonimasi dan proses rekonstruksi sinyal dengan baik. Pengujian korelasi silang antara sinyal hasil rekonstruksi dan sinyal EKG asli sebelum anonimasi menghasilkan korelasi sebesar 1 pada lag=0. Sinyal EKG hasil rekonstruksi ditampilkan dalam aplikasi mobile untuk memudahkan analisis oleh dokter.Kata kunci: elektrokardiogram, keamanan, anonimasi, IoT, FFT ABSTRACTBased on the latest data released by the World Health Organization in 2014, deaths caused by cardiovascular disease in 2012 have reached 37% of the total number of non-communicable diseases deaths in Indonesia. Therefore, it is expected that the applications of the Internet of Things (IoT) might be used to reduce the risk of death due to the heart related problems. In this research, a tele-auscultation technique for measuring and monitoring electrocardiogram (ECG) signal was built. To secure transmission of the ECG signal over the Internet, we implemented a recently proposed Jusak-Seedahmed algorithm. Our examinations showed that the algorithm performed the anonymization and reconstruction processes well. Crosscorrelation analysis showed that correlation between the reconstructed and the original ECG signal at lag=0 was 1. Furthermore, a mobile-based application had been built to display the reconstructed ECG signal for further analysis.Keywords: electrocardiogram, security, anonimization, IoT, FFT

Abstract

CV. Mega Lestari is a company engaged as service providers to transport diesel fuel manifold to companies, which located at Jl. Tropodo Asri Blok F 31 Sidoarjo. CV. Mega Lestari still does not have technology that can help in running the business of the company, especially in terms of the distribution of goods. The process resulted in delays in the distribution of diesel fuel is often reduced profits. Difficult to estimate the distance and time of the place of destination becomes an obstacle for the company, coupled with drivers who are not familiar with the road. Based on the above, the solution to the problems created for the application of fuel determination of shortest paths distribution method dijkstra algorithm on a web-based CV. Mega Lestari. With this application is expected to help the company runs the business. Applications that have been built in the preparation of this thesis is the application making the determination of the shortest path to the method of distribution of solar dijkstra algorithm on a web-based CV. Mega Lestari. This application can determine the shortest path and estimate the distance and time to the distribution of destination.

Abstract

Intersky Study Surabaya is a flight attendant school education and training branch of Intersky Study Balikpapan. The existing problems in Intersky Study Surabaya occurs when the registration process is found there is a loss of data registries result is not stored properly, then the delay in receipt of due process of sending data to the central office in Balikpapan, then in the selection process of registration occurs vote repeatedly performed in Intersky Study Surabaya also Intersky Study conducted in Balikpapan. And last is the problem ease of registration for applicants outside the area that does not allow the applicant to come directly to Intersky Study Surabaya. Solutions offered to help with these problems is an admissions application that comes Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which can process data registration and may provide direct student enrollment announcement. Based on this research can be concluded that the final project, had managed to make the application of new admissions to assist in data processing registrant and help in the decision of admission according to user needs Intersky Study Surabaya

Abstract

The rapid development of internet technology provides ease in accessing various information from news to entertainment for free. Besides, in the world of education one of SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya needs to apply the internet media as a way to provide accessibility in distance learning where users can access material from anywhere which is not limited by place and time. SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya currently needs an online learning system to help the learning process conventionally. Another problem that arises is not yet available means to manage and facilitate the dissemination of materials to students. To solve the above problem, it can be solved with a web based Learning Management System application using SCORM model in SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya. At this time almost all Learning Management System using SCORM as a standard in building web based e-learning. Based on the results of testing on learning applications, shows the system used is running well. It can also engage students with teachers, generating evaluation exercises, storing materials as documents, and objects that include images, documents, video and audio premises using SCORM models accessible to teachers and administrators in one storage location.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Putri Surabaya is located at Jalan Arief Rachman Hakim No. 122, Whiteness. Sukolilo Sub-district, Surabaya City. The agency is a type c hospital that moves in one type only in the field of mother and child service. The current process of drug purchase is done by looking at the criteria in terms of the cheapest price and the availability of goods on the part of suppliers so that the quality obtained is less satisfactory impact on the return of goods of 203 drugs from May to August. Therefore, the best drug supplier determination application using Weighted Product method has been made in this final project based on some additional criteria that have been used such as quantity criterion, price criteria, quality criteria, discount criteria, and delivery time criteria. In this application there are several functions consisting of purchase, acceptance and assessment. Where the company can reduce the return of drugs for the next period and the company can meet the needs of the required drugs. Based on the results of trials that have been made on the application of the determination of the best drug supplier can produce reports the best suppliers of drugs in accordance with the needs of the RSIA Putri Surabaya. This report is useful as management information in order not to do the return of drugs that occurred in the previous period. So the company can improve services and meet the needs of drugs needed by every part of the company.Keywords: Determination of Supplier, Weighted Product, criteria.

Abstract

Abstract:ASTRANS logistics is a service company in logistic transport based in Jl. Perum Gading Fajar II Blok D2 No.10 Sidoarjo which is doing shipment in Java, Bali and West Nusa Tenggara. ASTRANS Logistics hasn’t done good financial accounting standard yet. All income, outcome and loan recorded manually by ASTRANS Logistics using Microsoft Excel as a tool to calculate. All payment done made by the shipper or the recipient are not optimal. So, small cash balance difference and company cash in a bank is often occurred.As a solution for this problem, in this work, we develop or statement web-based that will assist the company in producing accurate financial statement.It is shown that the new application has the capability in determining customer payment, accounts receivable maturity date, income statement and performing daily closing, and test Alfa for 42 function and then get validation 100% comfortable with Software Requirement Specification (SRS).

Abstract

Student learning outcomes that effective and efficient can help ease the performance of the school, therefore a system capable of handling the process of assessing student learning outcomes. The assessment system of student learning outcomes is expected to help simplify the performance of the school. The problems that exist in SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya is how to design and build the application of student learning outcomes are structured and centralized. Currently, when the teacher will enter the student score, the teacher will enter the student score by using Microsoft Excel application, in recording of the student score it causing error by too many files created in assessing student learning outcomes, each file can be changed by all parties, so the student score data becomes invalid to be incorporated into student report cards. Based on the descripted problems, it is needed an application that can be used to assist the admin and teachers in facilitating the process of student learning outcomes in SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya. The solution is making a computerized application that can  processing the student learning outcomes at SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya, so as teachers inputing student score, the teacher does not need to make various Excel file, and the score can be directly seen by the student.

Abstract

Medical records is a document were used to document patient's health history. Medical records are very important, because it used as a reference for doctor's examination. But in the process of making and keep of medical records Darus Syifa' Islam Hospital has a few problems. First, medical records is still stored manually. These data is stored at the same filing cabinet. When grab a data, the officer is difficult to find medical records data and sometime the data is missing. So that the officer must make a new medical records. In this condition, it can impact the examination who do by the doctor because they do not know the history of previous examination. Second, the process to make a medical record is still manually. The other job description of medical record officer is make a summary of medical record data. The summary is contain medical record which made every month.The difficulties of the making these summary is when summarize all the data, because not all the data is completely stored. Beacuse the data is missing, it makes the content of data is not complete and duplicated. To solve these problems, Darus Syifa Islam Hospital need a system to help the process of records and storage of data, so these mistakes in the previous process not happen again, and result is corresponding with needs.

Abstract

Hotel 88 Embong Malang Surabaya is one part of the PT. K. Hospitality is located in Central Jakarta. Hotel 88 is incorporated in the "Night Audit Community". Hotel 88 requires a comparison of sales of hotel rooms as a reference for the evaluation and manufacturing of new strategies in the competitive sales of hotel rooms. Currently recording sales and sales comparison hotel rooms are still using Ms. Excel. The problem today is Admin IT Hotel 88 calculates the sales data of existing hotel rooms in Night Audit Community and send the data via E-Mail every day. At the Head Manager and the Head of seeing and reading data on Ms. Excel then compare hotel with 88 existing hotels in the Night Audit Community. To overcome these problems, the hotel is 88 require a dashboard of sales comparison Hotel rooms and dashboard market segmentation for 88 itself. This helps Head Manager and the Head of easier reading comparative information through the dashboard as well as information about market segmentation. Based on trial results and evaluations conducted by Admin IT Hotel 88, which has been built Dashboard can be run through the website, and to run the dashboard takes less than 30 seconds. Dashboard also makes it easier to read the data comparison hotel room sales using charts and helped the Hotel 88 is no longer sending sales data room via E-Mail to Users
