Abstract

An investigation of the performance of workers at PT. Mojo Sugar Factory in Sragen Regency is being carried out with the purpose of determining and explaining employee performance in relation to training, communication, and reward. A quantitative descriptive research design is something that is utilized in this research strategy. All of the workers that are employed in the PT Mojo Sugar Factory in the Sragen Regency make up the population for this research. A saturation sampling strategy, This research used what is commonly referred to as the census approach. A sample of the entire population is taken using this process. In this study, 102 workers were chosen as samples. A questionnaire was employed to gather data. Data analysis was done using statistical analysis, most especially using SPSS version 25 using the multiple linear regression test, the t test, and the coefficient of determination. The study's conclusions show that working personnel at PT. Mojo Sugar Factory perform better and more significantly when they receive training, which is located in the Sragen Regency. There is a favorable and considerable impact that communication has on the performance of employees at PT. Mojo Sugar Factory, which is located in the Sragen Regency. At PT. Mojo Sugar Factory, Sragen Regency, the performance of employees is significantly improved by the presence of rewards, which have a beneficial impact. When all factors are included, the coefficient of determination (R2) accounts for 53.5% of the total, while the remaining 46.5% is impacted by additional variables that were not investigated in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ialah untuk melihat dampak dari kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi interpersonal, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi pada kinerja guru yang ada di SMK N 1 Sragen. Merupakan penelitian kuantitatif kausal dengan populasi yakni guru SMK Negeri 1 Sragen, digunakan metode pemilihan sampel dengan sejumlah 81 orang dengan menggunakan angket dan analisa yang diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi interpersonal, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK N 1 Sragen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of discipline, compensation, and integrity on employee performance at KSPPS BMT Sakinah Sukoharjo. The study employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The population as well as the sample consists of all employees of KSPPS BMT Sakinah Sukoharjo, totaling 45 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results indicate that discipline, compensation, and integrity simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination of 54.0% shows that the three independent variables are able to explain 54.0% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings emphasize the importance of effective discipline management, fair compensation systems, and the strengthening of integrity values in improving employee performance in Islamic microfinance institutions Keywords: discipline, compensation, integrity, employee performance, KSPPS BM

Abstract

Competition for jobs is getting higher because the number of job seekers is greater than the availability of job opportunities, resulting in increased unemployment. Tight competition in the world of work requires the work readiness of graduates from vocational colleges, to have expertise and skills in their fields and be ready to work. This study aims to analyse the effect of self-efficacy, work motivation, soft skills and industrial practice on work readiness in AK-Tekstil Solo vocational students. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique was saturated sampling with a sample of 97 students of class 2023 AK-Tekstil Solo. The data analysis technique uses statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression tests, T tests, F tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that self-efficacy, soft skill work motivation, industrial practice had a positive and significant effect on student work readiness. Self-efficacy, work motivation, soft skills, and industrial practice have a significant and simultaneous effect of 93.4% on the work readiness of AK-Tekstil Solo vocational students. Thus increasing self-efficacy, work motivation, soft skills, and industrial practice will increase the work readiness of AK-Tekstil Solo vocational students.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of company size, profitability, liquidity, leverage, and sales growth on company value.The research method in this study is quantitative. The data source in this study is the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the research period was taken for 5 years from 2020 to 2024. The population and sample used were Transportation & logistics companies listed on the IDX for the period 2020 - 2024. The technique used in this study was Purposive Sampling with certain criteria. The techniques used were observation methods and documentation methods in the form of financial reports listed on the IDX throughwww.idx.co.idfor 5 years. The data analysis techniques used were statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that company size, profitability, liquidity, and sales growth have no effect on company value. However, leverage does.

Abstract

Yayasan Isy Karima Karanganyar memiliki luas lahan yang signifikan di Sroyo (Jaten) dan Plumbon (Tawangmangu), tetapi saat ini pemanfaatannya masih terbatas dan belum terintegrasi antara sektor pertanian, peternakan, serta pendidikan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas pengelolaan lahan terpadu di yayasan tersebut demi meningkatkan kemandirian pangan dan ekonomi. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan partisipatif, aplikatif, dan berfokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilaksanakan pada rentang waktu Januari hingga Juli 2025. Proses kegiatan mencakup koordinasi antar tim, analisis potensi lahan melalui survei, sosialisasi konsep pertanian terpadu, pelatihan teknik budidaya anggur dan peternakan ayam, pendampingan di lapangan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan mengindikasikan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan teknis mitra dalam pengelolaan integrasi tanaman dan ternak, manajemen kandang ayam, serta budidaya tanaman pakan (rumput gajah) dan hortikultura (anggur). Integrasi ini menciptakan siklus produksi yang efektif, di mana limbah hewan diubah menjadi pupuk organik untuk tanah pertanian.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Lifestyle, Customer Experience, dan Brand Trust terhadap minat beli ulang sepatu converse pada generasi Z di Surakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah generasi Z di Surakarta yang pernah membeli sepatu converse minimal 3 kali dengan jumlah populasi tidak terhingga. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow sehingga diperoleh 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria pernah membeli sepatu converse minimal 3 kali, Generasi Z di Surakarta, dan berusia Gen Z yaitu 17-28 tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji kelayakan model (F), uji parsial (t), dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Trust memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap minat beli ulang, diikuti oleh Customer Experience berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang, Lifestyle berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang. Semakin baik penerapan Lifestyle, Customer Experience, dan Brand Trust semakin tinggi tingkat minat beli ulang. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang sepatu converse ada generasi Z di Surakarta.
