Abstract

This research aims to identify the issues faced by one of the paint distributors in managing their sales information system. The study notes that despite the store's successful sales activities, the utilization of the sales information system remains limited, with the store preferring to manage products without online information handling applications. Based on observations, some weaknesses of the current system include lack of stock data accuracy, hindrances in providing real-time stock information, and limitations in tracking stock changes. The author suggests providing training to users of the web-based sales information system and establishing clear task allocation, as well as system improvements to address existing weaknesses. These suggestions are expected to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales management and meet the needs of both administrators and buyers.

Abstract

Proses pengelolaan stok barang di PT Wahanamas Pancajaya Kudus masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan kartu stok dan catatan fisik. Hal ini sering menimbulkan masalah seperti kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pelaporan, dan terbatasnya visibilitas data persediaan secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi stok barang berbasis mobile yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kecepatan pengelolaan data persediaan. Arsitektur yang diusulkan mengintegrasikan Laravel sebagai backend framework, SQLite sebagai basis data lokal, dan Flutter/Dart sebagai platform mobile client, yang memungkinkan terjadinya sinkronisasi data secara real-time antara client dan server. Metode pengembangan yang dipilih adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) karena bersifat iteratif, cepat, dan memastikan keterlibatan aktif pengguna dalam setiap tahapan pengembangan prototipe. Sistem yang dihasilkan menyediakan fungsionalitas utama, termasuk pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar, pemantauan stok secara real-time, notifikasi otomatis stok menipis, serta pembuatan laporan digital yang dapat diakses dari berbagai perangkat. Pengujian dilakukan melalui simulasi server lokal menggunakan XAMPP, di mana beberapa klien mobile mengakses server melalui jaringan berbasis IP. Berdasarkan pengujian black-box, seluruh fitur sistem berfungsi dengan baik dan telah memenuhi persyaratan operasional perusahaan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diimplementasikan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kesalahan input data, dan menyediakan akses yang lebih cepat terhadap informasi inventaris. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah mendukung transformasi digital proses manajemen stok di industri manufaktur skala menengah dan menjadi referensi praktis untuk implementasi sistem inventaris mobile berbasis API yang ringan.

Abstract

Employee attendance is a crucial component of human resource management, particularly in government institutions such as the Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama. The manual attendance system previously used is prone to fraud, inefficient in data processing, and time-consuming during recap. This study aims to design and implement a web-based employee attendance information system integrated with Fingerspot biometric devices to improve accuracy, security, and efficiency in attendance management. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Borg & Gall model, which includes stages of preliminary study, system design, product development, expert validation, limited trials, revisions, and implementation. The system was developed using the Laravel (PHP) framework and a MySQL database, integrated with the Fingerspot API to synchronize attendance data in real time. Validation results from three experts produced an average feasibility score of 4.32 out of 5, indicating that the system is highly suitable for use. Trials conducted with 10 KPP Pratama employees showed that 90% of respondents found the system more practical and 100% stated that it effectively prevents attendance fraud. Furthermore, the monthly attendance recap time was significantly reduced from 3 days to less than 1 hour. Therefore, this system has proven to be a reliable digital solution that supports transparent and accountable personnel management within KPP Pratama.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has encouraged government agencies to improve the quality of public services through digital transformation. This research focuses on developing a multi-platform chatbot application integrated with WhatsApp, Telegram, and a web-based reporting system to support the public service operations of DISPERKIM POOL Seroja, Semarang City. The main issues identified include limited access to information, dependency on office hours, and increased workload for staff in handling repetitive inquiries from the public. Using a methodology that includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing, the chatbot was developed using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand user intent in natural Indonesian language and provide accurate, real-time automated responses. The implementation results show that the system performs effectively, achieving an intent recognition accuracy rate of over 85% and an average response time of less than three seconds. User testing also indicates high satisfaction levels, as the chatbot significantly simplifies access to information and facilitates faster reporting processes. Overall, the system enhances public service efficiency, reduces the burden on DISPERKIM staff, and supports the government's digital transformation agenda toward smart and responsive public services.

Abstract

Abstrak. PT. Sederhana Jaya Utama, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa dan konstruksi, menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan data jurnal harian tenaga kerja dan penggunaan material yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan lembar kerja kertas. Proses manual ini menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti pemborosan waktu, risiko ketidaksesuaian data, keterlambatan pelaporan, dan kesulitan dalam pengarsipan atau pencarian data historis, yang semuanya berdampak pada beban administrasi yang tinggi. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi jurnal harian tenaga kerja dan penggunaan material berbasis web agar proses pencatatan kegiatan harian di PT. Sederhana Jaya Utama menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Prototyping dan melibatkan tahapan penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan, pengembangan produk awal, uji lapangan awal, revisi, hingga uji lapangan lanjutan (Main Field Testing). Perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem meliputi Framework CodeIgniter 3 dengan konsep Model-View-Controller (MVC) dan basis data MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan berupa sistem informasi berbasis web yang mampu mengintegrasikan pencatatan aktivitas tenaga kerja, alat kerja, dan penggunaan material, sehingga dapat meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat penyusunan laporan, dan mempermudah pihak manajemen dalam melakukan pengawasan dan pengambilan keputusan secara real-time.

Abstract

The traditional New Student Admissions (PPDB) procedure is frequently plagued by major issues, such as administrative responsibilities, data entry mistakes, and a lack of actual real-time public transparency (Rosmiati, 2020). By concentrating on the design and implementation of a responsive, web-based PPDB information system, this study seeks to resolve these challenges. The underlying technological solution involves using the Bootstrap framework (Susanto & Permata, 2020) to guarantee that the system's interface is strong, user-friendly, and performs at its best across all platforms. a range of user gadgets (Wijaya & Hadi, 2023). The system is developed using the Waterfall methodology, which includes a thorough needs analysis, system design, implementation using PHP and MySQL, and extensive testing (Setiawan & Cahyono, 2020). According to the research, the integrated system was successful in optimizing the registration process, which is a critical component of increasing administrative efficiency (Purnomo & Wibowo, 2024). Additionally, the use of Bootstrap resulted in a uniform and contemporary user interface, which greatly enhanced the experience for potential students (Pratama et al. , 2022). In conclusion, the web-based PPDB system that has been developed and is supported by the responsive capabilities of the Bootstrap framework provides a practical, open, and scalable solution for today's needs. instructional establishments. The integration of a document verification component utilizing machine learning should be the subject of future research.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive multimedia-based learning application designed to introduce letters, numbers, and colorful images to early childhood learners. The development model employed is the ADDIE model, which consists of five systematic phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The analysis phase began with identifying field needs, followed by the design of learning media, development of a desktop-based application using Eclipse IDE and the Java programming language, and database integration using MySQL. The trial was conducted at TK PGRI Godong, involving 30 students as research subjects. Evaluation results indicate that the application has a positive impact on students’ understanding, with an overall average score of 93.3%. Validation by content experts (kindergarten teachers) yielded a feasibility score of 92%, while media experts gave a score of 88%. Classroom observations showed that students were more enthusiastic, focused, and better able to understand the material compared to conventional methods. Based on these findings, the learning application is deemed highly feasible and effective as a supporting medium in early childhood education.

Abstract

Monitoring the Field Work Practice (PKL) program in vocational high schools often faces challenges regarding attendance data validity due to conventional reporting systems that are vulnerable to location and identity manipulation. This study aims to develop an integrated attendance information system (absensipkl) equipped with layered security based on Multi-Factor Validation. The system was developed using a full-stack web architecture approach with the Next.js framework (App Router) for server performance optimization, and Prisma ORM to ensure relational database integrity. Attendance validation is tightened through Geotagging integration to lock the device's GPS coordinates, combined with a Digital Signature and selfie upload as visual authentication instruments. This applied research was conducted at SMK Ma'arif NU 01 Limpung with 114 12th-grade students majoring in Software Development and Gaming (PPLG) as the subjects. The application has been deployed on a Proxmox virtualization server and fully operated during the internship period from February to April 2026. The implementation results indicate that the system, which contains four main modules (Dashboard, Attendance, Information, Student Data) and is equipped with Role-Based Access Control (Admin, Teacher, Student), is able to effectively eliminate reporting anomalies. In conclusion, the integration of spatial and digital security within the Next.js ecosystem has proven successful in presenting accurate, authentic attendance data and increasing teacher efficiency in evaluating student discipline in real-time

Abstract

Home security plays an essential role in contemporary life. As technology progresses, conventional security approaches are transitioning toward smarter, IoT-powered systems. This research introduces a real-time intrusion detection prototype combining a PIR sensor with an ESP32-CAM, integrated with Telegram for instant alerts. Once movement is detected, the system captures an image and sends both visual and text-based notifications to users, allowing for swift remote response. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller linked to a PIR sensor and camera over Wi-Fi. Tests were performed to assess detection precision, response time, and system stability. The prototype achieved a 93% accuracy rate in detecting motion and delivered alerts with under a 5-second average delay. Image transmission through Telegram was successful, ensuring users receive visual proof in real-time. This solution is economical, intuitive to use, and suitable for household implementation. It offers a viable substitute to traditional CCTV by enabling proactive surveillance and remote interaction. Future enhancements could include cloud backup, facial recognition features, and smart home integrations.

Abstract

This research aims to design and evaluate a hybrid chatbot prototype that combines a rule-based approach with the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm to classify customer satisfaction levels. This system was developed as an automated customer service solution for the e-commerce sector, which demands speed, efficiency, and personalization. By using numerical features such as information comprehension (X1), chatbot rating (X2), and conversation duration (X3), the KNN algorithm determines whether a user is satisfied or not after an interaction session. The classification results indicate that some "Dissatisfied" predictions occurred in cases with high information comprehension but also long conversation durations. This suggests that customers can still be dissatisfied if the service time is perceived as too long, even if the content of the answer is clear. Although there is a margin of error in the user experience aspect, the system demonstrates a very significant impact on operational efficiency. The implementation of the hybrid chatbot was able to reduce customer service costs by up to 50%, with an estimated payback period of 4.8 months. The system provides significant added value for businesses, particularly in terms of cost savings and scalability, although there is still room for improvement in the quality of interaction.
