Abstract

Poverty is a complex problem that occurs in almost every country, especially in a developing country like Indonesia. Data of Susenas showed that the poor in are in rural areas and majority of them depend on agriculture for their livelihood with relatively low incomes compared to residents who live in urban areas. This research intends to identify and to analyze the poverty conditions based on consumption spending on food and non-food commodities in Labuan Toposo village Labuan sub-district Donggala Regency. Method used was descriptive analysis using quantitative approach where the sample was taken trough Slovin formula. Data analysis method used was a poverty line calculation that was designed so as not to be separated from the actual BPS calculations. The result of this research revealed that the majority of the populations in Labuan Toposo village Labuan sub-district Donggala Regency still live below the poverty line.

Abstract

Material galvalum termasuk dalam kategori material paling laris di pasar Indonesia karena karakteristiknya yang kuat dan ringan. Pada kesempatan kali ini, PT Sumber Mas Gemilang yang merupakan industri produksi galvalum dengan Cold Roll Forming, bersedia menjadi sasaran pengabdian masyarakat dalam menghasilkan guideline atau panduan berupa katalog hasil eksplorasi material limbah galvalum menjadi produk lampu estetik. Material limbah galvalum ini dipilih karena produk sisa produksi yang selanjutnya menjadi limbah industri menjadi suatu masalah serius bagi PT Sumber Mas Gemilang. Walaupun menjadi limbah industri, kondisi limbah galvalum masih layak guna karena bersifat kuat, tahan lama, mudah dibentuk, serta masih memungkinkannya eksplorasi menjadi produk tiga dimensi yang memiliki nilai fungsi dan estetika. Produk lampu estetika dipilih karena merupakan produk yang memiliki demand value tinggi pada masyarakat serta kesesuaiannya dengan karakteristik limbah galvalum dalam hal proses pembentukan dan produksi. Tujuan dibuatnya katalog yang merupakan panduan pembuatan produk dari material limbah industri galvalum bagi PT Sumber Mas Gemilang ini adalah agar ke depannya ITS bersama PT Sumber Mas Gemilang dapat terjun pada masyarakat serta melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat berdasarkan hasil dari katalog panduan tersebut untuk ikut berperan pada lingkup sustainability dan ekonomi sirkular.

Abstract

The Iris is one of the most reliable biometric features due to its complex textural properties. However, using coloured contact lenses renders the iris unreliable in iris recognition systems. Colored contact lenses are one of the spoofing methods in biometrics that can conceal a person's identity. To prevent spoofing, a two-step verification process is needed in the iris recognition system. The first verification step is to detect colored contact lenses, while the second is to recognize or match a person's identity. The feature extraction methods used are Domain Specific Binarized Statistical Image Features (DSBSIF) and Gabor Wavelet. The method for detecting contact lenses is Support Vector Machine (SVM), and matching is performed using Hamming Distance (HD). This study conducted experiments using single features, feature fusion, and hybrid feature extraction methods combining DSBSIF and Gabor Wavelet for two-step iris recognition verification. The results indicate that the hybrid feature extraction method of DSBSIF and Gabor Wavelet achieved the highest accuracy of 99.95% for the first verification and 95.40% for the second verification. These results are 0.02 and 0.31 percentage points better, respectively than previous methods in the first and second verifications.

Abstract

The toddler bicycle is essential for promoting gross motor skills in early childhood development, but its usability is often limited by fixed dimensions that do not accommodate a child’s growth. This study explores the concept of modular transformability, which allows the bicycle frame to adapt to different developmental stages, enhancing functionality and supporting sustainability through reduced waste and extended usability. As children grow, their increasing weight demands a robust structural design to ensure both safety and performance. The structural strength and stability of a modular toddler bicycle frame are evaluated using numerical simulations under static loading conditions. Various frame designs and material options are analyzed for displacements and stresses, optimizing performance while maintaining safety. The findings offer insights for improving bicycle frame design and align with a circular design philosophy that prioritizes durability, adaptability, and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Smart City is one of Surabaya's programs realized through technological innovation, which connects, monitors, and controls resources to be more effective and efficient in service delivery to sporty sustainable development. The design of urban electric motorcycles with a sporty aggressive style is part of the effort to accelerate the Smart City program in Surabaya, focusing on the Smart Environment & Mobility category. This electric motorcycle design is integrated with futuristic elements and advanced technology to create an environmentally friendly, energy-efficient motorcycle that aligns with the vision of sustainable urban development. The research covers the design process from conceptualization to prototype development, considering ergonomic, safety, and performance aspects. The result is a design concept that not only meets aesthetic and performance standards but also makes a positive contribution to urban environments, in line with Smart City development goals. The practical implications of this research include the potential use of electric motorcycles designed with a sporty aggressive approach to improving environmental quality and enhancing sustainable mobility in Surabaya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari program kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu (1) Meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Delima Merah yang berlokasi di desa Malei Tojo Barat Kabupaten Tojo Una Una Propinsi Suawesi Tengah dan dilaksanakan selama 8(delapan) bulan, dalam peningkatan kemampuan digital marketing, kualitas produk hijau minyak kelapa kampung dan (2) mendesain branding produk halal agar mempunyai kekuatan merek di dalam pemasaran. Adapun target yang dicapai dalam pengabdian masyarakat yaitu: (1) Meningkatnya kemampuan pelaku usaha home industri dalam peningkatan kemampuan digital marketing, (2) kualitas produk minyak kelapa kampung hijau (3) terdesign sebuah branding halal agar mempunyai kekuatan merek dalam pemasaran. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah metode Workshop. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan kegiatan diantaranya: (1) Koordinasi dan sosialisasi kegiatan, (2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan workshop (3) mendesain model konten marketing. Hasil Pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi content pemasaran berbasis digital marketing green product secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan brand awareness produk minyak kelapa KWT Merah Delima. Implikasi dari pengabdian ini adalah pentingnya bagi kelompok KWT Merah delima untuk memanfaatkan content marketing melalui platform facebook, Instagram dan twitter sebagai salah satu strategi pemasaran yang efektif

Abstract

Coal mining activities in adjacent Mining Business Permit (IUP) areas often face technical challenges at pit boundaries. Conventional double-wall pit designs generally lead to pit losses at border zones, increased overburden volume, and higher stripping ratios, resulting in reduced mining efficiency and suboptimal utilization of coal reserves. Meanwhile, Indonesian mining regulations—Law No. 3 of 2020 in conjunction with Law No. 4 of 2025, Government Regulation No. 96 of 2021, and Ministerial Decree of Energy and Mineral Resources (Kepmen ESDM) No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018—emphasize the obligation to conserve mineral and coal resources through efficient and optimal mine planning. This study aims to evaluate the planning of sharing wall (joint boundary slope mining) at IUP boundaries as a strategy for coal conservation and regulatory compliance. The research methods include analyzing existing double-wall designs, developing an alternative sharing wall model, recalculating overburden volume, coal reserves, stripping ratio, and pit loss potential, and assessing technical results against conservation regulations. The case study was conducted at the boundary of PT Merapi Energy Coal’s IUP in Lahat Regency, South Sumatra. The analysis results show that implementing the sharing wall design results in a 70 million bcm deviation in overburden volume, an increase in stripping ratio from 5.39 to 5.94 bcm/ton, and an additional 11.8 million tons of recovered reserves compared to the double-wall design. This strategy supports resource conservation principles as stipulated in Kepmen ESDM No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018, particularly regarding pit loss reduction and coal recovery optimization. Therefore, sharing wall planning not only enhances technical and economic efficiency but also strengthens compliance with national mining conservation regulations.

Abstract

English Version Retail Sukuk is one of the mechanisms carried out by the government in fulfilling APBN financing as well as an attractive investment instrument for the public. As an investment instrument, there is a need for research on the determinants of trade in the market. This study uses a quantitative method with the dependent variable trading volume SR09, while the independent variables are retail sukuk prices, deposit rates, sharia deposit profit sharing ratios, retail state bond prices, BI middle rate, inflation, BI 7-Day Repo Rate. . The data used are time-series secondary data for each variable from April 2017 to March 2020. After the data was processed using the SPSS 25 application, it was found that after the data was processed using the SPSS 25 application, the results were that Retail Sukuk Price SR009, Bank Deposit Interest Rate, BI Middle Rate, Negative Effect of Retail Sukuk Trading Volume SR09, Inflation (X6), and BI 7-Day Repo Rate (X7) on Ri Sukuk Trading Volume tel SR09. Meanwhile, the Sharia Banking Profit Sharing Ratio has a positive effect on the Trading Volume of Retail Sukuk SR09. The next result is that the seven variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. Versi Indonesia Sukuk Ritel merupakan salah satu mekanisme yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam pemenuhan pembiayaan APBN sekaligus sebagai instrumen investasi yang menarik bagi masyarakat. Sebagai instrumen investasi, perlu adanya penelitian tentang faktor-faktor penentu perdagangan di pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan variabel dependen volume perdagangan SR09, sedangkan variabel independennya adalah harga sukuk ritel, suku bunga deposito, nisbah bagi hasil deposito syariah, harga obligasi negara ritel, kurs tengah BI, inflasi, BI 7-Day Repo Rate. . Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder time-series masing-masing variabel dari bulan April 2017 sampai dengan Maret 2020. Setelah data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25, didapatkan hasil bahwa Setelah data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25 didapatkan hasil bahwa Harga Sukuk Ritel SR009, Suku Bunga Deposito Bank, Kurs Tengah BI, Pengaruh Negatif Volume Perdagangan Sukuk Ritel SR09, Inflasi (X6), dan BI 7-Day Repo Rate (X7) terhadap Volume Perdagangan Sukuk Ritel SR09. Sedangkan Rasio Bagi Hasil Perbankan Syariah berpengaruh positif terhadap Volume Perdagangan Sukuk Ritel SR09. Hasil selanjutnya adalah ketujuh variabel tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen.
