Abstract

This research was conducted in class X MA Subulussalam Sumberjo. District Torgamba, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Object in this research is : the Application of the model system the achievement of the concept as an attempt to overcome the misconceptions of Indonesian Language, the Subject of the research is MA Subulussalam Sumberjo. The average value of student learning outcomes before the applied method of the System the achievement of concept is at 36,83% with the criteria is very low. Means the average value of the Indonesian Language students should be improved in the next cycle by applying the method of System achievement concept. The average value of learning outcomes of Indonesian students after applied System method is the achievement of the concept in the first cycle of 64,58 % with the criteria of being and in classical 63%. means the value obtained by the students have not yet reached the kertuntasan classical amounting to > 85%. The average value of learning outcomes of Indonesian students after applied System method is the achievement of the concept in the second cycle of 72,42% with very high criteria and in classical 88%. mean value learning outcomes the student has attained mastery in the classical. The increase in the average value of learning outcomes of Indonesian students from before action to the cycle of 27,75 %, and from cycle I to cycle II by 7.83 %. In cycle I, the average results of observation of the learning activities of students by 2,81 (70,24%) with good category, and in cycle II the average results of observation of the learning activities of students by 3,57 (89,29%) with very good category. In cycle I, the average observation of teacher activity is 3,83 with good category, and in cycle II the average results of the observation of teacher activity by 3.75 with a very good category

Abstract

Provinsi Aceh merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil garam di Indonesia, dengan daerah utama penghasil garam terdapat di Kab. Aceh Besar, Pidie, Pidie Jaya Bireuen, Aceh Utara, Aceh Timur, Aceh Barat Daya, Aceh Selatan, Aceh Tamiang dan Simeuleu. Umumnya, proses pengolahan garam masih dilakukan secara tradisional dengan cara perebusan air garam menggunakan kayu bakar sebagai pemanas hingga air menguap dan menyisakan butiran garam berwarna putih buram. Teknologi perebusan ini memiliki beberapa kekurangan diantaranya harga kayu bakar semakin mahal, jumlah produksi sangat terbatas dan mutu garam yang dihasilkan masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari proses kristalisasi garam menggunakan geomembran, menghitung kapasitas produksi dan menguji produk sesuai SNI. Hasil yang diperoleh dibandingkan dengan proses produksi garam tradisional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, lahan geomembran dapat menghasilkan garam lebih banyak dengan selisih sebesar 1.100 kg/10 hari atau terjadi peningkatan produksi sebesar 122,22 %. Hasil uji kadar NaCl menunjukkan kadar NaCl garam geomembran lebih tinggi 6,12% dari garam tradisional. Sementara, hasil pengujian warna menunjukkan garam geomembran berwarna putih jernih, sementara garam tradisional memiliki warna putih buram.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of leadership style, professionalism, and job satisfaction to the tax auditors performance at KPP Madya Pekanbaru, KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan, and KPP Pratama Pekanbabru Senapelan. The data in this study is the primary data. The population in this study were the tax auditors who worked at KPP Madya Pekanbaru, KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan, and KPP Pratama Pekanbabru Senapelan. The sampling method used in this study census method. The sample used in this study were 45 respondents. The method of data analysis used to the test the hypotesis is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of this study is showed that leadership style, professionalism, and job satisfaction influence on the tax auditors performance. The magnitude of the effect caused by Adjusted R² by three variables is 85% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 15% is influenced by other independent variabel that are not observed in this study.Keywords: leadership style, professionalism, job satisfaction, tax auditor performance

Abstract

Law Number 8 Year 1999 Concerning Consumer Protection is the legal basis for the protection ofthe users of ojek online. Implementation of ojek transportation still there are some consumer rights thathave not been fully met by online motorcycle taxi drivers, s become one of the problems that have a majorimpact on consumer rights. Therefore, the purpose of writing this thesis, namely: First, know the legalprotection of consumers as users of ojek online transport services, Secondly, knowing government efforts toprovide legal protection to consumers as users of ojek online transport services.Type of research This research can be classified into the type of sociological juridical research is astudy of secondary data in the form of legislation, as well as the results of research law scholars, such asbooks related to the subject. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City, Riau. Population and samplesare Head of Department of Transportation Pekanbaru City, Head of Department of Investment andIntegrated Service One Pekanbaru, Staff Go-Jek Pekanbaru, Online motorcycle taxi driver Pekanbaru Cityand Consumer ojek online Pekanbaru City. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Datacollection techniques in this study with interviews, questionnaires and literature review.The conclusions can be obtained from the results of research is First, Implementation of Law No. 8of 1999 on Consumer Protection has not been in overall as there are still some consumer rights that havenot been fully met by online motorcycle taxi drivers. Secondly, the government's effort to provide legalprotection to consumers as the users of ojek transportation services online, there are two, namely thegovernment's effort in the short term that is to socialize the importance of using mass transit so as to attractpeople who have been using private vehicles and conduct supervision. Second, the government's long-termeffort to create new regulations on online motorcycle taxis and revise the Law on Traffic and RoadTransport. Suggestion writer, so that the government immediately issued legislation concerning motorcycletaxi online or revise the existing rules about the legality of motorcycle taxi online. Then it is expected to themanagement of motorcycle taxi online to pay more attention and increase responsibility for the use of onlinemotorcycle taxi services, so as to provide a sense of security, and comfortable for both consumers anddrivers who serve consumers.Keywords: Transportation Service-Transpotasi Ojek Online-Pekanbaru

Abstract

Elderly is someone who has entered the age of 60 and over which is very vulnerable to experiencing anxiety which is influenced by various factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between anxiety levels and elderly visits to health services during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a cross sectional approach. The number of samples used in this study were 73 people who were taken using purposive sampling technique. The data collection was taken using the GAD-7 (Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7) questionnaire and the elderly visit questionnaire to health services where the anxiety questionnaire has been modified and has been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used is univariate and bivariate using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the description of the level of anxiety in the elderly was mostly mild (63.0%). The majority of elderly visits to health services choose to keep visiting during the Covid-19 pandemic (90.4%). Bivariate analysis showed that p-value (0.224) > (0.05) where there was no significant relationship between anxiety levels and elderly visits to health services during the Covid-19 pandemic in the work area of the Sidomulyo Outpatient Health Center. The results of this study found that the level of anxiety experienced by the elderly due to the current pandemic did not affect the elderly to visit or not visit health services.Keywords : Covid-19; anxiety; visits to health service; elderly.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by inadequate nutritional intake for a long time due to feeding that is not in accordance with nutritional needs. The purpose of this activity is to add insight to parents in choosing nutritious foods to avoid stunting. The existence of stunting prevention socialization can help the community to change their lifestyle for the better. The implementation of this Stunting Prevention program is carried out using a participatory approach, meaning that the fostered partners will be actively involved in every stage and coaching activities carried out through introduction and education about stunting, behavior education clean and healthy living, followed by the provision of additional food for toddlers, pregnant women, and children affected by stunting. Some of the steps we take in preventing stunting in the Tampan Village are: 1. Survey and data search, 2. Socialization and education on stunting, 3. Education on clean and healthy living behavior, 4. Provision of additional food. Stunting is a dangerous disease condition and must be continuously considered by the community and the government. If it is not continued, it is feared that Indonesia will experience a Lost Generation crisis. The Kukerta Team of the University of Riau took the initiative and intensified this stunting prevention program, as a form of concern for the future of the Indonesian nation. There are several programs and stages that have been implemented. Such as education and outreach about stunting and how to prevent it, education about health and hygiene, and providing additional food.

Abstract

Training on the learning media - based technology for teachers at SMA N 18 Tebo which aims to improve the ability of teachers to develop learning media -based technology in the form of learning videos. This training implementation method is carried out using a team-based project method, teachers work on projects in the form of interactive and interesting learning videos. The learning video is then uploaded to the YouTube channel. YouTube is one of the social media platforms that are often used by children today. This is considered effective as well as changing the mindset of students that the use of the internet and social media also helps in the learning process and becomes fun. In practice, the service team will conduct training for 4 weeks, in order to provide tutorials and evaluations to teachers at SMA N 18 Tebo.

Abstract

The aim of the analysisis to find the form and function of persuasive speech act whic used by street vendor in weekend sesonal in Agus Salim stadion. The result of analysis which taken from 19 different places shows that there are 39 data found as the form of persuasive speech acts. According to the data, the writer finds 3 types of persuasive speech acts. They are 25 assertive, 13 of directive, and 1 commisive. Beside that , there are also 6 persuasive speech function which classified as 18 persuasion, 11 suggestion, 7 enticement, 1 invitation, 1appeal, and 1 request. The most widely used form of persuasive speech is assertive and the most widely used speech function is the persuasion function.
