Abstract

RSUD XYZ is currently the only type B educational hospital at the middle level in Mojokerto Regency. The hospital faces challenges including suboptimal services in administration, payment, and health services, inadequate data integration, and minimal data-driven decision-making. To address these issues, there is a need to develop an information system that supports and facilitates daily operational activities. This research focuses on designing and compiling the Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documents for a Hospital Service Management Information System at XYZ Hospital, using the SDLC framework, specifically during the Planning, Requirement Analysis, and Design stages. The development follows the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148:2018 (E) standard. The analysis has resulted in the creation of seven (7) modules: Outpatient & Emergency Registration, TPPRI, Cashier, Nursing Services, Medical Services, Pharmacy, and Medical Record Manager. Additionally, the research includes an analysis of the database design in terms of logical database requirements, user characteristics, and interface needs, in line with the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148:2018 (E) standard.

Abstract

Perencanaan strategis Sistem Informasi (SI) dan Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang berkembang sangat pesat ini, menjadi sebuah kebutuhan utama di semua bidang industri. Perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang tepat dapat mendukung rencana dan pengembangan bisnis yang berjalan di perusahaan dengan sedemikian rupa sehingga menciptakan keunggulan yang kompetitif dalam bisnis. Tugas penting dari perencanaan strategis ini adalah mengendalikan tindakan keputusan dalam perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan atau menyelaraskan strategis bisnis dengan strategis SI/TI untuk meningkatkan berbagai peluang. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah belum adanya dokumen perencanaan strategis SI/TI sehingga menyebabkan pengelolaan SI/TI pada Klinik Daqu Sehat Malang kurang efektif dan efisien operasional pelayanan. Pada perencanaan strategis ini akan menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat dokumen Perencanaan Strategis SI/TI Pada Klinik Daqu Sehat Malang dengan menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard. yang berupa dokumen rencana strategis yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pembangunan SI/TI. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa portofolio aplikasi sebanyak 17 aplikasi. Hasil dari dokumen penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pembangunan SI/TI di Klinik Daqu Sehat Malang.

Abstract

The Department of Communication and Information (DISKOMINFO) of Malang Regency is a Regional Apparatus (PD) that utilizes Information and Communications Technology (ICT). Regarding the importance of implementing ICT Governance for the Information Security Management System, as stipulated in Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 on Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) and the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2016, all government agencies are required to implement security management for all the information they handle. The method used in this study to address the discussed issues involves developing policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assessing information security risks in organizational assets, referring to the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard as a guideline for information security management. The reason for using these standards is that the Indonesian government, through the National Standardization Body (BSN), has designated SNI ISO/IEC 27001:2013 as the national standard (SNI) for managing information security for organizations of all types and sizes. The result of this research is the creation of information security policy documents and SOP documents to enhance security controls within information security management systems based on ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

Abstract

Universitas Ma Chung is one of the developing universities that continually maintains the quality of its education, as evidenced by the excellent support provided by its SI/IT programs. Universitas Ma Chung has an administration that manages technology or information systems, which has been continuously developing to this day. The technology or information system administration encompasses various aspects, such as IS/IT strategic planning, IS/IT risk management, IS/IT service management, IS/IT security management, procurement and investment of IS/IT assets, and IS/IT audits. This study focuses on IS/IT service management at Universitas Ma Chung. Based on the 2020-2024 IS/IT development strategy planning document, IS/IT administration has not been optimally implemented concerning the availability of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IS/IT, especially IS/IT services at Universitas Ma Chung. This study utilizes the third version of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework with the service transitions and operations domains. In this study, a mapping of policies and a list of standard operating procedures were carried out. Based on the mapping results, standard operating procedures for IT services at Universitas Ma Chung were developed, allowing these procedures to be implemented in daily operations at the university.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing land transportation and other land facilities. Currently the company is trying to manage, improve, and implement information technology-based business services in order to provide the best service and in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance. Although the company has sufficient information technology support, there is still a lot of information technology governance that must be documented, and the use of information technology services is not running optimally. Therefore, the focus of this research is to design IS/IT service management based on the company's internal business processes so that recommendations for implementing information technology service management are produced. The method used in this research uses the third version of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) with the Service Strategy and Service Design domain areas. The research flow is designed based on the processes in each of these domains. In addition, an analysis of the business processes owned by the company was also carried out before they were defined into the two domain areas. The results of the analysis of business processes in the service strategy and service design domains obtained several proposals for information technology services and designs that can be used in the future to optimize the achievement of the implementation of the use of IT services in running the company's business processes.

Abstract

This article discusses the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and how it impacts the world economy and society. Explains how new technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, and the Internet of Things (IoT) have changed manufacturing systems, business operations, and human-machine interactions. Apart from that, it also discusses the social impacts arising from the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and how technological advances have influenced workplace relationships, social relationships and society in general. In addition, this paper discusses the future of education and labor in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The aim is to provide readers with a broad understanding of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and understand its deep implications, as well as consider the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

Abstract

Abstract. Tegalweru is located in Dau, Malang. Tegalweru has 3 hamlets, including Krajan, Kraguman and Jengglong hamlet. In data management, Tegalweru is assisted by a number of village officials consisting of Kaur (Head of General Affairs), Finance Chief, Kebayan, Kuwono, Modin, Pramu, Kepetengan and Kamituwo. One routine administration that is directly related to community service is correspondence activities, such as making certificates starting from the domicile certificate, business domicile certificate, residence certificate, and others. Based on the initial analysis of the findings in the field, there are several potential problems found. The absence of a system makes the administrative routine management process less effective because population data that is the main supporting data must be accessed manually. This problem needs to get special attention so that Tegalweru can minimize the mistakes that occur due to the administrative process carried out manually services to the community so the service quality can be improved. An Information System has been made to help stake holders in doing their administrative services to the society.Abstrak. Desa Tegalweru terletak di Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang. Desa Tegalweru memiliki 3 dusun, meliputi dusun Krajan, dusun Kraguman dan dusun Jengglong. Dalam pengelolaan data masyarakatnya, Desa Tegalweru dibantu oleh beberapa perangkat desa terdiri dari Kaur (Kepala Urusan) Umum, Kaur Keuangan, Kebayan, Kuwono, Modin, Pramu, Kepetengan dan Kamituwo. Salah satu rutin administratif yang berkaitan langsung dengan layanan masyarakat adalah kegiatan surat menyurat, seperti pembuatan surat-surat keterangan mulai dari surat keterangan domisili, surat keterangan domisili usaha, surat keterangan kependudukan, dan lainnya. Berdasarkan analisa tahap awal terhadap data temuan dilapangan, terdapat beberapa potensi masalah yang ditemukan. Ketiadaan sistem membuat proses pengelolaan rutin administratif menjadi kurang efektif karena data kependudukan yang menjadi data pendukung utama harus diakses secara manual. Permasalahan ini perlu untuk mendapatkan perhatian khusus sehingga Desa Tegalweru dapat meminimalisir kesalahan-kesalahan yang terjadi diakibatkan oleh proses administrasi yang dilakukan secara manual sehingga layanan kepada masyarakat dapat ditingkatkan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi administrasi berbasis web yang sudah dapat digunakan untuk membantu kantor desa Tegalweru dalam menjalankan kegiatan rutin administratif dan pengelolaan data kependudukan dengan lebih baik dan cepat.

Abstract

Efficient and safe management of internet access is a primary requirement in a network environment that continues to develop. In an effort to minimize problems such as network overload, trial users, and MAC address manipulation, this research proposes an internet hotspot authentication system based on Microsoft Office 365 accounts. This system is intended for Ma Chung University to carry out internet management. By leveraging Microsoft and Mikrotik APIs, users can log in to the hotspot network using their O365 credentials, ensuring account validity and increasing access security. This system is designed to integrate Microsoft authentication services with Mikrotik network infrastructure, enabling more centralized and reliable authentication. The Mikrotik API is used to manage user access in real-time, while the Microsoft API provides control over user credentials and validity. The result is a more effective internet management information system, which not only reduces network load but also reduces the use of trial accounts and unauthorized MAC address changes. This system can also monitor active users connected to the internet. The implementation of this system is expected to provide a scalable and secure solution for managing internet access, by utilizing API technology to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Abstract

Safety performance in search and rescue institutions such as BASARNAS is very important but has not been widely researched in the Indonesian context. This study analyzes the relationship between safety leadership, safety training, innovative behavior, and safety performance at the BASARNAS Semarang Office. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 80 employees through an online questionnaire and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results show a significant beneficial influence of safety leadership and training on safety performance and innovative behavior. The main finding is the role of innovative behavior mediation in the relationship between safety leadership and safety performance. The study broadens the understanding of safety dynamics in the context of Indonesian public safety institutions, highlighting the importance of integrating innovation in safety management practices. Implications include leadership development that drives innovation and safety training design that stimulates creativity to improve overall safety performance.

Abstract

The MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) policy is motivated to prepare students to know social, cultural, world of work and technological advances that have been so rapid. Competence of students must be prepared to answer the needs of the times. Link and match activities are one of the strategies used, not only with the business world and the industrial world, but also with a future that is changing so rapidly. Information Systems Study Program has implemented several programs contained in the guidelines for the implementation of the Independent Learning Campus, although on a limited scale, namely the cross-study student exchange program and the Internship program. It is necessary to make adjustments to the programs that have been implemented in Study Program to adjust the curriculum of the study program and to survey the academic community. This survey needs to be carried out to find out how far the responses, responses and knowledge of the academic community towards MBKM activities. From the results of the survey, the Study Program followed up by designing an information system for the development and strengthening of the results of the academic community for MBKM activities in the form of a Software Requirement Specification. With this Information System Design, it is hoped that it will provide convenience for the development of the Integrated MBKM information system so that it can provide convenience for the academic community in carrying out MBKM activities within the Study Program environment and also to support MBKM governance and management.
