Abstract

The education dharma program states that lecturers have the main task of administering education. Permenristekdikti No. 44 of 2015 states the minimum criteria for the learning process, namely CPL (Graduate Learning Outcomes). CPL requires student-centered learning and the role of the lecturer as a facilitator so that Student Center Learning (SCL) is created. Real Analysis 2 which is a follow-up course from Real Analysis 1. Real Analysis 2 is a pure mathematics course that contains a collection of definitions and theorems and lemmas that involve proof. So far, learning real analysis is difficult for students to accept, namely making connections between one rule and another. One learning model that facilitates students to fulfill the CPL for Real Analysis 2 course is the PjBL (Project Based Learning) model. PjBL implementation must be supported by adequate learning facilities. Therefore, a module based on the PjBL model is needed. The use of this PjbL-based module is expected that students will be able to solve mathematical problems and support the fulfillment of CPL courses which results in the formation of creative and systematic mathematics students who are good at solving problems and have the capabilities and competencies needed by the world of work.

Abstract

PT. Rezeki Surya Gasindo is a company that uses websites to store important company data, one of which is customer personal data. PT. Rezeki Surya Gasindo’s website is protected by a login system. However, a login system alone is not enough to protect the data stored on the website from cases of data theft by third parties. One solution to this problem is to encrypt the website's Uniform Resource Locator (URL) to increase the security level of data stored on the website. In this research, the Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA) algorithm is used for the encryption process. The aim of this research is to determine the process of applying the Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA) algorithm to the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) encryption of the PT. Surya Gasindo's website. The success of applying encryption with the RSA algorithm is observed from changes in the get parameter value that appears in the URL bar. The encrypted message is the customer, the get parameter in the Customer menu, which contains the consumer's personal data. By choosing two large prime numbers, namely 151 and 173, and taking one of the public keys/encryption keys, namely 16379, the result is that the get parameter in the URL bar has changed to the code string 5a9cb05811aa6e4c. The RSA algorithm has been successfully applied to the website URL.

Abstract

Multikolinearitas adalah hubungan linear antar variael bebas. Hubungan tersebut terjadi karena adanya korelasi antar variabel bebas. Jika terdapat data yang terjadi multikolinearitas berarti salah satu asumsi regresi linier tidak terpenuhi. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi multikolinearitas adalah dengan menggunakan metode pemilihan model terbaik. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode Stepwise dan Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Kasus yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) Provinsi Jambi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi PAD adalah jumlah penduduk ( ), belanja daerah ( ), PDRB Perkapita ( ), inflasi ( ), dan investasi ( ). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode Stepwise adalah: dengan nilai Adjusted 2 0,968 dan nilai MSE sebesar 0,034, sedangkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode PCA adalah dengan nilai Adjusted 2 sebesar 0,952 dan nilai MSE sebesar 0,048. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Stepwise lebih baik untuk mencari model terbaik pada kasus ini dengan variabel yang paling mempengaruhi adalah jumlah penduduk. Kata kunci: Multikolinearitas, Stepwise, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD)

Abstract

Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a statistical method in multivariate analysis to test a theory or a hypothesis between variables in the form of relationships and not language. Structural Model in SEM describes the relationship between latent variables. Latent variables in SEM modeling function as exogenous variables or endogenous variables. In preventive health behavior on a person's belief to take disease action there is a late variable. Therefore, to analyze the trust of the Jambi city community towards the Covid-19 vaccination program policy, the SEM method was applied. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that the model of the structure of public trust in the COVID-19 vaccination policy in Jambi City is =1.15η+0.97ξ_1+0.99ξ_2+0.01. In general, the model can be accepted based on the GFI (Goodness of Fit Index) value of 0.908 and the AGFI (Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index) value of 0.859 which is close to 1.

Abstract

Number Theory is one of the courses in the Mathematics Study Program. The learning achievement in this course is being able to prove the theorem contained in a set of integers. To prove the theorem requires mathematical proof ability. The ability to prove mathematically requires students to be able to analyze, sort and relate the facts given in the form of premises and conclusions. One of the strategies in mathematical proof is direct proof. This study focuses on the description of the mathematical proof ability of students of the mathematics study program for the academic year 2022/2023, totaling 26 people in the Number Theory course on the topic of division related to direct proof strategies. This research is a qualitative and quantitative research with technical data analysis using the Miles and Huberman Model and Tests. The results showed that from 26 students 42.308% percent answered perfectly, 15.384% students answered imperfectly and 42.308% percent of students answered incorrectly. So it can be concluded that the students' mathematical proof ability, especially the problem of direct proof in the Mathematics study program, Faculty of Science and Technology, Jambi University, in the Number Theory course is 57.692% in the good category and 42.308% in the bad category.

Abstract

As part of good government governance, transparency, Accountability and participation are non-negotiable principles in management government. Good Governance can be realized if government institutions have it good transparency and accountability. Openness of public information aims to realizing good governance, so that the public can actively participate in controlling it every policy step taken by the government. As a Public Agency, PPID Ministry ESDM is obliged to provide and publish public information, provide information to the public or applicants for public information that is accurate, true and not misleading and in a simple way. On the other hand, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) continues to strive to improve program performance and policies in the fields of education, culture, research and technology. One of them is by improving service excellence (service excellence) which is oriented towards stakeholders. Indications of the success of the Ministry of Education and Culture's programs and policies are wrong the other is satisfaction from stakeholders in the form of a stakeholder index score satisfaction. To measure the level of customer satisfaction, a survey is needed national level which is carried out in a sustainable manner. In the bureaucratic reform program The Ministry of Education and Culture has determined eight program areas of change to focus on bureaucratic reform within the Ministry of Education and Culture, namely, 1) Change Management; 2) Strengthening Supervision; 3) Strengthening Performance Accountability; 4) Institutional Strengthening; 5) Strengthening Management; 6) Strengthening the HR Management System for Apparatus; 7) Reinforcement Legislation; 8) Improving the Quality of Public Services consisting of: (a) Student Services; (b) Education Unit Services; (c) Educational Substance Services; (d) Teacher and Education Services; (e) Cultural Services; (f) Available Language Services supported by optimization through improving the performance of the Ministry of Education and Culture's PPID in sector/subsector. The BPS RI is the main reference that can be accessed by the public related to Indonesian data and statistics, optimizing the role of PPID in its agencies by issued PPID BPS Decree NUMBER: B-323/02400/HK.200/07/2022 concerning Public Information Service Standards In BPS Environment. This research aims to carry out a Multiple Comparisons of Fulfillment of Responsive, Communicative and Educative Aspects of PPID BPS, Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia and Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Using Bonferroni – ANOVA Post Hoc Test.

Abstract

Dalam konteks pembelajaran geometri, khususnya geometri transformasi, mahasiswa sering merasa bosan dan terbebani dengan keharusan menghafal rumus serta metode perhitungan. Kondisi ini berpotensi menghambat pengembangan kemampuan kognitif mereka, termasuk pemahaman konsep matematis yang esensial untuk pemecahan masalah sehari-hari serta pengembangan daya analisis. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL) yang didukung dengan E-Modul.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini,  Dosen berperan sebagai fasilitator dalam pembelajaran mandiri atau kelompok yang terstruktur melalui pembelajaran berbasis PjBL. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan instrumen tes untuk mengukur kemampuan pemahaman matematis. Sampel terdiri dari 27 mahasiswa Program Studi Matematika Universitas Jambi yang mengambil mata kuliah Geometri pada Semester Ganjil Tahun Akademik 2022/2023. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Model PjBL dengan dukungan E-Modul pada topik Geometri Transformasi menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep matematis mahasiswa, dengan rata-rata skor gain ternormalisasi sebesar 0.74, yang berada dalam kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini pembelajaran dengan menggunakan E-Modul Topik Geometri Transformasi Berbasis PjBL dapat Meningkatkan Pemahaman Matematis Mahasiswa

Abstract

Program Pemerintah berupa Anugerah Penghargaan Adiwiyata bertujuan mewujudkan kondisi sekolah ramah lingkungan dan nyaman bagi guru dan siswa dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Adiwiyata dapat diartikan sebagai tempat/wahana/lingkungan yang baik, nyaman, dan ideal guna memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan, norma, etika yang menjadi dasar manusia mewujudkan kesejahteraan hidup. Sedangkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan, Adiwiyata merupakan program untuk mewujudkan sekolah yang berbudaya lingkungan, sehingga program Adiwiyata ini menganut prinsip - prinsip: 1) Edukatif, dapat memperkaya wawasan/memberikan pengetahuan serta etika mengenai perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup dalam kehidupan, 2) Partisipatif, komunitas yang ada di sekolah ikut terlibat baik dalam hal planning, implementation, dan evaluation berdasar tanggung jawab dan kontribusi masing- masing, dan 3) Berkelanjutan, program Adiwiyata yang diimplementasikan harus dilakukan secara terencana dan terus menerus. Pada SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi, Guru dan Siswa sebatas mengetahui adanya Penghargaan Adiwiyata, namun implementasinya belum optimal, sehingga sekolah ini belum pernah mendapatkan penghargaan adiwiyata. Sebagai penunjang keberhasilan implementasi program adiwiyata di SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi ini, Tim Pelaksana PPM juga berencana akan memberikan pengayaan wawasan terkait Statistika Kesehatan Lingkungan, sehingga PPM ini bertajuk Pendampingan Pengayaan Wawasan Adiwiyata dan Statistika Kesehatan Lingkungan untuk Guru dan Siswa SMAN 8 Kota Jambi, dengan jangka waktu pelaksanaan PPM selama 6 (enam) bulan. PPM diupayakan edukatif, sehingga guru dan siswa pada SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi mendapatkan pengayaan Wawasan terkait Adiwiyata dan Statistika Kesehatan Lingkungan. SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi juga dapat mengembangkan model sekolah adiwiyata berbasis kearifan lokal. Dalam Pelaksanaan PPM pada SMAN 8 Kota Jambi ini, Tim PPM Unja bermitra dengan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Jambi, mengacu kepada Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia Nomor P.53/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.I/9/2019 tentang Penghargaan Adiwiyata.

Abstract

Keramat tinggi market is a traditional market that has a special parking area. This special parking lot is provided to accommodate the vehicles of visitors, traders, and people who move around the market. Parking users will be charged according to tariffs that have been regulated in the Regional Regulation and the parking lot retribution fee will be charged according to the tariffs that have been regulated in the Regional Regulation. This special parking lot is one of the sources of Regional Original Revenue, one of which will be used for the management of parking facilities. Parking lot management that has not been optimized will have an impact on the inefficient use of parking lots and will affect the retribution revenue that is not maximized. Inefficient use of parking lots can be caused by not knowing the optimal capacity of a parking lot, such as the high keramat market. Parking lot optimization can be done with scientific decision-making processes such as linear programming, the most common method being the simplex method. However, in some problems sometimes there are conditions where it is necessary to add artificial variables, so that with the addition of these variables the problem must be solved by more advanced methods, such as Big M. Some optimization problems whose solutions are not possible to be fractional values this method needs to be combined with a special method, one of the common methods used is the Branch and Bound method. Based on the research that has been done, the optimal income that can be obtained when all parking spaces in the keramat tinggi market are used is Rp 204,000 with a combination of providing parking spaces for motorbikes as many as 173 units, private cars as many as 5 units, and pick-up cars as many as 7 units.
