Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of a school literacy program in increasing reading interest in class IV students at MI Nurul Huda Bajomulyo Juwana. The theoretical benefit of this research is that it can develop the knowledge researched from a theoretical perspective, especially regarding the impact of school literacy programs in increasing fourth grade students' interest in reading at MI Nurul Huda Bajomulyo Juwana. For students, it is useful for increasing motivation and learning achievement. For teachers, it is useful to develop the quality of learning to be better. For institutions, these theoretical benefits are useful as a reference for improving school policies. Meanwhile, the practical benefits of this research are expected to provide benefits to educational practitioners. For students, it is useful to improve students' understanding of several subjects. For teachers, it is useful to increase teacher professionalism in carrying out teaching and learning activities. And for institutions, it is useful as an effort to improve the quality of teaching management. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research instrument is a human instrument (researcher himself). The data collection method uses interviews, documentation and observation. After the data is collected, data analysis is carried out using the data triangulation technique from Milles and Hubberman or by looking for data supporting the research objectives formulated by Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Conclusion Drawing and Verification, and Data Validity. The results of the data reduction are presented in the form of data displays using narrative descriptions, then the final step is to draw conclusions. The analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this research are as follows: (1) In literacy activities at MI Nurul Huda, it is necessary to plan the activities first, then apply the methods that will be applied when the activities are carried out, then the school starts implementing the activities, and then evaluates the things that will be carried out. needs to be improved. (2) The positive impact of literacy activities is increasing students' interest in reading, students understanding the material they read, being able to create works for media, broadening their knowledge, making children read more fluently, the school has its own funds, class teachers can play an active role, support from students' parents. Meanwhile, negative impacts include laziness in students, students have difficulty concentrating, and students who are not fluent in reading will become increasingly backward.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of the Mind Maps Method on Student Learning Outcomes in Indonesian Language Subject Theme 8 Concerning Nonfiction Texts for Class V MI NU Bahrul Ulum Kudus for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research aims to determine the effect of the mind maps method on students' learning outcomes in Indonesian Language Topic 8 Concerning Nonfiction Texts for Class V MI NU Bahrul Ulum Kudus for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is quantitative research with regression analysis techniques. The research population was 32 fifth grade students and the sample was 32 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaire, documentation and test methods. The research data collected was analyzed using inferential statistical analysis techniques.The results of the research show that the results of the regression calculations that have been found, the results of the b value are positive, indicating that variable If the mind maps method decreases, learning outcomes will also decrease. So, it is estimated that the learning outcomes of MI NU Bahrul Ulum Kudus students are Y = 1.196 + 0.792. From this regression equation, if the value of the mind maps method is added by one, then the value of the learning outcomes will increase by 0.792 or for every value of the mind maps method added by 10, the value of the learning outcomes will increase by 7.92. Meanwhile, the results of the research show that there is a mind maps method for student learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject Theme 8 regarding Nonfiction Texts for Class V MI NU Bahrul Ulum Kudus for the 2021/2022 academic year. Based on the value of tcount ttable, it is (7.2082.04227). Supported by a significance value smaller than 0.05, which indicates a value of 0.000. This is shown from the product moment calculation, it turns out that the calculated price is greater than rtable, namely 0.796 0.349 at the 5% level, so it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship.The results of this research show that the Mind Map method has a positive and significant effect on students' learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject Theme 8 Concerning Nonfiction Texts for Class V MI NU Bahrul Ulum Kudus for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah pengembangan diri guru kelas 4B menggunakan platform merdeka belajar di SD Islam Kauman Pati Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023.Untuk mendapatkan deskripsi yang mendalam tentang dampak pengembangan diri guru kelas 4B menggunakan platform merdeka belajar di SD Islam Kauman Pati Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Manfaat teoritis menambah pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang pendidikan guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, khususnya terkait dengan pengembangan diri guru menggunakan platform merdeka belajar. Manfaat praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bagi sekolah memberikan konstribusi pemikiran, masukan serta bahan evaluasi bagi semua pihak yang terkait dengan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan SD/MI. Bagi Guru sebagai pijakan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran di bidang pendidikan terutama di bidang Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah terutama bagi guru kelas di SD/MI. Bagi Siswa sebagai pedoman dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada pelajaran Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah yang guru ajarkan, terutama guru kelas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research dengan pendekatan kualitatif penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Islam Kauman Pati. pada bulan Juni- Juli 2023 sumber data primernya yaitu kepala sekolah dan guru kelas IV sedangkan sumber data skundernya yaitu visi misi struktur guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Setelah data terkumpul, analisa data menurut Miles dan Huberman, analisis data kualitatif melibatkan interaksi dan persistensi jangka panjang, yang menghasilkan data yang tidak lengkap,aktifitas dalam analisis informasi yaitu informasi, pengajian informasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah strategi guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis ini sangat penting bagi guru SD Islam Kauman Pati agar bisa menubuhkan ide-ide yang cemerlang sehingga diperlukan 4 strategi guru diantaranya: (1) Studi Dampak Pengembangan Diri Guru Kelas 4B Menggunakan Platform Merdeka Belajar (2) Langkah-langkah pengembangan diri guru (3) Evaluasi Pengembangan diri guru (4) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengembangan diri di SD Islam Kauman Pati. terdapat beberapa faktor pendukung diantaranya semangat guru dalam menjalankan tugas, makna merdeka belajar, setiap siswa mneghasilkan produk. faktor penghambat meliputi guru dituntut maksimal hingga lalai administrasi sekolah
