Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) implementation and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation. The research employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 85 employees. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results show that: (1) SOP has a negative insignificant effect on employee performance, (2) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (3) SOP has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (4) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (5) Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (6) Job satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between SOP and employee performance, and (7) Job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between work discipline and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support, job demand, and burnout on employee job satisfaction at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes in Central Java II. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through online questionnaires using Google Form. The research sample is determined by the purposive sampling method, and the data are analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.3 software. The results showed that perceived organizational support had a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction with a T-Statistic value of 6,754 (p <0.05). Job demand also has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction with a T-Statistic value of 3,687 (p <0.05). In addition, burnout has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction with a T-Statistic value of 3,713 (p <0.05). This study provides new insights on the importance of managing organizational support, workload, and burnout conditions to increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and discipline on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT Pegadaian Syariah Solo Baru. A quantitative approach was used, with data analyzed through PLS-SEM using SmartPLS software. Data were collected from 150 employees via online questionnaires. The results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on both job satisfaction and employee performance. Likewise, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and is the most dominant factor influencing employee performance. The R-square values indicate strong predictive power of the model, and the validity and reliability tests confirm the consistency of the research instruments. These findings highlight the importance of implementing motivation programs and strengthening work discipline as strategies to enhance employee performance and job satisfaction in Islamic-based financial institutions.
