Abstract

Etiquette (adab) must be a primary focus for students (santri) in modern pesantren (Islamic boarding schools), especially for those studying religious knowledge. The aim of learning adab is to ensure that the knowledge gained is beneficial and blessed, as a small amount of knowledge accompanied by adab is better than a large amount of knowledge devoid of adab. The role of pesantren is vital in the cultivation of adab (ta'dib) among its students. The methods of instilling adab include: 1) Teaching methods, which encompass classroom learning and the study of religious texts (ta'lim kitab). 2) Mentorship methods, which include: role modeling, advice and motivation, training and habituation, discipline, rewards, and punishments. Therefore, pesantren are expected to produce competent and ethical Islamic leaders.

Abstract

The raw material for making solid soap in this research was coconut oil which was then added with ketepeng leaf powder. The purpose of adding ketepeng leaf powder to soap is easy to use of ketepeng leaves as a skin medicine. Ketepeng leaves have the function of treating skin diseases because its contain secondary metabolite compounds. The treatment in this study consisted of three variations were the addition of 2, 4 and 6 grams of ketepeng leaf powder. The organoleptic characteristics tested in this research were color, aroma, amount of foam, and irritation test, while chemical characteristics included hardness level, water content, pH, and free alkali. Based on the research results, it is known that solid soap with the addition of ketepeng leaf powder meets the quality requirements of the Indonesian National Standard for solid bath soap based on the parameters of water content, pH and free alkali, and does not cause irritation. The color parameters and amount of foam in the 2 gram treatment were significantly different from the other two treatments, while the aroma parameters were not significantly different between the three treatments.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mngetahui pengaruh pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E terhadap penguasaan konsep fisika mahasiswa pada materi Hukum Newton. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain two group pretest-posttes design. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji independent sample t test, hasil uji independent sample t test untuk data pretest pada nilai sig (2-tailed) adalah 0,847 dan nilai ini lebih besar dari 0,05 artinya  kemampuan awal penguasaan konsep kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol tidak berbeda signifikan secara statistik. Sedangkan  hasil uji independent sample t test untuk data posttest nilai sig (2-tailed) adalah 0,000 dan nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,05 artinya rata-rata kemampuan akhir penguasaan konsep kelas eksperimen (75,61)  dan kelas kontrol (64,61)  berbeda signifikan secara statistik dengan perbedaan rata-rata sebesar 11. hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran  learning cycle 5E dapat dianggap sebagai metode pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep mahasiswa pada materi Hukum Newton.

Abstract

Jenang Kudus Armina is one of the famous jenang production companies in Kudus is a typical food from the Kudus area which is much liked by the wider community. This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of Toxic Leadership, Organizational culture, work stress and workload on employee loyalty at the Jenang Kudus Armina company. The sampling technique uses the Non-Probability Sampling method with Saturation Sampling Technique (Saturated Sample) Questionnaires were distributed via Google form to 48 employees at Jenang Kudus Armina. The data analysis used SPSS. Based on the analysis results obtained, some of the respondents were 33 female or 69,75%, while the remaining 15 were male or 31,25 %  with all respondents domiciled in holy areas. The results of this research show that it has a negative effect on employee loyalty. Jenang Kudus Armina merupakan salah satu perusahaan produksi jenang terkenal di kudus. Sampai saat ini jenang kudus adalah makanan khas daerah kudus yang banyak disukai oleh masyarakat luas.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasidan menganalisis pengaruh Toxic Leadership, Budaya Organisasi, Stress Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan perusahaan Jenang Kudus Armina. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui google form kepada 48 karyawan yang ada di Jenang Kudus Armina. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan metode Non-Pobability Sampling dengan Teknik Saturation Sampling (Sampel Jenuh) Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh, bahwa Sebagian responden bejenis kelamin Perempuan sejumlah 33orang atau 69,75% sedangkan sisanya berjenis kelamin laki-laki sejumlah 15 orang atau 31,25% dengan semua responden berdomisili Kudus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh negatif terhadap loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

Jam is a food product made from crushed fruit, with the addition of pectin and sugar to a gel or semi-solid consistency. Jackfruit, which bears fruit without knowing the season, is an excellent food source, but it spoils quickly and does not last long when stored. One way to use jackfruit is to make jam. It is hoped that the addition of cinnamon extract to making jackfruit jam will make jackfruit jam popular with all groups. The research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments, namely the addition of cinnamon extract P1=15%, P2=25%, P3=35% with 3 replications. The jam will be analyzed for water content, vitamin C content and acceptance level based on color, aroma, texture and taste. The results of calculating the water content of jackfruit jam with the addition of cinnamon extract do not comply with the SII NO. 173 Tahun 1978. Vitamin C levels are 1.13%, 1.25%, 1.42%. The results of the hedonic test analysis showed that the 25% cinnamon extract formulation was liked by the panelists based on taste, aroma and texture and really liked the color of the jam

Abstract

Pemetaan bathymetri perairan dangkal untuk wilayah pesisir yang memiliki berbagai ekosistem di dalamnya adalah kegiatan yang tidak mudah dilakukan, karena sangat berbahaya (dangkal) dan kondisi substrat (tekstur) dasarnya tidak beraturan. Dengan kondisi seperti itu maka pemetaan perairan dangkal dengan metode konvensional, akan memakan waktu dan biaya yang sangat tinggi. Teknologi Penginderaan Jauh (Remote Sensing) memberikan peluang untuk pemetaan bathymetri perairan dangkal secara efektif dan efisien, terutama untuk daerah yang belum ada data atau daerah yang berubah secara cepat. Keuntungan lain dari teknologi ini yaitu dapat dilakukan revisi pemetaan perairan dangkal dengan cepat dan mudah setiap saat, karena menggunakan citra satelit resolusi tinggi seperti FORMOSAT 2 yang mempunyai variasi temporal 1 hari. Data citra didapatkan dari Laboratorium Penginderaan Jauh Teknologi Inventarisasi Sumberdaya Alam (TISDA) – BPPT Jakarta, dengan lokasi studi di wilayah perairan dangkal sekitar gugus Pulau Pari, Kepulauan Seribu, Jakarta. Pengolahan data meliputi restorasi citra, transformasi dengan metode DOP (Depth Of Penetration) dan algoritma Jupp (1988) pada Software Bilko, klasifikasi unsupervised dengan Software ER Mapper 7.1, pengambilan data lapangan (groundtruth) dengan GPS dan Echosounder, koreksi pasut, dan reklasifikasi citra (supervised). Hasil yang didapatkan berupa peta bathymetri perairan dangkal gugus Pulau Pari, Kepulauan Seribu, Jakarta skala 1 : 8.000 dari perbandingan antara data citra satelit dengan data lapangan, yang dianalisa dengan data peta lainnya yang mendukung, serta telah teruji secara statistik melalui Confusion Matrix dengan nilai Producer Accuracy (PA), User Accuracy (UA), Overall Accuracy (OA) sebesar 99.877 %, koefisien Kappa (0.996), dan kesalahan RMS total 0.465 dan rata-rata 0.036 dalam koreksi geometrik dengan titik GCP di lapangan yang memenuhi toleransi.

Abstract

Kudus street is a national road that connects Jakarta-Semarang-Surabaya-Banyuwangi, on this north coast road as the need for mobility of goods delivery or mobility of residents between cities. On the way Dr. Lukmonohadi – Dr. Ramelan has a slow lane on the left side of the road. The purpose of the existence of the slow lane on  road  DR. Lukmonohadi-Dr. Ramelan is to smooth traffic and reduce the fatality rate of  accidents in the fast lane, but due to very high shopping and industrial activities that can interfere with performance on these roads. The purpose of this research study is to review the effectiveness of the slow lane on the Dr. Lukmonohadi-Dr. The Ramelan is working properly or not. From the results of the analysis of traffic performance measured using the degree of saturation (DS) for Road  Dr. Lukmonohadi of 0.57, while Road  Dr. Ramelan is 0.61. From the level of congestion that can be obtained from the value of the side barriers that Dr. Lukmonohadi until Dr. Ramelan is included in the medium side resistance class (M). Based on the comparison of the accident rate from 2016-2021 the number of accidents continues to increase. The recommended recommendations are that it is necessary to repair and add road facilities such as repair of separator paint, faded road markings, addition of zebra crossings in pedestrian-congested locations and asphalt repairs on slow lanes because there is a lot of asphalt that is peeling and has holes, it is very dangerous for road users crossing it. Based on the results of the analysis for the slow lane, it can be concluded that the slow lane has been effective in facilitating traffic flow to reduce the number of accidents on the fast lane.
