Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk from 2020-2022 using financial ratio analysis. The financial ratio analysis used includes liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity ratios. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The outcomes demonstrated that the firm's financial performance as measured by the liquidity ratio was stable., except for inventory to net working capital with an average of 0.26. The solvency ratio is also declared solvable. The condition of the company based on the profitability ratio is not good and the company must take action. The average activity ratio is healthy, except for asset turover with an average of 0,93.

Abstract

PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM) is a mining company that processes a number of minerals and runs other businesses including trade and industry, transportation and other services related to the mining sector. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk which is contained in the financial statements through the official website of PT Aneka Tambang. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach using liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios. The results of the research conducted showed that the financial performance of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk in 2018-2021 was not good because data on liquidity ratios, solvency, activity and profitability were below industry standard ratios. Thus it can be concluded that PT Aneka Tambang Tbk's finances fluctuated due to the difficulty in paying short-term and long-term liabilities.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the description of the financial performance of PT. Garudafood for the 2020-2022 period. The identified relationships will help managers and decision-makers to predict the company's future performance through the organization's financial ratios. In this research analysis, liquidity, solvency, activity, profitability, and financial ratios are used to assess the financial performance of PT. Garudafood. This research was conducted using a qualitative research method carried out with a descriptive approach. Based on the research results, it is known that the form of financial ratios is complex, and the complexity is influenced by the complexity of financial reports. It should be noted that the complexity of financial reports is increasing, not only because the financial and accounting principles used are increasingly complex and numerous, but also because the numbers presented are fixed numbers. Not much innovation in the presentation of financial statements.

Abstract

KPPU has prepared guidelines for selling at a loss or predatory pricing based on Law no. 5/1999, which has the potential to cause monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive data analysis, through documentation techniques and literature studies. In 2018, several online stores alleged predatory pricing, including Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Shopee and Lazada. Not all flash sales are included in this practice. Flash sale is a marketing strategy with big discounts for a limited time. The public is advised to be more careful in choosing and comparing prices and product quality from various stores. The same pictures and descriptions do not guarantee the same product. The industry must be aware of predatory pricing that endangers the business, but does not ignore competitors in the digital business space.

Abstract

Sihobuk peanuts are nuts originating from Sihobuk Village, Tarutung, North Tapanuli. Sihobuk is a brand name taken from the name of a bean producing village. Not different from other nuts, Peanut Sihobuk has a savory and crunchy taste. Peanut Sihobuk is a kind of snack / snack that can make the audience not want to stop eating it. It is believed that the Sihobuk peanut market will grow rapidly in the future. This was triggered by the designation of Lake Toba as a major tourist destination and the inauguration of Silangit airport as an international airport. Many tourists will visit the North Tapanuli area and will definitely look for local culinary delights, including Sihobuk beans. Copyright or Patent is a right to protect a product or a work. Where protected products are guaranteed by state law. This allows the product to not be imitated or plagiarized by other competitors who are competing in selling other regional specialties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether consumers at Cafe family Jermal know about cafes based on Word of Mouth, the level of effectiveness of WOM that has been carried out so far at cafes and the factors that can affect WOM at cafe family jermal. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents. This research is quantitative descriptive. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique is descriptive using the SPSS program. The results showed that all respondents stated that they received information about the cafe family Jermal from people they knew. The increase in sales levels and the increase in the number of consumers at the cafe family Jermal indicate that the word of mouth promotion strategy has been running effectively. Consumers who have come to the cafe convey to people they know information about the cafe. This shows that the success of word of mouth is closely related to consumer satisfaction. Factors that affect word of mouth at the cafe family jermal are related to information about this cafe such as food and drinks (taste, price, type, and packaging), location (area of parking, location is not far), service (waiting time, hospitality of cafe waiters, responsiveness), cafe conditions (tidy, clean and comfortable). Keywords: Promotion Strategy, WOM, Cafe Family Jermal Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah konsumen di Cafe family Jermal mengetahui tentang cafe berdasarkan Word of Mouth, tingkat keefektivan WOM yang telah dilakukan selama ini di cafe dan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi wom di cafe familyJermal. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, penyebaran angket dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua responden menyatakan bahwa mereka mendapat informasi tentang cafe family jermal dari orang yang mereka kenal, Kenaikan tingkat penjualan dan bertambahnya jumlah konsumen di cafe family jermal menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi word of mouth telah berjalan secara efektif. Konsumen yang pernah datang ke cafe menyampaikan kepada orang yang mereka kenal informasi tentang cafe. Ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan word of mouth sangat erat kaitannya dengan kepuasan konsumen, Factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi word of mouth di cafe family jermal berhubungan dengan informasi tentang cafe ini seperti makanan dan minuman (rasa, harga, jenis, dan kemasan), lokasi (area parkir, lokasi tidak jauh), pelayanan (waktu menunggu, keramah tamahan pelayan cafe, cepat tanggap), kondisi cafe (rapi, bersih dan nyaman). Abstract

The partners in this Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity are the Maju Tani Group located in Boangmanalu Village, Salak District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. The problems found in partners are in the production sector, namely the size of the pineapple chips is irregular and the partners do not understand how to determine the selling price of the product. Improvements to the pineapple chip business need to be done to improve and maintain business continuity. Handling of this problem is also important because the Maju Tani group are farmer-based entrepreneurs who need to be equipped with business knowledge so they can advance their business. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to provide a pineapple slicer tool and provide business financial management training. The method of implementing this activity is training and mentoring.

Abstract

This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of handbooks to improve the quality of learning in the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Universitas Negeri Medan. This study uses a 4D Model that is defined, designed, developed and disseminated. The data analysis techniques used is practicality. Practical tests were carried out on research samples, consist by 60 students of the 2nd semester entrepreneurship study program. The practicality test measured from student questionnaire obtained 90,5%, which means it is very practical.

The Entrepreneurship sector plays an important role in the nation progress. The partner in this Community Service is Maju Tani Group in Pakpak Bharat Regency. The purpose of this activity is to improve the pineapple chips business of the Maju Tani group in order to maintain business continuity. The problem found is the product less recognized by the community. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to conduct digital marketing training and endorsement of pineapple chips on social media. The method of implementing this activity is training and mentoring. In this service activity, the service team helped partners create business social media and make a video endorsement of chips. Abstract

It harms the seller or buyer either financially or in other areas. Deviant business activities in this study relate to business practices that do not comply with these rules. The method used in this research is a qualitative or quasi-experimental method. The author uses this method because there is limited time to directly review this matter appropriately and effectively. In this study, we, the authors, invite readers to know and understand how MSMEs in Indonesia, especially meatball stalls in the city of Bantul, Yogyakarta, carry out fraudulent business actions, causing losses to the health of the people who consume them.
