Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dan parsial faktor psikologis, sosial dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian Donat Brownies (DONIES) Solo di Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan konsumen Donat Brownies (DONIES) Solo yang jumlahnya tidak terhingga. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling yaitu metode Accidental Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi (R2) dan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji F memiliki pengaruh simultan dengan Fhitung > Ftabel (327,345 > 2,67) signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 berarti bahwa variabel faktor psikologis (X1), sosial (X2) dan promosi (X3) secara simultan dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian di Donies Solo. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel faktor psikologis memliki thitung > ttabel (5,946 > 1,976) dengan signifikansi 0,000< 0,05 artinya faktor psikologi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Donies Solo. Variabel sosial memiliki thitung > ttabel (4,915 > 1,976) dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya faktor sosial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Donies Solo. Variabel promosi memiliki thitung > ttabel (1,933 < 1,976) dengan signifikansi 0,055 < 0,05 artinya promosi berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Donies Solo. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukan variabel faktor psikologis, sosial dan promosi memiliki kontribusi sebesar 86,8% terhadap keputusan pembelian di Donies Solo, sisanya 13,2% menjelaskan variasi lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Pengaruh yang paling dominan dalam keputusan pembelian Donies Solo adalah variabel faktor psikologis karena memiliki thitung paling besar yaitu 5,946. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh simultan dan signifikan faktor psikologis, sosial dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian di Donies Solo. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel psikologis dan sosial, tetapi variabel promosi berpengaruh tapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Donies Solo. Saran dalam penelitian ini sebaiknya Donies Solo lebih meningkatkan promosinya dari yang sudah ada di sosial media, serta menambah varian promosi yang lain agar konsumen bisa tertarik untuk membeli.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing strategy at the Prefan Carrefour Transmart outlet. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population of this study is consumers of Carrefour Pabelan Transmart outlets, samples in the study were 100 people sampling techniques using random sampling methods, data analysis techniques used this study using multiple linear regression. F test results indicate that the location, promotion and quality of service simultaneously and significantly influence the purchase decision on the Carrefour Pabelan Transmart Outlet. T test results showed thatothe location had ahpositive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Pabelan Carrefour Transmart Outlet, promotion hadlal positive and significant effection purchasing decisions at the Pabelan Transmart Carrefour Outlet, service quality had positive and significant effection purchasing decisions at the Prefan Carrefour Transmart Outlet. Dermination coefficient shows theolocation, promotion andiserviceiquality has an influencee of 57.5% on the purchase decision variable in the Pabelan Carrefour Transmart Outlet. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan penjelaskan: untuk mengetahui prosentase Choi Siwon sebagai brand ambassador, brand image, dan cita rasa terhadap keputusan pembelian mie sedaap Korean spicy chicken. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Batik Surakarta angkatan 2017-2019 dengan persyaratan yang sudah mengkonsumsi mie sedaap Korean spicy ckicken. Teknik pengambilan menggunakan purposiive sampling. Tekik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dengan uji f dan uji t. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda diperoleh bahwa tiap-tiap variabel yaitu variabel brand ambassador, brand image dan cita rasa secara bersama-sama dan parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie sedaap Korean spicy ckicken. Uji f menghasilkan fhitung 18.077 dengan f tabel 2.728 dengan signifikan 000b . sedangkan untuk uji t diperoleh dari tiap variabel brand ambassador thitung 2.120 dengan ttabel 0,037 untuk brand image diperoleh thitung 2.675 dengan ttabel 0,009 serta cita rasa diperoleh thitung 3.411 dengan ttabel 0,001 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tiap variabel berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie Korean spicy chicken. Diketahui juga variabel yang mendominasi dari tiap variabel yaitu brand image. Kata kunci : brand ambassador, brand image, cita rasa dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how big an influence, price, promotions, the salesman and the location of the purchase. The results of this study explain that hypothesis testing 1 i.e. the price the positive effect of purchase supported by empirical evidence. Hypothesis testing 2 indicates that the promotion of the potential negative effect against the purchasing decision. Hypothesis testing 3 explains that the salesmen did not influence on purchasing decisions. The results of hypothesis testing 4 indicates that the location does not have an effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Price, Promotion, Salesman, Location,Purchase Decisions

Abstract

The goal of this study Is to: (1) Analyze the development ofhuman resources on the performance of employees of the Regional Officeof DJP Central Java II, (2) Analyze the influence of personal competenceon the performance of employees of the Regional Office of DJP CentralJava II, (3) Analyze the influence of work professionalism on theperformance of employees of the Regional Office of DJP Central Java II,(4) Analyze the effect of remuneration on the performance of employeesoffice Directorate General of Taxes of Central Java II, and (5) To analyzethe influence of integrity on the performance of employees of the RegionalOffice of DJP Central Java II. This type of quantitative research. Thepopulation in this study was all employees in the The Central Java IIRegional Office of the Directorate General Of Taxes,, which amounted to152 with a sample of 76 people. The sampling approach used in this studyis random sampling. Data retrieval techniques using questionnaires. Dataanalysis techniques are traditional assumption tests and multiple linearregressions. The results showed that (1) Hr development variables haveno significant effect on employee performance, (2) Personal competencyvariables have a positive and significant influence on employeeperformance, (3) Occupational professionalism variables have a positiveand significant influence on employee performance (4) Remunerationvariables have a positive and significant influence on employeeperformance, (5) Integrity variables have a positive and significantinfluence on performance official.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important asset for an organization to achieve a competitive advantage in the era of globalization. Efforts to develop the capacity of human resources for the apparatus have not been managed properly. This is shown, among others, by the difficulty in changing the way of mindset and working of the apparatus, low discipline and employee ethics, a career system that is not fully based on work performance, an inadequate remuneration system for a decent life, recruitment that has not been carried out based on the required educational qualifications , the implementation of education and training that has not been able to fully improve performance, weak supervision and audits of employee performance, and personnel management information systems that are not functioning optimally. Research objectives are (1) analyzing the strategy of increasing human resources for employees at the Karanganyar Primary Tax Office (2) analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors for human resource improvement strategies at the Karanganyar Primary Tax Office. This type of research used qualitative research. The subjects in this study were employees of the Karanganyar Primary Tax Office. The data method used in this research is SWOT. The superior position of the Karanganyar Primary Tax Office by using a SWOT diagram showing the position of Human Resources in Quadrant I, a position that greatly uses existing opportunities to increase the strength of the agency. This means that the existing opportunities are used to further increase the strength of the human resources at Karanganyar Primary Tax Office. The focus of this strategy is to maximize opportunities to improve the quality of human resources. Keywords: SWOT, quality of human resources

Abstract

UNIBA Surakarta, sebagai entrepreneur university, melaksanakan program visiting lecture di Attarkiyah Islamic Institute, Thailand Selatan, sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat internasional. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan wawasan global siswa dan pemahaman mereka tentang kewirausahaan dalam konteks internasional.Kegiatan dilakukan melalui analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan program partisipatif, dan pelaksanaan interaktif dengan metode presentasi, studi kasus, dan simulasi. Hasilnya, siswa memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang kewirausahaan, terinspirasi mengembangkan pola pikir kreatif, inovatif, dan adaptif, serta termotivasi menghadapi tantangan ekonomi global. Program ini juga memperkuat hubungan internasional antara UNIBA Surakarta dan Attarkiyah Islamic Institute. Rekomendasi pengembangan mencakup perluasan materi, penguatan pendampingan pasca-kegiatan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah konkret UNIBA Surakarta dalam mendukung pendidikan kewirausahaan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam untuk mencetak generasi wirausahawan berdaya saing global

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang optimal merupakan faktor kunci dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AIA Financial Cabang Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga melibatkan seluruh karyawan PT. AIA Financial Cabang Yogyakarta sebanyak 35 orang sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi, dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi, penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, pemberian motivasi yang efektif, serta sistem kompensasi yang adil dalam mendukung produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of psychological capital, organizational support, and job satisfaction on employee job performance and the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of the relationship between psychological capital and support for employee job performance at PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura Hospital. A quantitative research design is used in this research methodology The population of employees who work at PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura Hospital totals 65 employees. A census with a sample size of 65 respondents served as the sampling method for this investigation. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results proved that psychological capital, organizational support, and job satisfaction positively and significantly affected employee performance. As well as psychological capital and organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee job performance at PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura Hospital. This proves that the combination of psychologically solid capital and good organizational support can create a work environment conducive to employee job satisfaction and, in turn, improve overall work performance.

Abstract

Competition for jobs is getting higher because the number of job seekers is greater than the availability of job opportunities, resulting in increased unemployment. Tight competition in the world of work requires the work readiness of graduates from vocational colleges, to have expertise and skills in their fields and be ready to work. This study aims to analyse the effect of self-efficacy, work motivation, soft skills and industrial practice on work readiness in AK-Tekstil Solo vocational students. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique was saturated sampling with a sample of 97 students of class 2023 AK-Tekstil Solo. The data analysis technique uses statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression tests, T tests, F tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that self-efficacy, soft skill work motivation, industrial practice had a positive and significant effect on student work readiness. Self-efficacy, work motivation, soft skills, and industrial practice have a significant and simultaneous effect of 93.4% on the work readiness of AK-Tekstil Solo vocational students. Thus increasing self-efficacy, work motivation, soft skills, and industrial practice will increase the work readiness of AK-Tekstil Solo vocational students.
