Abstract

Pesantren adalah lembaga pendidikan Islam tertua di Nusantara. Kiprahnya dalam memajukan bangsa tidak bisa dipandang sebelah mata. Pendidikan di pesantren sendiri dikenal holistik dan menyeluruh, dengan menempatkan aspek moralitas, ketuhanan, dan martabat kemanusiaan secara utuh sebagai hal yang substansial, sekaligus merupakan hakikat dan inti tujuan dari pendidikan. Berdasarkan kenyataan tersebut, artikel ini mengusulkan pesantren sebagai pusat peradaban Muslim di Indonesia. Dalam rangka menjadikan pusat peradaban tersebut, artikel ini berargumen empat hal mesti dilakukan, yakni rekonstruksi pendidikan pesantren, pembenahan sistem dan manajemen pesantren, penguatan kultur pesantren, dan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between academic supervision by the Headmaster in improving teacher performance and the relationship between managerial supervision by the Headmaster in increasing Headmaster competence. This research is a quantitative research using ex-post-fact research methods. The population of this study was Headmaster of vocational schools in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency and supervisors. The sample collection technique used random sampling techniques. The samples used in the research were 20 headmasters and 20 vocational school supervisors in the East OKU district. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data source uses primary data. Data analysis uses prerequisite test analysis and hypothesis testing using the product-moment correlation test. Based on the results of the data analysis, the results showed that there was a significant relationship between academic supervision by the Headmaster and teacher performance. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient of the two variables, namely 0.020. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between managerial supervision by the supervisor and the competence of the Headmaster, which can be seen from the correlation coefficient of the two variables, namely 0.596. The relationship and link between supervisory supervision, Headmaster competence, Headmaster supervision, and teacher performance are very important in maintaining and improving the education quality in a school. Thus, healthy relationships and good links between supervisory supervision, Headmaster competence, Headmaster supervision, and teacher performance are very important to achieving better quality education in a school.

Abstract

Potret kehidupan multikultural dapat dilihat di Desa Tumbang Liting dimana terdapat 3 agama yang tinggal dalam satu desa dengan aman dan damai. Akan tetapi kemajemukan ini tidak menutup kemungkinan akan terjadinya perpecahan sehingga dibutuhkan langkah preventif yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa Tumbang Liting terkait dengan penguatan moderasi beragama yaitu kurangnya tenaga pengajar yang kompeten dalam memberikan penguatan nilai moderasi beragama, sehingga dikhawatirkan akan terjadinya kesalahan pemahaman moderasi beragama sehingga menjadi perpecahan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mencari solusi berama penguatan nilai moderasi beragama sehingga tidak akan terjadi perpeahan dalam tubuh warga desa seperti kurangnya tenaga pengajar, kurangnya bahan ajar, dan kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat menjadi kendala dalam kegiatan ini. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Researcrh (PAR) yang diawali dengan pembahasan strategi program, aksi dan monitoring dan ditutup dengan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terjadinya perubahan yang cukup signifikan terkait dengan pemahaman moderasi beragama serta perubahan dalam penggunaan tempat ibadah dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan. Selain hal tersebut kenaikan ini juga dilihat dari partisipasi dan intensitas dalam kegiatan penguatan moderasi beragama diberbagai tempat ibadah

Abstract

The principles of learning Islamic religious education in elementary schools are something that every Islamic religious education teacher must use in teaching. The aim of this research is to provide an understanding regarding the implementation of principles that can be used by a teacher when teaching so that the implementation is in accordance with the objectives of learning Islamic religious education itself. In this research, we used a literature study method by collecting various kinds of reading that were in accordance with the major themes taken. The results of this research are that there are various kinds of learning principles that can be used in a learning process, however, in Islamic religious education learning, several principles can be used, namely full attention of students, development of students' potential, and a variety of learning methods that can be implemented in various ways. One of the learning models is quantum teaching for elementary schools

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab keterlambatan sistem kinerja Purchasing pada PT. Usaha Saudara Mandiri serta merancang perbaikan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk memahami alur kerja dan interaksi antar divisi, sedangkan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat keterlambatan, kesalahan input, dan efisiensi proses pengadaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 1.546 Purchase Order (PO) yang diproses selama Oktober–Desember 2024, sebanyak 24,64% mengalami keterlambatan (delay) akibat proses persetujuan manual tanpa sistem notifikasi, dokumen yang tidak standar, dan kurangnya integrasi antar divisi. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan melalui penerapan sistem otomatis dan integrasi berbasis DFD, keterlambatan diproyeksikan menurun hingga 15%, serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pengadaan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan sistem terintegrasi dengan notifikasi otomatis berbasis DFD dapat mempercepat proses persetujuan, mengurangi kesalahan input, dan meningkatkan kinerja operasional Purchasing secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Al-Jam'iyatul Al Washliyah is an Islamic educational institution in Indonesia founded in 1930 in Medan, North Sumatra by Haji Mohd Arsyad Al Banjari, it aimed to disseminate Islamic teachings and strengthen the identity of Muslims in Indonesia. This research employs a literature study method relying on bibliographic sources from recent journal articles and books related to the core issues and data interpretation through expert insights with a constructive approach and content analysis interpretation. The scope of the study encompasses the period from the establishment of Al Washliyah in 1930 until the end of the 20th century, specifically the year 2000. Al Washliyah was established during the Dutch colonial period to unite Muslims and advocate for Indonesian independence. They demonstrated a high commitment to education by establishing schools and madrasas and forming the Education, Teaching, and Cultural Council. During the 14th Al Washliyah Congress, they formulated educational development plans focusing on household education, madrasa/higher education, and community education. The Al Washliyah management was dedicated to education, having its curriculum for madrasas.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role played by Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Educational Institutions in depicting the dynamics of Islamic education development in Indonesia. The focus of this research is to analyze the contribution of these educational institutions to the evolution of the Islamic education system, both in terms of curriculum, teaching methods, and their impact on student character formation. The research method includes historical analysis discussing the history and development of Ma'arif NU Educational Institutions since their establishment. The main data sources involve historical documents, archives, and interviews with key actors in these educational institutions, such as teachers, students, and administrators. The results of this research are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of how the role of Ma'arif NU Educational Institutions has shaped and influenced the context of Islamic education in Indonesia. Additionally, this research will also discuss the challenges and opportunities faced by these educational institutions in responding to the changing times and evolving educational demands.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the efforts of GUPPI in reforming Islamic education in Indonesia. This study employs a literature review methodology, utilizing a qualitative approach with a historical method. Data is collected through literature from various journals and relevant websites concerning the research subject. The findings reveal that GUPPI experienced fluctuations, both during the New Order era and the Reform era. During the New Order era, GUPPI saw institutional development in assets and territory, indicating significant progress due to its political ties with Golkar. However, GUPPI's idealism to further develop Islamic education stagnated during the Reform era. In the VII GUPPI Congress in 1998, GUPPI disaffiliated from the Golkar party and returned to being an independent organization. Post-VII and VIII Congresses from 2005 to 2011, GUPPI continued to grapple with internal issues and sought strategies for revival.
