Abstract

Neonatalis is birth before 28 days of a baby. Factors that are considered to affect neonatal mortality include the number of visits in the 1st and 3 rd trimester, the number of pregnant women receiving Tetanus Diptheria Immunization, the estimated number of neonatal infants with complications, the number of infants receiving Hepatitis B Immunization for less than 24 hours, the number of infants receiving BCG Immunization and number of 1 and 3 neonatal visits. Neonatal mortality is still very rare so that the right analysis is used, namely Negative Binomial Regression. This research aim to investigate negative binomial regression in underdipersion on neonatal mortality at Jambi City. These two regression methods are specifically used for Poisson distributed data because they are rare. The stages of the research that will be carried out are the Poisson distribution test and the equidispersion assumption, parameter estimation, model feasibility test, and selection of the best model. The results obtained that the best model without the variable number of 3rd-trimester visits or without the variable number of infants who received BCG immunization with AIC was 36.3.

Abstract

Abstrak. Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyatadalah dengan pembangunan pelayanan kesehatan. Melalui pembangunan pelayanan kesehatanini diharapkan juga akan semakin meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat.Pelayanan kesehatan dapat ditinjau dari persepsi kepuasan dan loyalitas masyarakatterhadap kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian memberikan model loyalitas pasien pada RSUDdr. Rasidin Padang dengan menggunakan teknik structural equation modeling (SEM).Teknik SEM ini mempunyai kemampuan untuk menerangkan hubungan antara variabelindikator dan variabel laten secara serentak. Data yang digunakan adalah data primersebanyak 150 sampel yaitu responden yang pernah dan sedang mendapatkan layanankesehatan di RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang sejak Januari 2014. Pengumpulan data primerini dilakukan pada bulan April sampai Mei 2014. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwakepuasaan pasien terhadap layanan kesehatan di RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang berpengaruhsecara signikan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Sedangkan kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhiloyalitas secara tidak langsung, dengan faktor kualitas pelayanan sebagai mediator antarakedua faktor tersebut. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan loyalitas masyarakatuntuk datang berobat ke rumah sakit maka tingkat kepuasaan dan kualitas pelayananharus ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan indikator kebaikan model, dapat ditunjukkan bahwamodel hasil analisis telah menyesuaikan data dengan baik dengan demikan model loyalitaspasien yang dihasilkan dapat diterima.

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi memiliki tujuan terhadap capaian kualitas lulusan mahasiswa dalam bentuk sikap, keterampilan umum, keterampilan khusus dan pengetahuan. Pencapaian kualitas lulusan direalisasikan dalam mata kuliah yang diajarkan dalam perkuliahan yang dilaksanakan. Salah satunya dengan mengembangkan capaian pembelajaran mata kuliah melalui penelitian terhadap pembelajaran. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan harus menumbuhkan skill mahasiswa, sehingga pembelajaran yang diadakan berbasis kepada proyek. Pembelajaran dilakukan dengan proyek pada mata kuliah metode peramalan. Metode Peramalan memiliki capaian mata kuliah berupa keahlian dalam analisis data. Mata kuliah ini dapat dikerjakan dalam bentuk proyek pada topik analisis regresi sederhana, regresi berganda dan regresi dummy. Pelaksanaan proyek dikerjakan oleh mahasiswa dalam skema team-based yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk tim. Kemudian mata kuliah ini juga dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penelitian dan pengembangan yang menghasilkan produk Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah, Silabus dan Kontrak Perkuliahan, Rencana Pembelajaran Semester, Rencana Tugas Project Mahasiswa atau Lembar Kerja Project Mahasiswa, Lembar Penilaian Hasil Belajar sesuai dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek, soal ujian serta rubrik penilaian yang telah di-review. Kemudian hasil evaluasi melalui indikator motivasi belajar dan indikator aktivitas belajar mahasiswa diperoleh bahwa persepsi yang baik terhadap kegiatan model pembelajaran Metode Peramalan menggunakan projek. Hasil angket persepsi tersebut dianalisis dengan uji reliabilitas, didapatkan nilai cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,799. Nilai ini mengartikan bahwa reliabilitas mata kuliah metode peramalan tinggi. Hal ini menyampaikan bahwa angket persepsi mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah metode peramalan tinggi.

Abstract

Lecturer is a profession that has the obligations of the Tridharma of Higher Education. Tridharma includes teaching, research and community service. Each tridharma element must be properly measured as the performance of a lecturer. Lecturer performance in research can be assessed from the quality of the output. The outputs of lecturer research activities are required to be published so that they can be known and become a public reference. Thus, published research results must be properly presented. Problems were found in analyzing the data by the lecturers of the Health Polytechnic of the Jambi Ministry of Health when carrying out the research. So far, data analysis has been limited to analysis of variance (ANOVA). The drawback in using analysis of variance alone in research is that errors will appear in drawing conclusions. Therefore, to overcome these problems, regression analysis training was held to improve the quality of lecturer research at the Jambi Ministry of Health Polytechnic as a form of dedication by lecturers from Jambi University. The activities carried out were in the form of workshops and practice of regression analysis for health cases using Minitab and SPSS software, besides that, interpretation of the results was also carried out. The community service activities carried out were carried out according to the plan, then this activity received a good response from the lecturers at the Jambi Health Polytechnic. This training activity also provides opportunities for communication and collaboration between lecturers from different fields and agencies. Abstract

The education dharma program states that lecturers have the main task of administering education. Permenristekdikti No. 44 of 2015 states the minimum criteria for the learning process, namely CPL (Graduate Learning Outcomes). CPL requires student-centered learning and the role of the lecturer as a facilitator so that Student Center Learning (SCL) is created. Real Analysis 2 which is a follow-up course from Real Analysis 1. Real Analysis 2 is a pure mathematics course that contains a collection of definitions and theorems and lemmas that involve proof. So far, learning real analysis is difficult for students to accept, namely making connections between one rule and another. One learning model that facilitates students to fulfill the CPL for Real Analysis 2 course is the PjBL (Project Based Learning) model. PjBL implementation must be supported by adequate learning facilities. Therefore, a module based on the PjBL model is needed. The use of this PjbL-based module is expected that students will be able to solve mathematical problems and support the fulfillment of CPL courses which results in the formation of creative and systematic mathematics students who are good at solving problems and have the capabilities and competencies needed by the world of work.

Abstract

Rubber is one of the most important agricultural commodities for Indonesia and Internationally. The foreign exchange earnings obtained from rubber are quite supportive, and even Indonesia has excelled in controlling the world's rubber products. PT. Hok Tong Jambi is one of the companies that produces crumb rubber (Crumb Rubber) which will be exported. PT. Hok Tong Jambi produces crumb rubber only based on consumer demand so there is no product inventory in the warehouse. From these problems, it is necessary to forecast the number of future export requests so that the company can estimate the amount of raw materials needed and prepare product inventories. The forecasting method used is the ARIMA method because the data on the amount of rubber exports is a time series data type, by reading the ACF and PACF plots to predict the time series data. The purpose of this study is to obtain the best ARIMA model that will be used for forecasting demand for rubber exports and to get the results of forecasting the amount of demand for rubber exports in January - December 2020. The data used is data on the number of rubber exports from January 2016 - December 2020. The results of this research are: In this study, the ARIMA (1,0,1) or ARMA (1,1) models were obtained with the mathematical equation . And the results of the prediction of the amount of demand for rubber exports with this model tend to decrease from January to December 2021.

Abstract

Inflasi merupakan salah satu indikator krusial dalam mengidentifikasi kondisi perekonomian masyarakat. Pada bulan Juni 2023, Kota Jambi mengalami inflasi Month to Month (m-t-m) sebesar 0,07 persen dengan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) sebesar 116,33. Selanjutnya pada Juni 2023, inflasi Year on Year (y-o-y) di Kota Jambi mencapai 2,01 persen. Tingkat inflasi Year to Date (y-t-d) di Kota Jambi adalah 1,24, Kota Jambi mengalami inflasi Month to Month (m-t-m) sebesar 0,41 persen dengan IHK sebesar 116,85. Mengingat inflasi sangat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan berbagai faktor kesejahteraan masyarakat lainnya, diperlukan prediksi inflasi Kota Jambi. Alat analisis deret waktu yang sangat relevan untuk memprediksi inflasi adalah analisis spektral. Dalam konteks peramalan inflasi, analisis spektral adalah metode yang memanfaatkan transformasi Fourier untuk mengidentifikasi pola periodik dalam data inflasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memvisualisasikan pola inflasi Kota Jambi menggunakan data Inflasi Kota Jambi tahun 2001 s.d. 2023

Abstract

Binomial negative regression is able to handle poisson regression problem with underdispersion assumption. When the data has hierarchy and level that need to be calculated, regression is no longer appropriate to solve this problem, therefore binomial negative regression is used. To solve multilevel binomial negative regression modeling, several steps need to be fulfill: poisson assumption test and underdispersion assumption test, parameter estimation with expectation-maximization algorithm, variance components estimation, feasibility test with likelihood ratio test, significance parameter test with wald test and determining the best model. This research modeled the numbers of neonatal death in district as cluster 1 and small public health center as cluster 2, in the correlation with the number of visit on trimester 1 and 3, number of pregnant mother who have Tetanus Diphtheria vaccination, assumed number of neonatal babies with complication disease, numbers of babies who got Hepatitis B vaccination less than 24 hour, numbers of babies who got BCG vaccination and also number of visit neonatal 1 and 3.  The result shows that number of neonatal death is only affected by number of babies who had Hepatitis B vaccination less than 24 hour

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis komparatif menggunakan Uji Brown Forsythe dalam membandingkan penilaian hasil proyek inovasi pembelajaran yang dibuat oleh mahasiswa sebagai bentuk penerapan project based learning pada perkuliahan Metodologi Penelitian. Uji Brown – Forsythe adalah salah satu uji dalam keilmuan statistika untuk kesetaraan varians group dengan melakukan analisis varians pada transformasi variable respon. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 40 orang mahasiswa program studi Matematika Universitas Jambi yang berasal dari kelas R-01 dan R-02 dan mengontrak Mata Kuliah Metodologi Penelitian pada Semester Ganjil 2024 – 2025, dengan rincian sebanyak 7 orang mahasiswa peminatan Matematika Murni, 16 orang Mahasiswa Peminatan Matematika Terapan, dan 17 orang Mahasiswa Peminatan Statistika. ANOVA dengan koreksi homogenitas menggunakan Uji Brown Forsythe, dengan F hitung sangat rendah, yaitu 0,030 dan p-value mendekati 10%, menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan nilai hasil proyek mahasiswa pada Mata Kuliah Metodologi Penelitian berupa penyusunan proposal tugas akhir berbasis teknopreneurship menuirut peminatan yang dipilih
