Abstract

Indonesia mempunyai potensi energi matahari yang cukup besar, karena terletak didaerah tropis. Energi surya adalah energi yang sangat bersahabat karena tidak bersifat polutif, tidak dapat habis dan gratis. Mushola Nurul Hikmah sebagai salah satu pusat peribadatan yang berada di daerah Kelurahan Loktabat Utara Banjarbaru Utara mempunyai motto pengembangan mushola bernuansa hijau baik dari segi tata letak, tata kelola lingkungan, maupun sumber energi yang digunakan. Dari segi tata kelola dan tata letak lingkungan, pihak pengurus Mushola telah menempatkan taman hijau dan perkebunan hidroponik. Dari segi sumber energi listrik, mereka masih menggunakan sumber utama dari PLN dan genset. Kelemahan genset terkait masalah polusi dan suara yang mengganggu kekhusyuan peribadatan. Pihak pengurus mushola beberapa kali mendapatkan keluhan dari Jamaah terkait dengan suara kebisingan tersebut sehingga sangat diperlukan solusi yang lebih efisien baik dari segi daya maupun polusi yang ditimbulkan. Salah satu teknologi energi yang bisa dimanfaatkan dengan minim polusi udara dan suara adalah teknologi panel surya yang bisa mengkonversi langsung intensitas cahaya matahari menjadi sumber energi listrik alternatif. Hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam perancangan panel surya adalah: besarnya beban total yang akan digunakan, jumlah Modul yang diperlukan, jenis atau karakteristik Modul yang akan dipilih, posisi lintang lokasi dimana system SHS akan dipasang dan besarnya kapasitas AKI yang diperlukan. Apabila akan dilakukan instalsi secara bertahap sesuai perencanaan anggaran, maka kapasitas daya AKI dan Panel surya seterusnya idealnya harus sama dengan yang sebelumnya sudah terpasang, agar tidak terjadi overcharge dan overload. Dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah perencanaan yang telah diuraikan diatas, maka kesesuaian antara kebutuhan, harga, dan kualitas akan dicapai. Abstract

Sunlight can be harnessed as a clean and renewable energy source using solar cells and the photovoltaic process. However, relying on direct sunlight exposure can increase solar cell temperatures and negatively impact performance. This research aims to maintain cell efficiency by exploring the effectiveness of spraying coolant media on the bottom surface of panels through three timed intervals (10, 20, and 30 minutes) using three different media (A, B, and C). Each spray application lasts for 1 minute. Analyzing the test results with Minitab18 software with full factorial design will identify the most effective treatment for maintaining performance. Based on the results of the experimental test, coolant A with a 10-minute delay spraying time has a maximum power of 52.89 Watts, a temperature of 48oC, and an efficiency of 5.69%. Response Optimization using Design of Experiment (DOE) Full Factorial shows an optimal response with coolant A and a 10-minute delay spraying time with the lowest temperature at 49.3oC, maximum output power at 46.87 Watts, and efficiency at 5.61%. Moreover, Tukey Krammer test result provides an information about 10-minute delay spraying time has a better performance to reduce the PV panel temperature compared to 30-minute delay spraying time by 3.94 oC.

Abstract

Micro-hydro power plants take advantage of the energy potential of low-head airflow. with the development of technology that can support it, namely the Archimedes screw turbine as the driving force. Various parameters must be considered to determine the performance of micro hydro power plants with Archimedes screw turbines. A design is carried out with a discharge parameter flow rate of 2 l/s, a turbine slope of 300, and an immersion level variation of 0.3, 0.5, and 0.7, where the final result shows the value of torque, hydraulic power, mechanical power, generator, and efficiency, which decreases with the level of water immersion in the last blade.

Abstract

Platform Google Play Store menyediakan fitur pemberian masukan dan penilaian dari pelanggan terhadap aplikasi yang tersedia. Aplikasi retail di android dapat menjadikan hal tersebut sebagai salah satu metrik utama untuk memantau kinerja. Analisis sentimen merupakan salah satu bagian dari NLP dan text mining yang digunakan untuk melihat sentimen dari opini dalam ulasan pengguna di aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan performa algoritma SVM dan logistic regression dalam klasifikasi sentimen ulasan pengguna aplikasi tersebut. Dari 4250 data ulasan pengguna, 3400 data digunakan sebagai data training dan 850 data digunakan sebagai data testing. Hasilnya didapatkan klasifikasi dengan SVM dan logistic regression sama-sama memiliki tingkat akurasi 0,87, namun namun Logistic Regression menunjukkan performa yang lebih baik dalam mengidentifikasi sentimen positif dengan nilai F1 score 0.89 dibandingkan SVM (0.78). Logistic Regression juga memiliki misklasifikasi yang lebih sedikit (110) dan nilai True Positive (TP) dan True Negative (TN) yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan SVM. Secara keseluruhan, Logistic Regression menunjukkan performa yang lebih baik dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen ulasan pengguna aplikasi retail dibandingkan SVM.

Abstract

The development of outstanding human resources can be achieved through the application of Science and Technology (S&T) in education. The focus of applying S&T is on the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) learning approach. The STEM learning approach equips students with the ability to think creatively, critically, and problem-solving oriented, as well as to work collaboratively in teams, adapt to technological advancements, and continue to innovate. A lack of examples regarding the methods and applications of the latest technology in STEM fields poses a problem for students in schools. Students often struggle with understanding theories due to the absence of engaging demonstrative examples. The use of the Internet of Things (IoT) in various fields and daily life serves as an example of STEM application. Introducing IoT in several science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics can provide engaging and relevant learning experiences. The goal of this Community Service activity is to provide an introduction and examples of IoT application as a supporting model for STEM learning at SMAN 1 Banjarbaru. The method used involves socializing IoT technology and including practical applications of IoT in STEM fields, such as assembling IoT kit components with WeMos D1, ESP32 NodeMCU, and various sensors for measuring temperature and pH. It is expected that students will understand the application of the latest IoT technology in STEM fields. Additionally, the school will be able to provide engaging, up-to-date learning experiences in technology that are relevant to the latest curriculum. As the result, three groups of students, each consisting of five members, successfully developed an IoT system for measuring liquid temperature and pH.

Abstract

Teknologi panel surya memungkinkan konversi cahaya matahari menjadi energi listrik. Akan tetapi, ada masalah yang dapat muncul pada kinerja panel surya, misalnya peningkatan suhu panel surya melebihi batas kerjanya sendiri. Suhu yang semakin meningkat akan membuat kinerja panel surya semakin berkurang. Maka, penting menjaga suhu panel surya sangat diperlukan agar performanya tetap optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh delay timing back and front surface spray cooling terhadap temperatur rata – rata, daya output, dan pengoptimalan energi panel surya. Pengujian ini menghasilkan temperatur panel surya sangat menurun ketika delay timing spray 10 menit senilai 58,95°C, ketika delay timing spray 20 menit senilai 70,78°C, sedangkan ketika delay timing spray 30 menit senilai 78,63°C. Metode pendinginan yang dilakukan selama 1 menit dengan variasi delay timing spray 10 menit, 20 menit, dan 30 menit. Uji eksperimental ini dapat menurunkan suhu panel surya, pada delay timing spray 10 menit menjadi 58,95°C, pada delay timing spray 20 menit menjadi 70,78°C, dan pada delay timing spray 30 menit menjadi 78,63°C. Metode pendinginan dilakukan selama 1 menit dengan delay timing spray yang bervariasi yaitu 10 menit, 20 menit dan 30 menit. Melalui pengujian ini juga diperoleh nilai energi total. Apabila delay timing spray 10, 20 dan 30 menit masing-masing sebesar 8,61 x 10-3 kWh (30982,06 Joule), 8,03 x 10-3 kWh (28890,32 Joule) dan 7,61 x 10-3 kWh (27408,06 Joule). Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah delay timing spray yang paling optimal delay timing spray selama 10 menit dengan suhu rata-rata sebesar 58,95°C, dan optimalisasi energi terbaik adalah dengan energi total sebesar 30982,06 Joule atau 8,61 x 10 -3kWh.

Abstract

The community service activity was carried out as an effort to enhance the competence of physics teachers in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency in designing contextual, innovative, and culturally rooted learning. The partner of this activity was the MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) of physics, consisting of 22 teachers. This activity adopted the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, involving teachers as active participants throughout the process.  The program was conducted through several stages, namely socialization, training, robotics practice, mentoring, and evaluation. This approach ensured that the solutions developed were relevant and aligned with the needs and capacities of the teachers. The medium used was ArtecRobo, which supports the application of technology-based learning. The results of the activity indicated an improvement in teachers’ understanding of integrating the Wasaka character—reflecting resilience and consistency—into physics learning through authentic experiences of assembling and programming robots. Teachers not only gained technical skills but also directly experienced how robotics can foster perseverance, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Participant responses were positive, with 87% of teachers stating the activity was highly beneficial and 80% reporting that they were motivated to implement it in their classrooms. The implication of this activity is the need for continuous mentoring and the provision of robotics facilities in schools so that the integration of Wasaka character can be optimized and support the achievement of 21st-century skills.

Abstract

The evolution of Web 2.0 technology has significantly influenced the use of Android applications, enabling users to provide feedback through reviews and star ratings. In managing omnichannel retail businesses, this user-generated content serves as a valuable source of information for performance evaluation and strategic management of both online and offline operations. Large-scale user review data is well-suited for analysis through text mining, particularly in sentiment analysis, when combined with topic and keyword filtering in the business domain. This study utilizes the RoBERTa Transformer model for the sentiment classification of user reviews. Among the 520 user reviews, 211 displayed good emotion, while 309 showed negative sentiment. By applying filtering processes to topics and keywords within the omnichannel retail business domain, the study identifies "economic value" and "delivery and CRM" as priority areas for improvement. This conclusion is drawn based on the significant disparity between positive and negative sentiments. As a result, management can formulate strategies to enhance the performance and user experience of the KlikIndomaret Android application.

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology up to 2025 has positioned Computer Vision (CV) as a crucial field in industrial applications, increasing the demand for competent graduates. Vocational High Schools (SMKs) are intended to prepare students for high employability; however, a situational analysis conducted at SMK Telkom Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, Indonesia, revealed a gap in students’ understanding and practical application of CV technologies caused by limited learning resources and inadequate curriculum integration. The Community Service Program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, PkM) of the Electrical Engineering Department aimed to introduce fundamental CV concepts to enhance students’ competencies and support digital literacy initiatives. The program employed a project-based training approach, combining theoretical sessions with practical demonstrations of a real-time face detection system using Raspberry Pi 4, OpenCV, and YOLO. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated through pre- and post-assessment surveys involving 30 participants (28 students and 2 supervising teachers). The results demonstrated successful implementation of an object detection system capable of detecting single and multiple faces with accuracy approaching 1.00 (100%). Survey findings indicated an increase in participants’ understanding of CV and digital literacy from 57% to 85%. Students’ comprehension of the difference between object classification and object detection improved from 64% to 89%, while their understanding of machine learning principles increased from 60% to 89%. Overall satisfaction with the program reached 89%. In conclusion, this community service program effectively bridged the competency gap and serves as a collaborative model between higher education institutions and vocational schools.
