Abstract

The Independent Entrepreneurship Program was formed with the aim of helping develop and increase entrepreneurial potential among young people, especially among students so that they can compete in the world of work or create new jobs. The method used in this research is a combination of learning by doing. Learning by doing is a learning method that focuses on direct experience or practice. The results of this research are that through this activity students are directly involved in the production process and product marketing, so that students gain an understanding of the manufacturing process in partner MSMEs. Students gain a lot of knowledge, experience, motivation and insight which is very useful as preparation for becoming an entrepreneur

Abstract

Ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia mencakup aspek sosial dan ekonomi, menjadikannya salah satu komponen yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Pemerintah menghadapi masalah ketenagakerjaan karena populasi yang sangat produktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Upah Minimum Provinsi, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan investasi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Periode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu selama 20 tahun, mulai dari tahun 2002 sampai tahun 2022. Untuk melihat pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan Upah Minimum Provinsi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Tenaga Kerja. Sementara Investasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap tenaga kerja di Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2002-2022.

Abstract

Oil palm is an industrial plantation crop that produces palm oil which can add value to the production of oil palm companies. The palm oil commodity is a commodity that can add to the country's foreign exchange because the value of palm oil has a high value. Palm oil production in Indonesia continues to grow every year. This study aims to find out about what factors affect the palm oil production variable in the Central Kalimantan region. This study uses panel data regression tools with data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Central Kalimantan Plantation Office. The results of the analysis of this study explain the factors of land area and labor have a positive and significant effect on oil palm production.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor independen terhadap produksi industri otomotif Indonesia, seperti inflasi, penjualan kendaraan, dan ekspor kendaraan. Data time series bulanan dari Januari 2019 hingga Desember 2021 digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dengan program EViews 10. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi industri otomotif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kemudian variabel yang terkait dengan penjualan kendaraan dan ekspor kendaraan mempunyai dampak yang besar dan menguntungkan terhadap produksi industri otomotif.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the fundamental issues that is the center of the government's attention. Reducing the poverty rate is one of the Central Java government programs. By Therefore, it is necessary to know what factors can affect the poverty rate in Central Java. This study aims to analyze the influence of the human development index (HDI), gross regional domestic product (GRDP), population, unemployment rate, Government expenditure on the poverty rate in Central Java Province. This research uses data from 2018-2021 sourced from the central statistics agency (BPS) by using panel data regression using three models pooled least squares (PLS) models, fixed effect model (FEM), and random effect model (REM). The best model specification results is the fixed effect model (FEM). The results of this study indicate that the human development index has a negative and insignificant effect on the poverty rate, gross domestic product has a negative and insignificant effect on the poverty rate, population has a significant negative effect on the poverty rate, the unemployment rate has a negative and insignificant effect on the poverty rate, and government spending has a positive and insignificant effect on the poverty rate

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Bali tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang merupakan data panel diambil dari BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) dari delapan Kabupaten dan satu kota yang ada di Provinsi Bali pada tahun 2016-2020 dengan menggunakan variable pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai variable dependen, sementara Investasi, Anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah, Pendapatan asli daerah, Indeks pembangunan manusia sebagai variable independen. Setelah dilakukan uji Chow dan uji Hausman, dapat diketahui bahwa model penelitian yang terpilih untuk penelitian ini adalah metode Random Effect Model. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian regresi, variable Anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah, indeks pembangunan manusia berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variable dependen dan variable investasi, pendapatan asli daerah yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variable dependen.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the performance of village food institutions by performing assessment to their efficiency level. These food institutions are the Community Food Distribution Institution (LDPM) and the Village Community Food Reserves (LPMD). The benefits gained from this assessment is the determination of the most efficient and inefficient performance of those institutions. Based on the efficiency level, the model of capacity building of each food institution can be determined. Survey approach was used with farmers and farmer groups incorporated in food institutions as the respondents. Analysis study in this research used quantitative analysis and was reaffirmed by in-depth interview technique. Activity was initiated by identifying each food institution in the study sample site. It revealed that the performances and conditions of each food institution are diverse. The potential and role of the Village Food Institutionsbased on the achieved level of efficiency, and also a model of improving food barns and a resilience of farmers community and institution, particularly in realizing the achievement of local food security.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of monetary policy (interest rates and inflation) and economic factors (foreign direct investment and domestic product growth) on employment opportunities in ASEAN-6 countries. In this research using Quantitative Research Methods, the regression used is panel data regression with a random effect model using Eviews-10 software. This research shows that monetary policy (interest rates and inflation) and economic factors (foreign direct investment and domestic product growth) jointly influence employment opportunities. Individually, monetary policy (interest rates and inflation) does not affect employment opportunities. Meanwhile, the economic factors explained by foreign investment have a positive and significant influence on employment opportunities, while the growth of domestic products has a negative and significant influence on employment opportunities.

Abstract

The purpose of this quantitative study is to ascertain how the DJIA, inflation, exchange rate, BI Rate, and currency volume affect the Indonesia Stock Exchange's composite stock price index. The research's data set spans the years 2019 through 2023. Methodologically, F and t-tests are used for hypothesis testing in conjunction with multiple linear regression. Furthermore, the research employs the R2 square, with a significant threshold of 5%. In this study, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, residual normality, and heteroscedasticity tests were employed. The money supply and BI rate have no discernible impact on the IHSG. The Dow Jones index, exchange rates, and inflation all have a big impact on the Jakarta Composite Index.
